These people are the friendliest, most desirable medical providers I’ve ever dealt with. Even my daughter who has severe anxiety about dental work, trusts them fully. Even after moving an hour or more from Tillamook, we continue using Smile Studio. These are the coolest people and they hire the nicest staff. Any provider of any service could learn from them how to keep customers comfortable and coming back. 🦷

The Smile Studio made me smile in an unexpected way. While doing a roundtrip through the US I had an issue and needed help. The staff (Sue ☺️) tried everything to get me in between the existing appointments so I was able to come around before leaving Tillamook. You just feel warmly welcome here and Dr. Long was able to help me quickly. The biggest surprise at the end showed me again, that there are these just good people helping others!

Dr. Long and his staff, especially his lovely wife, have the best customer service. They are more like family with how much they care about their patients, and they never forget an important life event. They really do feel like family, and you couldn't go wrong by make the Smile Studio your dental provider!

Very warm reception, professional care. I have severe dental anxiety but felt very little of this today. The end result of my care was the problem was resolved. All staff were very kind and competent. I would recommend this office and Dr Long 100%.

Beginning with Sue and everyone in the office my husband had a very good experience. They were helpful and attended to his needs immediately. We couldn't ask for a better outcome for his issue.
