Okay so I've been to car sales yards and if your a female nobody takes the effort to ask if you need assistance. It seems to be a Man's World. Caroline Mitsubishi sales rep came straight out. Test drove vehicle and from there on...... Brilliant service 👏

Helpful staff. I was having trouble with the key for my 97' Diamante, the first person I talked to was able to help me out. She was friendly and had a fair idea about the cars as there was one at the dealership. She was able to diagnose my problem quickly but apparently they don't cut keys so I'll have to get one cut somewhere else. My radio screen has also failed but she kindly lent me the manual for the Diamante at the dealership to help.

We were heading down to Christchurch from Katikati only a few days before Christmas and these guys replaced our radiator with a brand new one in record time and fit us in during the crazy holiday season! Awesome work guys and six months later still no problems!

Good deal on a good car

Staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming and trustworthy allthough we're driving a Mitsubishi and arranged an appointment in the early morning. They said they'd call us after a couple of minutes with their result of a quick pre-test but they didn't for 1h45mins and the result wasn't satisfying or founded at all. it really seemed like they just didn't want to do the job (or are lucky to have enough customers).

We purchased our new vehicle from the team at Caroline Mitsubishi. Awesome service, after sales follow up and support. Friendly, down to earth approach - will certainly be back!
