Absolutely delicious Waffles (especially the Liege Waffles). Very nice beverages too: Yummy Hot Chocolate and Coffee. Highly recommended.

Excellent cafe, in the heart of tourist central - you'd probably expect to pay more and get less. We loved it, a sandwich (some Italian mix, which was huge) and a "boss waffle" (a savoury style waffle with bacon eggs etc) - which was amazing, and some coffee and of course beer. Service was quick and friendly - everything was delicious. Definitely recommended

Great spot for breakfast or lunch! The Italian omelette was delicious. The focaccia was pretty small (the sandwiches were much bigger) but all were good, as was the coffee.

The American pancakes was not good and the croissant 🥐 was below average and it’s more expensive than other places. I told the waiter that the pancake was not good and I could not eat it he respond you have to pay for it anyway!!! the place not worth to visit

After spontaneously walking to their terrace to enjoy a Belgium waffle 6 months ago we wanted to come back here ever since to try and taste their famous croissant with Italian ice in it. So end of September we did, finally. We ate lunch first and it was absolutely delicious! Their menu is really unique with many, delicious choices. From drinks like amazing warm chocolate milks to (Italian) food. We both had a focaccia and loved it. For desert finally the croissant with Italian ice cream…and it was extremely disappointing! The croissant tasted old (quite tough) and the ice cream itself does not deserve the label ‘artisanal’ in our opinion. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere great. Too bad of the croissant (especially because it’s their famous food) but we’ll definitely come back here to try the many other choices! Go here!

Very busy cafe serving an excellent cup of coffee. Breakfast is superb with the house egg and bacon a stand out star. All cooked freshly. Toilets are at the rear clean and tidy.

The best breakfast of the yearrr🥳 Croque madame was fantastic, a ham cheeses sandwich toped with fried eggs. The crunchy of toasted bread goes well with melted cheese. And they also served salad as a side, brilliant 🤩 Cafe latte was also very nice, love the way they serve coffee here. There are always give a little treat beside the cup.

Steve and Dan are the lovely people who run this cafe. Lovely breakfast tasty coffee, serve with treats (chocolates and cakes)very fair prices. Lunchtime menu also very good.Oh pistachio ice-cream is yummy. We go there every morning, they open at 8:15, the best location near cathedral. We recommend this cafe.

We stopped in Ghent (Gent) for waffles and a drink when travelling across Belgium to the F1 at Spa. Caffe Rosario is in a nice location with views of the surrounding churches and historic buildings from the outside covered tables. There is also seating inside and customer toilets are also available. Service was friendly and the Brussel's Waffles we had were very good, as was my latte. A plain Brussel's Waffles is €6 and then toppings are extra. I had banana and ice-cream on mine which added an extra €5.50 My latte was €3.90

Had our Easter Sunday breakfast at Cafe Rosario and we loved it. Great location and scrumptious meal. The omelette Italian was cooked to perfection and was soft and fluffy. The croissant was delicious with a good combination of crispy, buttery, flaky. Fried eggs and bacon was done well too. My daughter enjoyed the ice cream on the waffle while I relished the strawberry shake that was creamy and flavourful.

The best breakfast in Gent. The price is affordable with reasonable portions. Foods are good especially the breads! It’s a good choice for the breakfast.

What a rip off! 9,50 EUR for some mini pancakes that weren’t even that good, when they were brought to the table I thought it was a joke, that is a children’s portion, see my hand as a point of reference (and I have small hands!!) My friend also ordered a “chicken” bagguete we were wondering as well where the chicken was (?) the prices are ridiculously high for what they offer…

A pleasant place for a morning breakfast. The vegetarian options are also good. The coffee was average and medium sized. The eggs and bacon tasted okay. The served it with regular bread on sides. Overall nice place for a decent breakfast.

Caffe Rosario has been the most delightful breakfast for us 3 days in a row. The staff members are so lovely and will do anything to help. The food is beautiful and fresh and there is a huge variety. Us English speakers had no issue here either! We have also taken away a sandwich for our flight ahead. We will miss this place!

The inside of the restaurant gave tacky. In such a beautiful place like Gent, I cant believe this place exists. Theres no vibe in it. Its giving midwest diner meets Ikea inside. But thats just me. The coffee was average & the servers were nice.

I had breakfast here. It was very great! Staffs are kind. And bread was delicious. Waffle was great as well. The price was reasonable. And I liked soy milk option for coffee :)
