Tried using the order ahead feature on the app, had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled time for my food. Food was great but what's the point of having this in the app. It that tells you to go and pick up your food inside.....if I use this feature again , I will just pick it up through the drive through, that way they can't make you wait.

The order was delivered quickly, the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean. The staff was courteous

Chicken salad sandwich amazing. Got chicken nuggets for my 3 year old grandson mostly breading and hard i thew them away.

Everything was delicious. Fries could have been warmer.

Food was good but the woman at the window seemed like she was doing 50 different things at once and wasn't really listening to me. Asked if I wanted sauce then didn't give me any.

The fried food here is always the worst of all the Arby's I've been to.
