I guess we were lucky the first time we came here. Because service was horrible this time around. Don't bother making an appointment because they'll see you when they feel like it. It seems like they want you to beg for there services. They just lost two clients who would come from the USA for service. Can anyone recommend a place in Tijuana that will appreciate my money...

Excellent service and highly recommended attention

I made an appointment for a haircut, specifying that it was for a man and I wanted to be attended to by Manolo since he had been recommended to me when I arrived. I told them about the appointment and they passed me and a girl came to cut my hair. Manolo was on one side and I told them that I wanted to be treated by him, he says that he does not cut men's hair and not short hair. I have Chinese hair that I can assure is longer than many of his clients. I felt that I was discriminated against and even more so if I informed them by phone. It's for a man and when I arrive Manolo tells me that, they would have informed me by phone that he doesn't cut it for men, which I really don't think is the case. I would have avoided a trip back to the beaches otherwise I would have had to wait if I already knew in advance who the date would be for. Very bad experience.

It's the best place! Casandra is the one who does my hair, she is the best, I don't let anyone else touch my hair other than her, she always makes it beautiful and gives me very good tips. Very friendly and the place very clean and bright. Super recommended!

Made a same day appointment to fix a botched job from another salon. Alex and Manolo assisted me right away and helped me feel like myself again! I absolutely LOVE my hair! They did a shadow root, toning, and cut. The salon is spacious, clean, and modern. Plenty of parking outside. Friendly staff and most of all, they were eager to help customers despite language barrier. They have earned one loyal customer 🤍 coming back here again every 3 months!

The guy who cut my hair is very kind, his name is Miguel Ochoa, but I asked him to remove about 2 cm at most, and he took off about four, I asked him not to make layers and he made me layers, in the On the front side I have smaller hair, on the other side I have it different, he sheared my hair. I went later to have my hair corrected, and he cut me a little more just as kindly, but the hair is a disaster. I have invested a lot of money in taking care of my hair, and it seems unfair to me that he shaved it off. Every time I try to do my hair, I get frustrated, because I really can't comb it well, and I have photos of my hair that is super healthy and even, without layers, the only thing that in the front was like it was A butterfly fringe, but the back was totally straight

My experience two months ago, the girl who did my makeup did an excellent job but the one who did my hair left me very dissatisfied for the simple fact that I have Chinese hair and they normally straighten it with a dryer and then straighten it, the girl just ironed it. I didn't even comb the strand that was going to be ironed, causing my hair to burn and become more damaged, and I only bathed the hair that in the end was stiff with hairspray.

Very friendly, but you tell them you want it blunt and shape it, and they cut off half your hair. Solely from my haircut perspective.
