The best part about this was the night auditor tonight, Anna. She was an amazing, kind, beautiful type of person who helped us and saved us from having to sleep in my car after we spent all day getting shunted from hotel to hotel all down the coast. Called one hotel, set up a reservation, only to get there and they don't actually have the room and the person who made it shouldn't have even been able to do that. Did that 6 times before I called here and Anna finally had a room and even gave me a small discount for the hardship I've gone through today, said it was better to sell it a little cheaper than not selling the room at all. The room was cleaned well, the housekeepers here know what they're doing for the most part. Mirror in the bathroom wasn't in the best condition but besides that it's alright. The big issue this hotel has is its ownership and management, neither of whom care about their employees or guests other than for their money, certainly not enough to get anything working properly or get a competent breakfast.

One of the better pools I have been to in years. Temperature was perfect for my liking and very clean. Staff was very friendly. 4 stars for the fact that remodeling supplies were sitting in front of the main entrance.

The wifi was horrible. There are no fans in any of the bathrooms. No hot tub (really sucks). Breakfast was not fit for a dog. WAY overpriced! Homeless people staying in the parking lot. Staff was nice though. Will not stay there again.

Agree with many of these reviews, I think we stayed in the same room! Really squeaky bed, no bathroom fan, very few towels provided. TV only has Roku and no local channels for news. The desk staff were great, very nice. Breakfast was pretty dismal , bag given with an egg McMuffin and thatโ€™s it. I probably wouldnโ€™t stay here again until they upgrade their rooms and amenities, felt very Motel 6, without the cheap rate.

Clean room, everything worked well. Great indoor pool.. Areas of concern were squeaky beds, blah breakfast, terrible coffee, Roku TV was difficult and awkward. Not a great value.

Considering the options in town this was decent but could have been better. The air in the rooms was stale but at least the window could be opened to let in the aroma of the local cow farms. Also the shower curtain rod is curved outward and lets the water spray onto the floor. But the front desk attendants we spoke to were helpful.

This place is truly deserving of 1 star. Where do I begin......... Well they charge an absolute fortune for their rooms. We paid a whopping 240 dollars for one night. They promised us they have a working hot tub but after we had already paid we discovered it was broken. The tub in our own room was broken too, but when we told the front desk they smirked at us and said they couldn't do anything about it. They also promised us a premium continental breakfast in the morning. However, the next morning they said they only offer frozen burritos and we'd have to order one before 7am :( Naturally we felt we deserved a discount off our room because they did not provide us the service we paid for. But instead they gave us the "I'm sorry but there's nothing we're going to do about it" speech. We'll since they took our money under false and misleading circumstances now we have to partially reverse our payment. Why can't people just tell the truth????? If they had just been honest I wouldn't have been so surprised and disappointed. But they clearly misrepresented the features of their hotel and now we have to contest the charge, something I never dreamed I would have to do....... Just sad :(

Unfortunately the hot tub has been covered over permanently and is no longer operable as advertised. The pool temp and pool air temp were both uncomfortably cool, like got in to my waist and teeth were chattering. And the pool shower apparently has no hot water? The door to our room had a 3/4" gap between the top of the door and the door frame that you could see and hear everything through from the lobby and hallway. There was an overwhelmingly perfumey cleaner smell in the stairwells that actually made me cough and I'm not someone who is sensitive to smells. The carpets in the hallways and stairwell and elevator looked about 30yrs old, maybe the cleaner smell is to cover up the stink of old dirty carpet? The floors in our room could have been cleaner, and one of the mattresses was much thicker on one side than the other making it lopsided. The bed frames were cheaper than any Ikea frame I've ever seen and squeaked and shifted aggressively every time you moved. The included breakfast was *really* bland and dry and basic. The experience was disappointing (and not cheap ๐Ÿ˜ฌ) but the staff were all incredibly sweet and kind though which was probably the most redeeming thing about this place. Will not be returning unfortunately โ˜น๏ธ

Looks can be deceiving! From the outside this looks likes a well kept luxury hotel but looks can be deceiving. In actuality it is a run down, dirty, stinky place. Have you ever gone into a hotel room and had the overpowering scent of bad air freshener with an underlying stink you just can't cover up? If not, get a room at the Ashley Inn in Tillamook and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about. The beds were lumpy and hard to find a comfortable spot. Between the discomfort and the stench I was happy to hit the road again and continue our vacation road trip. Breakfast sandwiches have to be ordered in advance and mine was a dry stale English muffin with a cold rubbery egg and a small piece of cheese. Of course they forgot to add the sausage that just may have made it eatable.

Seems like it's run by someone very cheap who thinks their business ideas are genius and save so much money when in reality it just makes the stay very awkward, like a halfway house feel almost. The weird preordering breakfast with a select time to go pick it up from the front desk, seems like it's made on a plug-in griddle in the office. The steam room and Jacuzzi have been broken so long they now just say they don't have one even though they still have it listed on their website. Their TVs are just rokus and the channels are just "Roku TV" which is just the free little programming that comes with a Roku. Everything feels cheap, dated, and just thrown together. For $168 you can do a lot better.

No coffee pot in room. No hot water for tea. Looks like animal hair under the bed. Breakfast options are bad. Good heat and air conditioning. And the TV had more options then most places we have been to.

The rooms are okay, the steam room and the hot tub been down for a long time .. even though the workers said the owner has money to fix it they just don't care. The front end desk workers are always great and helpful, other then the that, I would say this hotel should fall in the price range of 80$ there's nothing to pay for.

The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable which made it difficult to get up for our 7am breakfast pick up at the front desk. We had to order from 3 choices the night before and pick up at a specific time. We ordered English muffins with butter and jam. They were strangely greasy and not toasted. My suggestion is to not bother with their "breakfast" and go to Starbucks next door for a treat. They do offer coffee, however, both coffee dispensers were out of coffee. The young lady at the front desk was super nice.

Awesome place to stay. Excellent service and attention to detail. Coffee available almost around the clock, but very far to accommodate. We will plan on another visit. Thank you.

The location was perfect for us to go see the creamery. The customer service was not good we booked our king room on line and was given a queen when checking in. The computers were down and was told there was a king available but could not give us the room, needed to talk to manager. Next morning talked to the manager and did nothing for us.

Friendly staff, but in complete service. My toilet clogged and I had to borrow a plunger to fix it. My room was not cleaned while I was out all day. They do have comfortable beds but also a very uneven floor. No hot tub.

A nice place for a rest. Currently the hotel is under renovation so some of the rooms may. It have matching decor but the facility is clean and the staff is professional and polite. Breakfast is a brown bag affair and needs to be preordered the night before.

I had a good impression coming to this place so I wanted to write a review. Before doing so, I also wanted to know if others had the same thought and read their reviews as well. I confirm that yes the bed has a squeaky sound and yes the wifi connections are not quite as stable. However, other than those, the stay was quite pleasant. Not sure if this place is overpriced for the value they provide. But IMO, I thought it was okay :)

The rooms only have Roku TVs and do not have cable or satellite available. The TV in our room did not work. The front desk staff was snarky and did not want to help us with the issue at at all. We asked if we could switch rooms and they finally came up and looked at it and got it to work for little bit. Also, there is no in-room coffee. Breakfast is order ahead breakfast burritos. As we were leaving in the morning two employees were arguing within earshot of the whole lobby. Giving two stars because the room was clean.

A disappointing experience. On a positive note, the desk agent was very nice to us - what follows was completely out of her control. The mattresses were due for replacement long ago. The air conditioning system was inoperative. The Wi-Fi system was inoperative as well. Cโ€™mon, people, do better.

My fishing guide recommended this place as he told me they had an arrangement with the hotel for a set price for their clients if they send them to this hotel. However, the hotel's price was way beyond what the guides agreement was apparently for (they offered a $10 discount). If you're coming to the area for a guided fishing trip and your guide recommends this place, I'd look elsewhere as it's nothing special and they apparently aren't honoring the deal they made with the local guides. Other than that, the room was very basic but the internet was down and their tv requires internet connection so there was no TV to watch. Walls and ceilings are seemingly not insulated well and the room was quite noisy.

The stay was great and the pool was amazing. The worker jade, is by far one if the best employees I've encountered at this hotel, her effort to make sure u have a great stay is astounding, her additute is great. She definitely helped me find out that this hotel will be the usual place I stay for travel in tillamook. Great hotels deserve great employees for sure.

Young man, Decklan, at front desk is a treasure. He was so friendly, polite, and helpful. Room was nicely updated. Bed was very comfortable and seemed to have a memory foam topper. Room and bath was spotlessly cleaned. They provided a hearty breakfast sandwich if our choosing and delicious Portland coffee in the morning.

๐Ÿ‘ Room with two beds was 222 a night. But it came with no shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and parking is very cramped. Over all experience was good but for that much money I won't ever return... Air conditioner worked like a pro. The decorations sent me back to the 1980's the check out lady wa...
