I stayed at the Kamare for a couple of days in Bali. I want to say that this place is very clean, chilled, and the location is very good if you are looking to be more on the outskirt of Canggu and avoid the noise, congestion, and busy atmosphere near the beach. Of course, if peace and quiet and a bit more isolation is not what you want, and if you desire close proximity to all the action, then the Kamare location may not be what you want. This hotel is very relaxing, low key, and clean! My room for a couple of nights was well kept, clean, and everything works nicely without issue. The front desk staffs were so friendly, helpful, and always ready to help with anything you need. I will definitely stay at the Kamare again on my next trip to Bali.

I stayed at The Kamare for a month and a half, the service was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept impeccably clean as they service the rooms every other day. On days I was hungover they’d just come and clean the day after with no issues. When I briefly got sick, they were quick to offer to take me to the hospital or call a doctor which I very much appreciated. The location is incredible. Canggu isn’t the most walking friendly, but just outside the hotel in walking distance are a number of great breakfast/brunch spots. Delicious bbq pork ribs at The Blaze, healthy fruit bowls and brunch at Kai Cafe or Warung Goethe, the best mie ayam bakso at Bakso Rudi, pizza and pasta at Pittore, sushi at Okaeri, and of course great Balinese massage at Jinah Spa for only 170K IDR (about $11 US). You can get the most amazing workout in just a 5 minute scooter ride away at Impulse by EMS and Nirvana Fitness. You’re also just a quick 10 min scooter ride away from all the best parties at Morabito, Lila Brown, Finn’s, and Miss Fish. The Kamare is the perfect budget friendly stay to experience Canggu comfortably. AND the beautiful rice field as soon as you walk out of the hotel is the best sight to start your day!

Had an amazing stay at The Kamare, good value, room was clean, staff were really helpful and friendly, Essa was my host and he’s a very gentleman. Highly recommended this place.

Had a great experience staying here. Currently there is some construction next doors why I could not sleep but the staff helped to find a different room with less noice. Rooms, location are nice and the friendly staff is 5 stars

Very clean, quiet, beautiful and serence ambience. The rice paddy field view with chirping birds are sensational. Location is great close to all nice restaurants, spa, beach clubs, supermarket. The staff are very nice and super helpful. Will definitely stay again at The Kamare in my next Bali trip.

It was great to stay in this accommodation. We was surprised about the central location, the very friendly stuff (especially Esa who organized us scooter, ferry boat tickets and taxis for a very competitive price and had a lot of recommendations) and the clean and very good rooms. Our experience was that good, that we decided to come after Gilli islands again to stay at changgu again before flight. Many thanks to Esa and the hole team, as they made the positive difference.

We stayed at The Kamare for a week or so. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the location (close enough to the beach and the many local brunch spots). Everything was kept tidy and clean. The communal kitchen and dining area can be a bit noisy as all the rooms are close by. All in all, would recommend.
