best
part
about
this
was
the
night
auditor
tonight,
Anna.
She
was
an
amazing,
kind,
beautiful
type
of
person
who
helped
us
and
saved
us
from
having
to
sleep
in
my
car
after
we
spent
all
day
getting
shunted
from
hotel
to
hotel
all
down
the
coast.
Called
one
hotel,
set
up
a
reservation,
only
to
get
there
and
they
don't
actually
have
the
room
and
the
person
who
made
it
shouldn't
have
even
been
able
to
do
that.
Did
that
6
times
before
I
called
here
and
Anna
finally
had
a
room
and
even
gave
me
a
small
discount
for
the
hardship
I've
gone
through
today,
said
it
was
better
to
sell
it
a
little
cheaper
than
not
selling
the
room
at
all.
The
room
was
cleaned
well,
the
housekeepers
here
know
what
they're
doing
for
the
most
part.
Mirror
in
the
bathroom
wasn't
in
the
best
condition
but
besides
that
it's
alright.
The
big
issue
this
hotel
has
is
its
ownership
and
management,
neither
of
whom
care
about
their
employees
or
guests
other
than
for
their
money,
certainly
not
enough
to
get
anything
working
properly
or
get
a
competent
breakfast.
