All I can say: SCAMMERS. We drove all the way from Milwaukie to Tigard to place a to -go order. We asked for a party platter of coconut shrimp, among other items, and when we arrived home we realized we only had 11 shrimps as it would be normally served on a regular plate. We also asked for tartar and coleslaw, but those did not make it in our bags either. I asked Michael specifically to pay attention to the sauces added and the size of each plate. We got home with no tartar sauce, but tons of pina colada sauce for 11 shrimps. The waiter also came to us saying that there are no sides for the platter size...we agreed as we needed that specific amount for our family gathering. So what's your win in this? you charged us $31.49 for a plate that is actually $17.99...shame on you!!! Also, what's with the door announcement "be patient with our personnel" You have youngsters sitting around and giggling while this one was taken to go orders and can't make sure the order is correct. You don't need additional personnel...you need people with integrity working there! triple check your orders before leaving, people!

Ahhhh, red lobster being consistent for the 20+ years I have been going there. I loved my ultimate feast, my kid loved his fish, wife loved her lobster, and most importantly my mom was super happier with her meal as well. Liz was a proper professional server, and gave fantastic service. I’m so glad this was our last restaurant we visited for my moms visit. Thank you red lobster and thank you Liz!

I know this is the KFC of wannabe fine dining, but these lemons appear to have come from a dumpster and not recently. "Clam chowder" is worse than canned store bought soup - warm salty milk, with a few slivers of potato and some tiny tiny bits of clam (fun table game, try to find the clam). Lobster was inedible, tasted like aquarium smell, doesn't show well in photo but it was brown and Grey. Baked potato was evidently baked in a kiln, skin not only inedible but so hard as to be uncuttable. Steak was okay, over seasoned and id have guessed a cheaper cut than it supposedly is, but cooked properly. I am sure they'll blame covid, but one can only drive so many miles on that excuse before it starts to become clear it is more excuse than reason

Ist time here for lunch, 11:45am on a Monday. The main dining area was fairly empty. We were placed in the small bar area(fairly full). The AYCE soup and salad were very good (as we expected them to be). I had the Lobster Bisque, and my wife ordered the Clam Chowder. Our House salads were filled with fresh ingredients, and the dressings were very flavorable. The serve was slower than other Red Lobster restaurants we have eaten at before. Slow at bringing our first round of drinks, slow at bringing the Cheddar biscuits (long after our food had arrived), Slow on drink refills, slow on AYCE refills (we had to flag her down and ask for more soup). Food wise, it was an excellent lunch with excellent value.

Classic New England style seafood. The Crab Rangoons and Maine Lobster tails are our favorite dishes here. The staff here is excellent. Sometimes they are light staffed due to COVID, I think they handle this challenge well. Cocktails here are standard pours. It’s a family favorite

First time going to red lobster and pretty much the last we ever going to any red lobster we decided to come for my brothers birthday to celebrate but it was not a great experience to remember. First off the lady her name was crystal that was taking our order she reeked of alcohol and cigarettes and also throughout our meal she would forget what we ordered and was guessing on what we ordered. Second the food was not the best the mashed potatoes were very firm and were absolutely not fluffy, we also ordered a baked potato and it was not cooked at all and it seemed like it was microwaved we were trying to cut into it and we ended up spilling our drink also the majority of the food that we ordered was extremely salty we asked her if she could tell the cooks not to add salt or any additional seasoning and it was still really salty, also most of the shrimp we got did not seemed cooked all the way, most of what we ordered was not very hot it seemed barely warm. she was also assuming that we needed a Togo box when we were not even half way through our meal, felt like I was bit ripped off was very excited since my dad would tell us how great this place was but very disappointing.

The Red Lobster was a wonderful place to eat. The wife and I enjoy eating seafood and I've got to say that they are spot on with the dishes they serve. We started out with seafood stuffed mushrooms loved them. The cheese biscuits they serve warm you can't stop with eating just one. The wife ordered the salmon New Orleans, and I had the Lobster, Shrimp and Salmon. We enjoyed our meal. We ate,at the bar and I've got to say that the Bartender Justin out did himself with service and great personality as,well as,our server Courtney. The Margaritas couldn't have been made any better. Yes we,are, going to come back again. Thank you Red Lobster.

It was very busy at lunch so we had to wait 35 min. Food was good and fresh. I loved the biscuits. Service was good and fast. Little expensive for me. Comfort food. My favorite was lobster mashed potato and shrimp Mac and cheese.

Good food but kinda disrespectful, why vacuum right next to someone who is eating... It really upsets me! A mongolian restaurant I frequent does it too, I thought it was a culture gap so I have never complained but here too? I don't sweet or vacuwhen entertaining guests it propels all sorts of things into the air and food.

Love Red Lobster, this time took forever for the waiter to come to the table, clam chowder was cold and I mean cold, ask the waiter to heat it up and brought it barely warm, at time of my son ordering Salmon waitress did not ask about how we wanted it (3 different options) and sides neither, so we had to look for her many times because no one was around, main dish was very good though after we told her how my son wanted the salmon and the sides!! Nice and clean place as always, this time SERVICE WAS THE PROBLEM!!

Classy place with surprisingly great steak given that it's mainly a seafood restaurant. Staff is very friendly, lobster itself, which is the main theme of the place is average, not that good unfortunately. Their menu has weekdays dishes, which offers pretty good deals.

I had a wonderful experience. My service was on point and the atmosphere was pretty relaxed. My crab legs clusters were extremely small. Maybe we got the malnourished batch. The sides were delicious of course the biscuits were delicious and plentiful.

The endless shrimp was good, but the restaurant was out of two of the perhaps five varieties you could choose from. The coconut shrimp and plain fried breaded shrimp are the only ones I eat, and the servings were plentiful on this visit to the establishment. The waiter was not very attentive, and behaved rudely to my mother, whom is hard of hearing, when she was asking questions over the menu. Quick, sharp, dismissive responses were what he provided. The lobsters that the place is named for sit in a small fish tank at the front of the store. They likely haven't eaten since their arrival, and all sport stress injuries in the claws due to them being bound. They don't put up much of a fight when a customer chooses one, and is pulled out of the tank for inspection. There is a level of cruelty here that most customers don't care to notice. It hurts to see them this way.

Be prepared for a long wait. Power went out at my home. So we went looking for food and internet. Arrived around 5:30 on a weeknight. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait. That seemed surprising since half the tables were empty, but okay. Actual wait time...55 minutes. We were just leaving when they finally called us. Serious staff shortages, I guess. Once seated, the person who waited on us was excellent. There were two people who walked back and forth several times, not talking to anyone. I am not sure what they were about, And the food was really good other than the Brussels. They had a sauce that made them too sweet. The lobster was cooked to perfection, and the dungeonous crab was a real treat. I am not sure why they are operating with half the restaurant, but they lost a lot of business while we were there from people who found the wait unacceptable. I would not have waited, except I had nothing better to do due to my power outage.

It was about 25 minutes to get seated, and it took an additional 60 minutes to get our food. The server was very friendly when he was at the table, but he was rarely at the table. He would buzz by, promise to bring things, and then not come back until much later and had forgotten. They were out of many appetizers and entrées, which somewhat limited choices. The shrimp dishes were all flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Snow Crab was overcooked, causing the shell to be soft, which made it more difficult to free the meat from. It did taste good, but no butter to dip in was brought. The biscuits were fresh, warm, and delicious, but also devoid of butter. This is one of the very few bread items that I actually eat. The lobster was cooked well and did come with butter to dip in. Both the loaded baked potato and the lobster topped baked potato were delicious as well. The rice was pretty bland, but the broccoli was cooked to perfection. All in all, it was a good experience, albeit long and limited in selection.

This used to be one of my favorite red lobsters to go to. However our most recent visit the shrimp was and hard to chew in a couple pieces not even deveined, the atmosphere was not as Lively as it usually is when they have soft music playing in the background there wasn't any this time. Service was great as it always is but the chefs need to go back to culinary training and learn how to cook and clean the seafood properly. The location is still great though for nearby seafood.

So it’s Fathers Day 2024, the day before my wife called to make reservations and found you can not but the recording said to call 1 hour before you arrive to be put on a list that will work so the next day Fathers Day wife calls 2 hours before we would arrive to be told we don’t do any lists on holidays it would have good to know before hand, So our party of 4 went right way to have to wait for 2 hours to be seated, We were very fortunate to get a great waitress Katherine who took care of all our needs with a great attitude and smile, Now for the food the salon was very dry and lobster very small but the rest of our food was good, and 1 last thing as we were being seated the young man busing the tables l pointed out that there was lemon wedge on the floor and he said someone else will sweep it up later rather than just pick it up himself and leave it for a customer to slip and fall. Thank you hopefully next time we can have a better experience.

Terrific! Outstanding! Could not have been better! Our lunch was top shelf! But the best part was our server…Laura! She made our lunch special. She has all the qualities to make a server the very best….professional, efficient and above all engaging. When you visit, ask for her by name. You will not be disappointed!

It took absolutely forever to get out food, which is why I subtracted a star. The waitstaff did their best to make up for it. The food was good, we had a quiet table and the facility was tidy.

A chain is a chain, but the staff is what makes is special and the staff at this location were attentive and were very nice. The food was good though my friend couldn’t finish the endless shrimp (I had the dockside burger!)

we all know what to expect at Red Lobster as the commercials do a pretty good job of laying everything out for us. I will emphasize that the amount of food is quite large and even though it might be a little of the pricey side for what you get, it is a good value. I love shrimp, lobster, and crab and I can get all of that here I'm saying, it's a win.

First time at this red lobster I won't be returning or recommending it. We got the endless shrimp and then was informed that we could only order two more times after the original first, not very endless! But that was ok because we found hair in our first refill and didn't order anymore. Yuck! No refund given because we ate food before the refill. They also said they were busy but I took a picture of that.

Great date night with my hubs. Had the dinner for 2 special which turned out amazing! Waited a bit for a table, but it was worth it. Thank you!

Be prepared to wait anywhere from 15mins to 45mins for a table because this place is always busy. I've been coming here for special occasions for over 20 years. The parking lot is small but you can always find a spot eventually. The grounds and outside of restaurant is maintained nicely so is the inside of the restaurant. The lobby is a bit small and cramped. The food in my opinion is just ok, and not worth some of their prices. The staff is attentive but you can tell they dont have much experience in restaurant business. They do what they can though to make your experience here a good one. I will return in the future.

Haven't been here in years- had a craving for seafood and was in the area and decided to stop in. Was weird to see how empty it was compared to the old days. Used to be just packed all the time. Hoping this was just a slow night. The cheddar biscuits were light and flaky like we remembered. The Ceasar salad was also like we remembered- crisp with the right amount of dressing and parmeson. We ordered the Crab Rangoon as an appetizer. So good. The sauce has some heat surprisingly. I loved it. My wife ordered the cocktail shrimp appetizer and a side of broccoli. I ended up finishing her shrimp and they were fantastic! The Pina Colada dipping sauce is the perfect compliment. I ordered the New Orleans salmon. Basically a blackened Salmon with a creole cream sauce with shrimp on top. Absolutely outstanding. Phenomenal flavor- not to much heat. Just a great balance. I got a half order and got a side of shrimp scampi too. The price for that was about the same as a whole order. The scampi was great too. Overall we left full and satisfied. The receipt doesn't have out servers name, so I can't give her credit. She and the staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful. Great job!

This is a family place to enjoy delicious sea food and steaks with high quality service and kind staff! We had great times in this Red Lobster restaurant with my Dad and kids! One of my kids reported the steak not well done and we were agreed to grant our visit with a 4.5 stars! Please grant us with a like if you see our review was helpful to you or friends!
