Recently my dryer broke, and I sought price quotes for a new replacement machine as a back-up plan to a DIY repair option. Luckily, I was paired with Eric Hays at Roby's Furniture & Appliance. Mr. Hays listened to my needs, provided me comprehensive and competitive quotes and supported me throughout the process even knowing up front that my primary intention was repair over purchase. Thankfully I was able to repair the dryer this time, but my takeaway from the experience: Eric Hays at Roby's provided superior customer service in a very timely and no pressure sales manner. He empowered me as a customer and while I did not make a purchase this time; I will definitely turn to Roby's when I do need to make a purchase in the future as they truly put the customer first!

I called Roby’s in a bit of a panic with a non-functioning fridge after a 5 day absence. I called at 3:00 pm and by 6:15 a new fridge had been delivered by Dustin and Ed, two great natured guys that performed the exceedingly difficult task of getting the new box into the house, and up 14 narrow stairs. The old unit was similarly removed and the new unit was hooked up and functioning. I believe their work day normally runs till 5:00, but they handled my problem with grace and ease. The staff at Roby’s found me a replacement from their existing inventory and made it all happen in a very expedited manner. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you.

Dustin was the hardest working gentleman I have experienced in a long time. He uninstalled the old and installed the new dishwasher very efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and cordial. We enjoyed having him with us and even had a few laughs. Tom & Julie

Jesse Werner delivered my new gas top Kitchen-aid electric ovens today and I love them!! They were on back order for a few months but they had given me a loaner til mine came in. He even helped me trouble shoot a problem I was having understanding my new washer THANK YOU JESSE and Robys. All of our new appliances including washer and dryer came from Robys as well as Kithchen table and couch and chair. We couldnt be happier with everything. We purchased a ge profile dishwasher. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Jesse came out and removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one in a professional manner. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend Roby's for all of your appliance needs.
