Beautiful hotel built by the great architect Fernand Pouillon , The service is impeccable , and the views of the palm groves are incredible from the great terraces it offers

Rooms are good. The location is awesome. No gym. Restaurant sucks! Food takes forever to be served on table.

Great pool but dirty. Poor service. Bad cleaning

The hotel has a great comfy design. Rooms are very clean, as well as all facilities. Food doesn't taste bad in the restaurant. The view against the oasis and palm trees is something to enjoy. One thing worth mentioning is that if you don't speak French, forget about proper communication with staff. Food is average if not below at some times.

We received a very bad treatment, we have been given rooms with no air conditioning that felt like bunkers. 5 rooms all the same with same issue and the reception didn’t care to fix or solve the situation, leaving us to our own destiny. We thought about sleeping along the swimming pool and at 2 am after insisting very hard they decided to give us a suite room with AC and fit all of us 5 in it with two mattresses on the floor. The rooms they firstly gave us were at 40° C. Insane. Fridges also weren’t working.

Officially 4 stars hotel but should be at most three on international standard. Excellent location facing wide land with dunes in the horizon, less than 10mn walk to downtown and its popular market, very safe for families, nice exterior decorations. Rooms are just ok with simple decorations, lack of finishing, bad smell mostly due to bad aeration architecture, but beds are comfortable. Staff are very nice but need to meep asking for things that should come without it. One day we had water cutoff and limited food at breakfast. There’s a paid 15mn shuttle to the airport. I wish the service was better and the rooms were upgraded and aeration fixed as the hotel deserves a lot more than this. I don’t recommend for families or big crowd who could look for other types of lodging around

Beautiful location on edge of the palmeterie and overlooking the salt lake and desert beyond. Good service. English spoken if required. Nice interior and beautiful pool. Hanging out on the terrace esting and drinking is a must do at sunset where the desert sand change colour at night.

If you're z fan of Pouillon you'll absolutely love the architecture, there's a gorgeous view into the sunset don't miss if you're in TIMIMOUN. The inconvenience is that at night there's mosquitoes outside. So bring your cream with you

Relaxing, good location, quiet, great views, very limited breakfast options, clean rooms, pool has algae problems so not very used, serves alcohol, pleasant staff.
