It took 2 tries to eat at Burgerville. The parking is terrible and the drive thru clogs the entrance if you try to park by the restaurant. Slowsville.... should be the name of this place. On a good note the staff friendly and the restaurant clean. The Northwest Cheese Burger was very tasty. Great French Fries too! Yes i will be back to Burgerville!

Paper thin burger, squished old bun...sauce was the best. A minimal burger for over 6 dollars..didn't even have pickles or onions let alone tomato or lettuce. But for sure a DELUXE price. Propstra would not approve. Give it a pass

Soooo, my husband and I are new in town and love to try some new food around the area. Burgerville is everywhere in Portland, so we figure, let's give it a try; the line is very convincing; it must be good. So I ordered the crispy chicken, and my husband ordered no two burgers (I think that's what it is called). Mine is average; I don't really like it cause mostly the flavor is just salty from the deep fry chicken. My husband likes his burger; it is very "beefy," but he has massive diarrhea on that night until two days. I know that it is not fair that we blame the burger, but that is the only food we had that day because we woke up late on our day off. So we don't think we want to give it a try anymore. But oh, we also ordered the waffle fries, and we like it.

1st time trying Burgerville, probably the last... At no point during our meal did anyone think it was great, and at a $40 price tag for 3 people it should be better! Everything was luke warm, waffely fries were cold no flavor, burgers were warm ar best and didn't seem cooked all the way either. Chicken strips were good but that meal didn't include a drink, had to pay extra? Veggies on the burger seemed fresh, we liked the different sauce options but they didn't tell me sauces were extra so there's an unexpected up-charge. Disappointing overall, and the fact that the dining room isn't even open to the public shows a lack of effort in my opinion.

2 years ago I gave this location 4 stars. Today I take them back. This place was so disorganized it was irritating. 30 minutes for a simple burger with an onion ring on top. 30 minutes and an mediocre apology. I should have looked in the box before I left...you guessed it. No burger, instead I paid $7 for the three onion rings pictured here. There is no team here, no leader but seven people swirling around inefficiently. In time people will go elsewhere. I will go elsewhere. That is all.

I used to love going to Burgerville every once in a while to get a tasty burger. However, in the past few years, all Burgervilles have started begging for tips. Even at the drive-through window. Sorry, I don't tip for fast food, and certainly not for a drive-through experience. And, I don't want to be put in the uncomfortable situation of hitting the "no tip" button while an employee is staring at me. So, I just don't go to Burgerville anymore. My advice to Burgerville: pay your employees a living, competitive wage. If you need more money from your customers in order to pay your employees appropriately, then raise your prices. You shouldn't be asking for tips on fast food service, period. Only sit-down restaurants with a waiter traditionally receive tips, and even that is arguable nowadays since Oregon no longer allows a lower minimum wage for tipped employees.

Burgerville is a small chain/local establishment that we are all fortunate to have access to in the PNW. The food quality and flavors are always amazing! The rotating seasonal items are wonderful...I find myself often checking to see what's new and/or back on the menu! I moved to Portland in 2012 and never tried Burgerville until a couple years ago...wish I would have much sooner! MORE THAN WORTH IT! 😁

I forgot to order my burger with a gluten free bun. Not realizing until I sat down. Went up to the counter to let them know of my mistake and the guy said no problem and quickly had a burger with a gluten free bun in my hand. I tried to pay the extra for the GF bun and he said not to worry about it. Great customer service and I love their fries and the fact that I can get a GF bun and GF fries keeps me coming back. And their shakes of course! And I appreciate their local food sourcing as well.

Although they were about to close the manager still let me in. They were busy!!!!!!! It took a bit longer to get my food, but you just can't force perfection can you. They were sorry for the wait and threw in a small fry. Awesome. Really it wasn't necessary! The place was busy!!!!! And in top of it all, my burger was hot and fresh. Love this place!

Great food and service. Jake was very considerate of handicap mother. Her cane fell several times and he came over to help. Great service.

Expensive but The food is delicious. I don’t appreciate the convoluted pin pad system with gratuity options for a drive-through. Also, Don’t take anything you care about through the drive-through here. Unless you have over 6 inches of ground clearance you’re probably gonna bottom out or smack a curb.

We stopped in with big group (including 9 kids under 13) from out of town and after a confusing order placed (my fault), the manager Mindy went above and beyond to make things right. The service was fantastic, food delicious, and at the end when my toddler asked for an ice cream, Mindy kindly gave each of the kids a complimentary cone. She was incredible and if anyone from higher up at Burgerville sees this, they should recognize her for that!!

Best burgers, fries and Hazelnut milkshakes around! We are from Idaho and we don’t have Burgerville there, so every time we come to Oregon, we HAVE to go to Burgerville! The manager, Mindy, was so extremely kind! We came in with a big group (including 9 kids) and she was so patient, sweet, and generous with all of us (and especially with the kids). She is an amazing human and was such a great example to our kids of how to be a good person 💛 We will always come back!!

Don't grab Burgerville often, usually only as a treat when I see a good seasonal burger. Normally I have good experiences and food but have had issues twice with this location. One time I didn't receive an item and the fries were half empty, called when I realized and was told just keep receipt and mention you called and it would be fixed - did so the next time I visited and was told they only would've taken care of it same day. Next issue I had was with the No6 burger being so greasy the bun was like mush and it was so bad it soaked thru the bag too. Complained online about it and got an email that said they valued my feedback and would get an email regarding the issue and to fix it and all I got was another email saying they will use it as a "learning" experience and nothing else. Just a bummer since they are the closest location but not worth visiting if they don't fix mistakes.

Great food. Still think it’s bizarre tipping at a drive thru. No other fast food restaurant does this and the prices are higher than competitors as well. The food is great and same as service. Just wish it could be already built into the prices.

Milkshake was awful. Fries were good. Went through the drive thru. No one came on the speaker for several minutes so I thought it was broken. Drove forward and tried to order at the window - thankfully my order was small, otherwise I would have had to go back through after waiting 20 minutes in line.

Don't buy the new Breaded Chicken Sandwich at Burgerville, it's horrible! Good fresh condiments on it, but the Chicken was a totally bust not fit for human consumption! Not even sure it had real Chicken in it extremely disappointing! Doesn't meet the Burgerville claim of fresh NW ingredients at all! They used to have a great Grilled real Chicken Sandwich on a multi-grain bun that was to die for with BQ sauce! I would only recommend the Burgers, Fries and Shakes now!

No. 6 burger was better than In n Out, but maybe a little too simple to compete against Five Guys. The fries were crispy and simple; definitely better than what I had from In n Out and Five Guys. It tasted like better quality & crispy McD fries.

I lowered my rating because my shake this latest time was really chalky and tasted like there was powder in it. The burger and fries are great. The burger has tasty bacon and fresh veg.

Definitely an impressive lil Establishment! 1st time through here and surely will not be the LAST! Very reasonable pricing on all items and even Plant Based Shakes that taste DIVINE! 👌 The Burgers were cooked soo well & everything on them was incredibly juicy, and flavorful to the fullest extent. 5 Stars 🌟

I like Burgerville because they use local ingredients. I ordered the original cheeseburger which is basic and simple but at the same time tasty. The seasonal fried asparagus was yummy specially dipped in garlic aioli or ranch sauce. The restaurant was clean, the only thing is that parking could be tight.

It's been a decade since my last visit. The fries were pretty good but the bacon cheeseburger was very bland. Overall, it's expensive and not a great value. Hazelnut chocolate milkshake was not blended. 20 minutes in the drive thru. Can't wait for an In N Out in the area.

Top notch burger joint! The ingredient quality is above and beyond any of the more common fast food burger restaurants around. They take it one step further and offer choices built around local seasonal ingredients, for example Walla Walla onion rings, or local Marionberry or hazelnut (filbert!) milkshakes. The prices are definitely higher than McD's or BK, but I would say that the quality of the ingredients matches the increase in price. The milkshakes are addictive and I would recommend the colossal burger as well.

Very disappointed. Spent over a half hour in the drive-thru for a burger and fried chicken burger that was tasteless and sub-par to even McDonald's, which is very sad. The only place for this food was in the trash container. What a waste of money and time. Keep dreaming of being In n Out.. You will never match that taste and quality! Will never return nor recommend. Nasty food!
