About 5 minutes by car to the Presidente Nicolau Lobato International and domestic airport. The room is well furnished, maintained, full range amenities, clean and neat. There is restaurant inside and serves various oriental and western dishes. The front office staffs serve well, polite, and generous. The breakfast is delicious and many variations each day. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and transfer.

Popular and well-known hotel in Dili. Has three range of prices: USD150, USD165, and USD175 for deluxe room. Quite expensive even for hotel rate in Timor-Leste (please don't compare it to Bali). Located strategically. Easy to get food downstairs at the Timor Plaza, hotel guest get 15% discount for hotel restaurant though. Typical hotel for western. Modern and luxury.

It is my favourite place to stay. The staff are just so willing to please and help out. They have come shopping with me when I have had trouble knowing what to ask for or charging my phone. Special mentions to Jeffery, Georgina, Rita and Mica.

There is the 1st shopping center in Timor-Leste. In there u can buy anything like souvernir of local hand made, sport wear, clothes or suit, gadgets, kids toys, variants food from Europe, Asian, etc. live music every Friday at sky bar, cinema, salon and spa, play ground, office, clinic & hotel.

I stayed at Timor Plaza Hotel Dili on 19-21 February 2024, and when I returned to Jakarta, I forgot my earphones in my room at the hotel. The hotel management helped me to send my earphones to my address in Jakarta. I really appreciate for their kind assistance.

We stayed at Timor Plaza a few different times during our August trip to Timor and so glad that we picked this hotel! We were able to store some of our luggage since we had sea and mountain gears and ended up being able to travel lighter by using the hotel as our 'base'. It has a strategic location which allowed us to shop for things in nearby supermarket for things we needed for different trips. There was also a laundromat in building 2. Some of the staff were incredibly friendly and service oriented. Our last evening was a Friday night with music playing at the restaurant close to our room. Without hesitation, hotel staff switched us to a different room. On our last day with an early checkout, they boxed us some tasty breakfast sandwiches to go. Impeccable service!

Best hotel in town, though the guestrooms miss the 5-star quality (bathroom, electric,... it's not all that good...). Staff is excellent and extreme helpful and friendly. Breakfast is so so, with limited choice.

Great Hotel in Dili, the rooms are a good size and the bed was comfortable. The Sky Bar had a great dinner and breakfast options as well as a great view at Night. Shops are located in the same location which is very convenient.

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail and exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. From providing recommendations on local attractions to arranging transportation, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.

The most strategy location ever you could find in Dili. Located in the only plaza mall in Timor Leste, shopping make easy if you looking for groceries, electrical and mobile phone accessories. The only cinema in Timor Leste is located beside the hotel, fast food chain Burger King is opposite the hotel and plaza. Many restaurants within walking distance. However, building insulation is not very good, wifi is slow. But rest assured uou still can get cheap prepaid sim from local network operators with decent rates (4G unlimited just cost $2/day)

This establishment boasts a delightful atmosphere and a staff that is both accommodating and affable. Its location is particularly advantageous, as it is in close proximity to several shopping venues. However, it should be noted that the shops on the premises may be deemed costly when compared to the expectations one may have of a developing country. This is particularly in comparison to neighboring destinations such as Bali and Thailand. Furthermore, it is recommended that a pool be added to the premises to enhance the overall guest experience. Nonetheless, the facility maintains a high standard of hygiene and is exceptionally clean.

It is a wierd layout of the hotel... there are eight different buildings of where you might find your room. The service is amazing, the rooms in building eight were reasonably clean, but definitely a bit run-down. However it did have its own laundry facility to utilise freely, and the pool is located here. You can find everything you may want or need for your stay, all within in this compound. There's a shopping mall (located on the ground and first floors of the main hotel), sky bar, souvenir stores, massage, cinema, casino, ATM's, pool, Gloria Jean's, Burger King, and a whole heap of amazing food found in the food court of the shopping mall. The two grocery stores sell a variety of food. The "Woolworths" has more Australian items, where the store found in the mall sells more Asain wares. It is the safest gated area in the centre of Dili.

Nice, spacious, and clean room. Conveniently located next to many restaurants, shopping, movie theater and several supermarkets. The breakfast was ok and staff were helpful and friendly. The internet was painfully slow and cuts out often.
