I come here to grab a drink and donut every week after grocery shopping, and it's good every time!! I get the matcha, but the seasonal drinks are also very good!! they normally make holiday-themed donuts as well and they are so creative, as well as delicious!! When they remodeled in 2022, I waited patiently to make my great return to the establishment, and I was not disappointed!! The new accommodations were fabulous!! It's a clean and quiet place and the staff is kind! One time I didn't have enough money for a donut and the cashier let me have one for free! As someone who doesn't drink coffee that often, when I do want coffee, this place satisfies my desire to a tee! This will always be my go-to spot! I also highly recommend their tomato pesto grilled cheese! it's grilled perfectly and it's warm and filling! peak comfort food!!

Every single time that I come here, they are either out of something or get my drink incorrect. If you realize your order is messed up, while still in the area, and go in, they will give you an attitude and a refund even though they are fully equipped to me the drinks right, they just lack the smarts to do it. Don't bother calling them, they don't answer their phones, or if they do, they take the phone off the hook so you will quit bothering them. Message received! I won't be returning. Also, Tiffin needs a Starbucks!!!!!

Been to this Tiffin location too many times, and keep saying maybe it’ll be better next time. But it just keeps getting worse. Horrible, unorganized staff, food is never made the way it’s ordered, minimum of a half hour wait in the drive thru, and today was the last straw for this place!

Don't expect good service here. If there is a bigger girl working with earbuds in, RUN. She is the WORST. Today a store full of customers watch her throw multiple boxes of donuts onto the counter with an attitude, one almost fell off and she walked away. They also PURPOSELY ignored mobile orders and when they picked up the receipts as they printed. There was easily 10 or 15 waiting. Along with multiple doordashers inside waiting. They absolutely are awful.

Definitely not good. They mess the order up everytime. Everytime. And the cheese from the begal looks like it was dropped on the ground ans picked back up.

Tiffins location is terrible. I've been there three times since they have opened again and all three times they have mess up my order. Their staff is cant do their job right and they couldn't do it before they remodeled, always got my order wrong then too. Fostorias location has always been better haven't had one problem with them yet.

I go to this Dunkin quite often, and more than half the time my order is messed up if I order anything more than a drink. This morning, I ordered a large strawberry refresher, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and 2 hash browns. The drink was perfect, the sandwich came with bacon instead of sausage, and I only got 1 hash brown with like 4 of them in the package. I tried calling, and like always, they didn’t answer the phone. They never do. The customer service is not great here.

Light years better than the new Fremont Dunkin! Great fast service.

I was at dunkin yesterday at around 11 there was a guy with long black hair who took my order he was very rude when I informed him my drink was missing cream. The girl who made (glasses dirty blonde hair) my food messed it up and wasn’t happy when I asked for it to be fixed. After reading reviews I guess my service wasn’t as bad as some but could have been better. Hepefully it is straightened out soon.

Went through the drive-thru and the lady making the food (has AirPods in constantly on morning shift) NEVER puts the double cream cheese I pay for on my bagel. Also you can see through the window that she has a drink on TOP of the equipment she’s making food on. HUGE health code violation. Got fed up and called the store to speak to the “assistant manager” who very rudely answered the phone by saying “yeah?” Yall for sure need better employees. The Dunkin in Findlay would NEVER.

Terrible service. Employees clearly need trained. Half full drinks. Made wrong 25/7. Might as well be prepared to wait 45 minutes.

The food is consistently delicious!! Never disappoints! Their seasonal drinks can be hit and miss but I have not been too disappointed the past times I've had them! The workers are usually very kind, patient, and understanding! They need more seating space though. I have come with large groups of friends and sometimes we have to stand cause there isn't enough space at the table and there are no groups of tables either! But the place is pretty clean and the bathrooms are spaced and very clean as well!

Love Dunkin its so good and even though they are always really busy they make my drinks just like I want and in a timely manner.

This is the worst Dunkin I have ever experienced- The line was very long and barely moved, and it took us about half an hour to even get to the speaker. Had to wait longer to get our order taken, and ended up being there for almost 45 minutes. Our drinks were not as expected and when I asked for my receipt, I was told they could not provide one as their machine was not printing. Will never go back to this location-horrible service.

the guy working the window was very rude, wouldn’t let my girlfriend even finish our order before he cut her off with the total, and when we got our drinks mine wasn’t even mixed and he purposely almost forgot the straws😒 do better!

We went through the drive thru this morning around 8. Ordered two donuts and a drink. They stuffed the jelly donut and a sprinkle donut together in one bag, so there was icing everywhere, and none on the jelly donut. Also no napkins. Not the service I'd expect from a dunkin donuts, kinda disappointed and underwhelmed.

I’m not the type to give bad reviews to somewhere but my Tiffin Dunkin experience has been awful. The last time I went I didn’t get the correct donut that was on an online order, if you don’t have a donut let me know and I will change it based on what you do have!! Don’t just throw a random donut in my bag. This was brought up on the review survey that the app does and nothing was done. I went today through the drive thru, I ended up getting stuck for over 40 minutes, I ordered 2 donuts which I could’ve gone inside for but decided to be lazy. Once again I did not get the donuts I had asked for. When I called they said they were running out which I understand but again, Basic customer service, ask me what I’d rather have!!!!

The drive-thru is a mess. I was told “I’ll be with you in a moment” after 4 minutes. The person who arrived after me saw me waiting and decided to just drive up to the window so I left after that. The drinks are always made wrong anyway. You will always spend 30+ minutes in the drive thru for overpriced milk and syrup. The owner wants to expand but not pay enough people to run it or train correctly and it shows.

Dunkin has pumpkin!! Service was fast and our order was correct. I ordered a Pumpkin Cold brew and a few other drinks.

The guy at the cash register was great. He was nice. The women behind the counter were swearing and yelling. They were also checking their phones with lines backed up. One of them went to carry peoples drinks to another counter and put their fingers straight into the drink (and then served them!). When we got our drinks they were made wrong and half full. They did not care about their jobs one bit. Praise the guy working at the register for putting up with them.

This is RIDICULOUS! I ordered a large hot caramel craze latte this morning and was handed this! This is literally a medium inside a large cup! And this happens at every single location my family and I have ever gone to and it’s only getting worse! I worked at Dunkin before and all the employees would hand partially full drinks out to customers but I always refused. The problem is they have everything “pre-measured” when you push a button on the milk machine and the ratios aren’t right! You guys need to do better! Definitely won’t be back! Waste of money!

Cashier gave me all the wrong donuts. (Dbl check your donuts guys.) Dinner time and the frozen drinks weren't available because they were cleaning it. Perhaps a better time????

Took me 25 minutes waiting for a DRINK in the drive thru… and because of how it’s designed you cannot exit the drive thru early (like if you have to abandon ship and get back to work). If it was a one-off occurrence I would overlook it, but it’s not. Happened the last several times I’ve visited both drive thru and walk in for a carry-out. Food is one thing, but just having a drink isn’t acceptable for me to wait that long. Sorry not sorry.

Don’t come here if you don’t have 30-45 minutes to spend in the drive thru. For real, I spent 30 minutes in the drive and I still left. A good place to open a decent coffee shop.

I always order ahead, but for whatever reason my order is never ready when I arrive. I understand they recently reopened but they almost always have a full staff, yet the drive thru is wrapped around the building and the inside packed. I usually have to ask about my order and then they will begin to make it.

Haven’t had their coffee yet, but the drive-thru line was long and a worker came out with some Dunkin’ swag and H-boy was so pumped!! Thanks DD 👌🏽 Hope your coffee doesn’t suck..

I understand that tiffins location just opened again after months but to forget cream and sugar on multiple occasions. Glad I had it at home and it was a simple fix, but come on guys, let's get it together.

Wrong orders and 45 minute wait times won’t win over a lot of people. You can literally drive to fostoria location, order and get your food and drinks and still be back to tiffin quicker then going through Tiffins.

The line gets long and busy and the wait time can be a bit much But every staff member works hard and is super friendly! Great place to stop in the morning and pick up and coffee and breakfast and head out for the daily commute! I highly recommend going here!

They never disappoint! I love my iced Matcha with almond milk!

First time going here. I was just there 8/24/21. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissnt. I received a bacon egg and cheese one. My fault for not looking at the receipt. It was way to big and rhe croissant was extremely greasy. Egg had no flavor to it also the cheese didn't taste like cheese. Also ordered two doughnuts the frosting total slid off the doughnut before I got it home. Will not be going back there !

Service was meh, Food was weak, napkins were wadded up as if someone was very angry when placed in my bag. Snackin bacon was only half full (this is actually the worst offense and probably should have started with that). Had to ask for my coffees after they said my order was done. The menu at the drive-thru is missing one of the panels, the lady taking my order was very short tempered. I would prefer to go in and stare at the menu while I decide what to order, but since the dining room is closed, I was forced to decide at the drive-thru with half the menu missing. Tim Hortons is only a block away.
