    Now closed for repairs until spring 2023. You can look at it from the bank, but can't take the hiking trails that cross it. Need to take the bridge Brockweir instead.

    Went on a lovely long cycle ride, with the intention of visiting Tintern ..unfortunately bridge across was closed for a period of 9 months , had to cycle back the way we came.although apparently there is a footpath for walkers

    Needs some TLC now ,and why have bollards ,seen an old lady walk into them hurt her knee ,boards unstable in places too so be careful when walking across ,sad love that old bridge ,

    Old railway bridge over the river. Lovely wobbly timber deck with large gaps in between the timbers.Good for a walk.

    Used to be the branch line to Tintern Tin Plate Works, still in excellent condition and can be crossed on foot or bicycle

    Good views of the river and ruins from the bridge. I gather it's been recently refurbished. We noticed it was a bit bouncy to walk on from one side, very quirky.

    Its a great place for a road trip stop for some beautiful scenic sights. The village is very scenic with huge hills, forests, and a large river.
