A very dated hotel with very old and worn carpet, thus have smell. The office chair in the room is spoilt and too large for the small room. The toilet is very small and squeezy. The breakfast has good variety but the dishes is repeated daily. It is located 10 minutes walk from the mrt station.

Clean, gets the job done, free bottled water. Otherwise nothing special. However the concierge staff is excellent. We had luggage issues with the airline and the hotel concierge staff were very persistent and helpful in finally getting things​ resolved with the airline. A 🌟 for that alone.

2019 - review Good... last many times I am staying here for canton fair... English knowing staff very less... front desk ok and fast... now they don’t keep utility kit at room to reduce plastic use... but anytime you can get it from front reception for free.. Mini bar is free... May 2023 - Updated they have changed a lot, Many english knowing staffs now, they keep utility kits at room, they added chargers, they added cloth dryer stands… renovated the breakfast area…

Hotel is nice, but restaurant is pathetic. Ordered food is not like it should be, we ordered scallop and they served shell/clam and insisted it's a scallop. The worst restaurant manager I ever met. We leaving without touch the food and still have to pay a full amount for their mistake.

New Town Metro station A exit is about 350 meters away. There is a bar and a small shop next door open very late. There is a KFC around the corner with a Starbucks opposite of that and a McDonald's on the other side of that road. Staff was helpful and efficient.
