I was hoping for my usual matcha at Starbucks, but got a half-empty, foam-filled cup instead. I went in to get it remade, but Niko, the worker, was unhelpful and cold. He remade it, but left out the syrups I paid for, so it tasted like milk. I asked for the syrups to be added and another worker insisted on a full remake. I agreed, but when I asked if the syrups were added this time, he said yes. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. To top it off, there were flies in the bakery case. A total letdown.

Another excellent Starbucks restaurant, and this one is close enough that I could even go there on foot. The staff are welcoming and very skilled in making drinks, even at 6:00 in the morning! This is in a strip mall parking lot, so parking is not a problem. The location on Pacific Hwy/99W is a prime spot. There are some comfortable single chairs and small tables in addition to the usual. Highly recommended.

The girl at the register was very helpful. I had a gift card I needed to add to my app and I was at another Starbucks in a fred Meyers at 11565 and the 2 girls there had no idea how to do it and looked like they couldn't care less, won't be going back to that one.

Just a quick shout out to Amber here. She saw that I was struggling a bit this morning and she gave me a nitro shot on the house. It was really really nice of her and I really appreciate it. Went above and beyond today!

On Aug 4th, my electric wheelchair broke down and a stranger pushed me over to the nearest Starbucks (on Pacific Highway and Dartmouth Ave) to get me out of the heat and to wait for an ambulance to help get me home. The Starbucks employees were most kind and allowed me to wait. Fortunately I have a Starbucks account and I was able to get a sandwich, a strawberry acai drink and a delicious lemon cake. As I said employee's were most kind and I appreciated it very much.

Food was good as usual. Service was very friendly and prompt. Facility was clean and fresh. Only con wás a/c was on high and fan running on a day where it was already cold.

I don't drink coffee but needed some for a business meeting. Starbucks has the right "traveler" kit for this purpose. It's reliable and quick and just the right answer. It's a good service.

Very friendly atmosphere. Went into the store in response to an app BOGO offer that turned out to be very misleading. (While in the store, two other people came in with the same misunderstanding - so, not just me.) Frustrating visit.
