Closed for 5 months for a "makeover," once more this 'new' Nancy's location doesn't disappoint! The service was fast, on time and very courteous. Oh yeah- the food was great too! As for "atmosphere" for a carry out place they did a great job on the "makeover." Compliments to the guy who waited on me, couldn't have been nicer. Thanks! I'll be back!

Great Pizza, no matter which crust you choose. Excellent sauce and toppings. I must admit I am a fan of thin crust, but recently enjoyed their stuffed pizza and was blown away. Extremely tasty. Always pleasant on the phone and at the counter. Very busy place, yet orders are usually ready when promised. Once had a problem with their super thin crust, my favorite. It was a bit overcooked/burned on the bottom. Too bad they just didn't tell me they messed up rather than me bring it home to a hungry family and find out after the fact. Brought what was left of the pizza back the following day and showed an employee. He said the manager wasn't in but took a picture of the slices and sent to him. Nancy's made good on it and gave me full credit towards my next pizza. Never had any other problems here. Would certainly recommend for authentic Chicago pizza.

I actually don't really like deep dish pizza because of the dough to topping ratio (I'm a thin crust and brick oven pizza kind of girl) but my boyfriend loves it so of course we had to get some while in Tinley Park. I give Nancy's 2 thumbs up! We got the 1.5" cheese pizza and I think they bake the cheese into the dough... I don't know how they do what they do but it was so good!!! The dough tasted really good (reminded me of a little of the crust on Pizza Hut's personal pan pizza) and it wasn't too much for the amount of cheese. I also love cheese so the ooey gooey cheesy goodness of this pizza was perfection.

during remodeling we tried plenty of pizzas, none compared to nancy's, but they finally opened, could not wait to order... yum, but to my surprise, it was the worst and honestly didn't even seem like a nancy's pizza. We have been a customer for years. They explained , because i called, that that's how corporate wants it. ☹️☹️☹️ **** UPDATE **** Thought i'd give it another chance and OMG, beyond great customer service. Made me two pizzas , one old way and done new way.... old way still my favorite and new way was so much better than last pizza!!! Will continue to order pizza from them ( they put notes on my acct., to get a pizza just how we like it) Thank you David!!!!! Awesome way to make your customers happy🥰🥰🥳🥳

I've been ordering from Tinley park for years, after the remodel they do not deliver to my address and tried the pizza twice and it changed not for the better. The crust and sauce is different not as good. Ohh well I will order again later to see it changes back to normal, also the prices are kinda high.

Having owned a pizza restaurant in the past, I feel I know good pizza. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is awesome, and the stuffed pizza's are amazing. Whenever we are in town from Nashville, we get pizza's for then, and frozen ones to bring back. Best around.

Cheese sticks weren't cooked all the way. Thw center was cold. Pizza was warm at best, not hot. Underwhelming amount of topping for the price. Typically Nancy's has been my go to since the 90s, but I strongly feel that the 60 dollars I spent last night was not worth it even in the slightest. It's only a 2 because the driver was right on time at least.

Pizza was awesome!!!! Unfortunately it is carry out only. Online the listing said Dine-in and they did not allow dining in. We drove there from Indiana thinking we could eat in and they said not allowed. So, we enjoyed our pizza in the car and it was very messy but very tasty.

Nancy's tinley park location on 7929 171st The last 2 times I went there I would call to place an order and let them know I have a coupon that they mailed out for a large pizza with 3 toppings for $23.66 and they say ok so I place the order and when I go to pick it up they charge me $31.99 telling me that the coupon is for a large 1-1/2" both times they have done this to me. They are robbing people of their money . I suggest going anywhere else but this location . I would never suggest this place to anyone if I could give a 0 star I would. People work hard for their money how are you going to charge more for a smaller pizza that makes no sense to me at all! its just so they can argue the fact that they are going to charge $9 more

FREE PIZZA!?!?! Download Nancy’s app sign up to get emails and in a few minutes you’ll get a free small pizza with a purchase of an appetizer! That is a great deal especially when we’re all broke as we are. Thanks Biden!

Ordered a family extra thin pizza & the outer pizza was delicious, however the middle was raw. It's also a little pricey so we might try again but not anytime soon.

One of the best deep dish we’ve ever had. The thin crust is really good too <3

Order pizzas for years, always wonder if the pizzas were pre made we would always get them in about 30 minutes when told 45 to an hour. The last time the peppers and onions weren’t cooked and the cheese was thrown on top and barely melted and the pizza as a whole was jus warm. Wrote the main office, they assured me that the pizzas are all made to order and completely baked. They also said they would forward on my email. Never heard from them. Domino’s would make a better pizza. Wont be back Nancy’s of Tinley Park. Bad pizza bad business!!

We love this place. We get the godmother sandwiches regularly and they are the best. If you like chicken parmigiana sandwiches then you will love these. We don’t even bother with other places because they will disappoint after these. The garlic bread is buttery and crispy and complement the chicken so well. The service is excellent as well. It is nice to know our business is appreciated.

I love their pizza, thick or thin. I love their service too they're always fast and friendly. Issues resolved in a previous order without any push back. Try the Italian beef sandwich it's great! I'm not in delivery area but if I crave pizza I go to Nancy's in Tinley. 11 stars

Been enjoying Nancy's for years. Ordered a thin crust large pepperoni which was great. Also ordered the godfather as I have over the years. Disappointed. The beef very salty..hardly any mozzarella cheese on it..it usually was on top..not this time..garlic bread only lightly baked and they dipped it in gravy which they never did before. So it was a salty cheese less soggy sandwich. Not good. Then we ordered waffle fries which weren't cooked through. They don't sell their onion rings which were delicious. We'll stick with the pizza only. Just not what we expected.

Truly the best stuffed pizza in Chicago. Better than Giordano's by 100٪ with a legitimate cheese pull that I never seen at Giordano's restaurant or at home.

There stuffed pizza is good. However, if you say you open at 4pm and I call at 430pm and nobody answers the phone that's a big strike. Has happened a few times. Get it together.

Let me start off by saying we love Nancy's pizza! We were excited to move to a neighborhood that had one so close by. BUT, not after last nights experience. Trying to eat out a bit, during the pandemic stuff. Ordered a medium stuffed, and 2 orders of the meatball appetizers... $51! Was told an hour an 20 minute wait, for a pick up! Figured, ok, busy Friday night. Picked up, brought home, and barely warm! Pizza was so cooled off, that the bottom of the stuffed crust turned to mush, and stuck to the cardboard box! One big pile of slop that we really couldn't even separate. To me, it seems, someone on the phone doesnt know how to say proper times for a pickup, versus a delivery. You want the business during these trying times, well, do better, because I sure dont like spending over 50 bucks for cold meatballs, and a pile of pizza slop that tastes like wet cardboard!

  • 4/5 Ken A. 3 years ago on Google
Pretty good Pie! Would like to see thin crust a little more crispy on bottom, and tomato sauce was a bit bitter for me, but that is according to my taste. They must be doing something right, being there since 1971!

Their site for ordering online was very user friendly. We had the pizza delivered and the delivery guy was earlier than expected (which was great!) Husband and I were sitting in the garage and I guess we completely forgot to write that in the notes for the delivery driver, but he knocked on the garage door anyways! The pizza pie came hot and fresh and was very tasty. Excellent quality food and excellent quality service. You know I'll be ordering again soon!

Picked up a pizza to go. The food food is just meh. The middle of the pizza was raw. Pizza sauce really has no flavor. The kids running the front of the house are incredibly rude and off-putting. Very short and unfriendly to me as well as the other customers. Either train them how to be polite or simply replace them. Between subpar food and obnoxious kids in the frong, we will not be back.
