Excellent food and excellent service! Could not ask for a better meal - highly recommend. Venison and scallops were particularly impressive

Well!!! This is maybe the best place to have a Dinner!!! That guys knows what to do and how to do it! The service was very gentle and sensitive. The meat was just so close to the perfect one that I didn’t even remember better cooked lamb chops in my entire life! May be the rest of the dishes was slightly non characteristic as the lamp and that was the reason why I was so focused on the lamb. Guys, believe me, the lamp is so so so delicious that it’s just like nothing on the table beside that meat!!! Strongly recommend to come here for a dinner.

Delicious 4-course menu, flavourful and imaginative.

I ordered a menu set for 56€. Overall : Good place, but the wait between the dish could be long If you're really hungry and have quite a big stomach, menu set is the good choice. They served 1 compliment snack, 1 bite, 1 starter, 1 main, and 1 dessert. For me, snack, bite, and starter are okay but not great, similar to any restaurants you can find. The dessert is quite good. But I am highly recommend the main dish, I had 'Catch of the day', the dish is great but without the menu set price, the dish alone might be abit too expensive.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Bistro Christophe! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. And the food! Oh my goodness, the food was incredible. My husband and I had our Xmas eve dinner here. It’s a prefix. Every dish was delicious. My favorite was the soup and smoked salmon appetizer. The risotto and baked venison were tasty as well. I love the lemon curd in the dessert. Strong citrusy taste with a hint of bitterness from the zest balances the mousse well. The paired wines were amazing. My husband was impressed with the Rioja.

Highly recommend this lovely little restaurant, only 10-15 mins walk from central Bruges. We had lightly smoked salmon with beurre blanc, lamb’s lettuce, mashed potato and leeks - delicious. The host was super friendly and welcoming. We booked ahead and were glad we did since the restaurant was quite full.

Fantastic food and good service. They offered fresh bread and fried carrots to start, we ordered salmon and rabbit, and had a bottle of wine. The bread was cut at the front of the restaurant but then placed in a paper bag which was a bit random. The fried carrots were surprising and delicious. Salmon was cooked to perfection and had a unique smoky flavour. Rabbit was tender and flavourful. For desert we made the mistake of ordering the tiramisu which can only be described as bizarre. Overall would love to come back.

The food was good, tasty and original. However the service was slow By the end of the meal I had spent so much time waiting I was bored and irritable. Was it the menu? Not enough staff? A lack of sense of urgency? Enjoying food is multifactorial. Slow service is a downer for me.

High price for the drinks, including beer and water. The food is worth it (I can say that for the option with rabbit, it's very tasty). For the stoverij (typical Belgian recipe) it's not so good because the meat was not tender. Great service.

A hidden gem that is just off the main tourist area. The waiter was very friendly and welcoming, the food was good and plentiful. Particularly enjoyed the chocolate mousse dessert. The wine we were recommended was very nice. nice atmosphere with a good playlist going. The service was a little slow but we were not in a rush so wasn't an issue for us.

Superb, booking required unless you can wangle walking in which we managed. Highly recommend this Michelin star restaurant. Very reasonably priced also. Will return without doubt.

The fries are frozen French fries not the traditional ones. With a normal mayonese. The salad with out taste or something special. The drink was nice but simple very ecpexpress for 11 euros. The stove was bad the meat was dry and hard to eat the sauce was ok in taste. You need a reservation. The service was good.

We recently spent our Xmas holiday in Bruges and had a very nice Xmas Eve dinner at Bistro Christophe on Garenmarkt. Opening hours are 12-2pm (lunch) and 6-10pm (dinner) Thursday to Monday. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesday. Seating area is nice and spacious at Christophe. Staff were pleasant and timely during our meal. Menu features traditional Flemish and French cuisine. On the evening, we enjoyed the Signature Venison medallions served with mash, bitter veg, sweet pear and croquettes. Venison was prepared nicely at medium rare and tasted great. We also enjoy the Pheasant which was nicely paired with chicory, sprouts, berries and pear, providing a really nice medley of flavours with each bite. Dessert was a typical Belgian style chocolate mouse served with berries. Scoops were smooth, silky and richly flavoured. This was very good as well. In the end, we much enjoyed our meal at Christophe. This is a place we would gladly consider returning for another meal the next time we are in Bruges.

20 euro lunch was delicious and were full :-) were happy about surprised about complimentary soup and bread. Rustic interior, good service, lovely music, good wine list.

The best dinner ever in Brugge! Suggested from a local friend, it's a place where you can find good Belgian food in a beautiful and elegant location. Not for tourists but for visitors who want to deeply discover Brugge! ;-) Warmly recommended!!!

We had the loveliest dinners Cristoffe. Our service was excellent. The chef nearby and very hands on. A hidden gem. My sea bass and shrimp croquette was fantastic. Top notch, cozy, classy. Can’t wait to go again. Nit a tourist trap. An eye for the details. We stayed at hotel van cliffe which was excellent, Lucas from the hotel referred us.
