I have been treated badly and harassed by people with in the Adventist Health Tillamook System ever since answering personal questions on my health history. Why ask for information if you are then going to treat a person badly because of it. It is disappointing that a health care system would do that. A person goes to the providers and clinics to receive healing not to be harassed, treated badly or hurt. I thought an oath was taken to do NO harm. I would hope a Christian organization would do better.

Well, it was a little wait but it usually is.Rosa was super nice and explained all. Dr Greg was my cool 😎 hippie doc and was really nice and my nurses were all nice. They were slammed and managed to continued to be kind, smile and sent us on our way. Happy 50Th is an under statement!

The lobby staff is always helpful efficient, and always friendly. The nurses endeavor to put one at ease while gathering information. The nurse who draws blood is so good you hardly feel the poke. Nurse Practitioner Andrea Nutt is going to be greatly missed, she is wonderful. Listens and works with the patient. It is a blessing to have the clinic in Sheridan. Thank you.

I am so grateful you were there! You checked me in and treated my dog-bitten hand with no delay. And the doctor and medical assustant were professional, competent, warm, and very helpful. As a tourist to Manzanita it was wonderful to get this kind of care after walking in out of the blue. THANK YOU!!

I was on vacation and had bad injuries to my neck. I needed pain medicine, so I could make it through the rest of my vacation. The ER was kind, gentle and thorough. I felt it was the best experience I have had at any ER I have been to so far. They were very quick so I could return to my vacation!! Thank you for always taking care of the people who come through your doors!

Nurses, Doctors, and physical therapists are most friendly, professional and personable people I've met. Had a stroke a few months back and might not be in the position that I am in without them. Sincere thanks to all of them, oh , and can't forget the kitchen staff either. 👍

Since my primary dr of 40 years retired last year I have been somewhat in limbo, wondering if my medical care would ever be as good. I have been so pleasantly surprised with our new dr, he is cheerful, knowledgeable, listens, has changed things for me for the better, he communicates messages to me, answers timely and is just as friendly as a good friend, genuinely cares how I am doing. Kudos to Dr Reed Epstein!

My first visit with my new Doctor. The people at the office were very friendly and made me quite comfortable. Dr Nelson is very kind and caring. Willing to answer all my questions as clearly as possible. Definitely happy with my choice of a new place!!

We were from out of town on vacation and everyone was extremely helpful and treated me with a sense of urgency. They were respectful of my privacy when bringing my medication from the pharmacy to the waiting area. Every person that I encountered there was top notch! They got me feeling better and on our way , back to enjoying my vacation. Thank you.

I went to Adventist Urgent Care are after being released from a hospital stay so I could get my wound checked and prescriptions filled that I couldn't get filled because I have no primary care doctor as of yet. I had a wound on my foot that the medical assistant Angel kindly cleaned and redressed. I was seen by Dr. Laura who was very warm, attentive and professional. She prescribed what she could, explained everything I needed to know and in words that I could understand. I was satisfied with the visit and I would recommend this Urgent Care to any of my friends or family. Thanks for a pleasant and productive visit.

This was my first visit to this facility and primary care doctor (Nussair). This was quite possibly the best doctor’s office visit I’ve ever had. The staff were all very nice, organized, courteous, and calm. The facility was spacious and clean. I really enjoyed the visit.

I found everyone in good spirits and pleasant to deal with. Admissions was kind and thoughtful. The M.A. was quick, efficient and informative as to they were busy and there may be a short wait for the Dr. The Dr. arrived fairly quickly. He remembered me from a previous visit and care was completed quickly. I would return, if needed and refer if asked

I really liked the service I received from the moment I called the phone to going tonthe office and meeting with the doctor and his assistant. Everyone was so caring and I felt really listened to and had such a great feeling knowing that I was going to get the medical attention I needed to get well. I would definately recommend Adventist Health in Lincoln City to others and I would return. Gregory Smith PA-C has such a great way of communicating and educating people on what the pros and cons for treatment are and he does a thorough exam. I was very impressed.

I had a very helpful experience while meeting with PA Sarah Lym as a new patient. I had several health concerns and she addressed each one and helped me develop a path toward resolving them. She was very professional, thoughtful, and moved forward in addressing my care. I am happy that I have found my new primary care provider that I have needed since I moved here from out of state a year ago.

The receptionist was very pleasant. The Medic brought me in quickly and told me what to expect. The xray tech was very nice and thorough. The doctor listened and helped me with exactly what I came in for. I am grateful that they are here in the area. I feel better already.

Warm friendly staff to good care of me. Unfortunately, they did not feel equipped to treat the issue. When I went to the ER the next day. They used surgical strips and glue to treat my toenail. Nit sure why the staff at Adventist health could not have done that.

Absolutely the best care. The same team that I had a couple years ago. Megan, Sasha, Trudy as my nurses and Chris as the anesthesiologist. Very caring and comforting. ❤️

Didn’t realize I could only talk about one subject concerning why I was there. I couldn’t say what I’ve been going through without being told you have to make a few appointments to address the other things that I’m going through. Plus, didn’t see my results from my blood test and she mentioned something about my blood test then mumbled can’t look at that right now. Now I have to wait till January 30. To let her know if the sleep aids worked and hopefully address another problem. I can’t say I was helped. Won’t know until I try the new sleep aids.

Had a nasty hand accident near the end of the night, and the staff at the urgent care were very nice and took their time in helping me even though it was after close by the time we left. Everyone was super kind and calm, and Greg did a great job getting me patched up. Thanks Greg!

I'm so grateful to the staff of the Adventist hospital in Tillamook. I was brought in tonight with some problems The staff was great especially since I'm a hard stick. They comforted me until they have up trying. Thank you all and God bless you.

Absolutely the best hospital experience I've ever had! I ended up here while on vacation and ended up having my appendix out. The ER was comfortable, no long wait and the staff went above and beyond on their care. The staff members were compassionate, understanding and went out of their way making sure I had everything I could need, including a phone charger. The facility was clean and well maintained, the food was handmade and delicious. I was skeptical at first because it's not a large hospital, but it's been by far the best experience.

I was 30 minutes early for my appointment. I was promptly taken for X-ray. Then I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes and when I asked about my appointment I was told that the doctor was called away to emergency and that they should be calling me soon. I waited another 30minutes and I was then told that the computer had me as being seen already. I told them no I wasn’t seen. Shortly afterwards I was seen . The NP was very nice and attentive and a doctor came in. and told me my X-ray was good and that I should only wear my finger splint at night. I received a return appointment and I was able to change from Wheeler to Adventist services without difficulty .I also complained about right knee pain and an X-ray was done and my return appointment will also include an evaluation of my knee.

I like the freedom I have to leave a message, with my doctors M.A. Brandi Harris is courteous, friendly, thorough. I was able to get in right away, because of a cancellation. I needed a mole removed, even though it hadn't been scheduled, they were able to do it. A very pleasant visit!

I was a bit apprehensive to start up care with Dr. Amy because of reviews I read online. But I followed through with the appointment and was happily surprised! She's great! This is gonna be a beautiful relationship I can just tell. One tiny little thing I would like to point out though is that there is another person in the room with you and Dr. Amy when you go in. So be careful what you say if you are a shy person. I was not aware of it's presence until the end of the meeting. It is a smartphone that is brought into the visit so that a recorder (an actual human) can jot down the consultation. But as long as you aren't shy it shouldn't be any problem. I am so happy to have a physician so close to home! Her practice is literally two blocks away from my home.😃

Kimberly Kittle was so amazing!! She really listened to what I was saying and gave options to me that would fit my lifestyle. During the appointment I had my 1 year old son and she also interacted with him and was very patient during the appointment while I also had to tend to him. She really was so nice and discussed everything in detail so that I could understand. We set a couple options for me to pursue and constantly reminded me that I have to do what’s best for me and my son. Also told me several times that I’m doing a great job as a mom which truly was the best thing to hear in my appointment!!!

It was a very good experience regardless of the broken foot I went in with. All the staff was very efficient and friendly from the receptionists to the nurses and doctor who helped me. No long waits to get treated which was pretty unbelievable in and of itself I’m from Idaho but if I lived in Tillamook, that would certainly be the hospital that I would want to go to for my medical needs. Always receive great service and wonderful care. My care team works together with me and helps me make informed decisions on what the best direction I should take. They listen to my concerns and issues and don't try and dictate my care. I appreciate everyone working with me to provide me the best care.

My gpa had a stroke last week and the ER sent him home without treating him for the stroke. They told us to come back if things got worse, which happened the following day. Once back at the ER they still ignored and didnt treat his stroke. Instead they admitted him for a uti. After 6 days of being in the hospital they finally acknowledged, to someone competent and able to make decisions for him(with advanced directive), that he had a stroke. So he was in the hospital for 7 days being treated for a UTI when he has a STROKE AND THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED HIS STROKE AND HIS ADVANCED DIRECTIVE!!! There are so many things that couldve been done differently and at many different times that is sickens me. My gpa couldve died or could have permanent brain damage from their lack of care and negligence.

Worst place to Covid rapid test! Waited almost 6 hours so someone can talk to me! Made me wait in the parking lot instead of just calling me!

My wife had total loss of memory, much like a stroke. She was taken to the hospital to determine what was going on. There were no tests or explanation by the ER staff. Due to covid restrictions I had to wait in the car. We received no explanation of her condition.

My rating is for calling to schedule an appointment only. I give two stars because once I'm able to speak to a person they are pleasant and accommodating. However the other, overly generous one star is for the lack of staffing in that department. I'm either waiting online for a very long time to be connected to a real person or I'm waiting for a call back. I can't help but to tell the person who is pleasantly helping me that I'm sorry they have to work there and be so understaffed. I'm sure they must feel stressed most of the day from angry people who need health care. Tillamook Medical Center used to care more about their patients. What's happened?!

As a retired medical profesional, the ED, Dr Faller and the entire crew were excellent in every way. As I recovered from a perfect cardio version I watched them treat a real emergency with expert care. Thank you.
