Tall white lady was rude and unprofessional. She refused to help me and she stopped other cashier from getting me new piece instead of floor sample. She also told the cashier to take care of other customers and someone will wrap my bag. And no one did . I had to take the bag as is. People like her tarnish the brands.she not only neglected me but refused to help as I was not a paying customer.

We called the store and they said we either had to drive back and pick up the right back or mail the bag to them (but we would be responsible for the shipping). The worker on the phone didn’t offer us any compensation for their mistake. Usually, when a company makes a mistake, they try to make it up so the customer doesn’t have to go out of their way to fix the problem. Not the case here though

I would like to give more than five stars. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to locate the items I was shopping for. Follow up: I visited the store again, and Justin was AWESOME. He was patient and so very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location.

went in for a birthday present, not one employee greeted me or asked me if i needed help. one employee wondered what i wanted and i said a bday present and she just stared at me and said “ok, the mens section is over there, go look over there”. there was an employee at the register with dirty blonde hair being extremely unprofessional, no manners and kept looking at the customer with a disgusting look. the store was a mess. i was in there for 30 minutes and not one worker helped me at all. the manager of this place needs to find better workers here. atrocious customer service.

Website says they close at 8pm. Drove an hour to get a gift for someone and got there at 7:01 and they said that they’re closing at 7 today. Update your hours.

I have been a loyal customer of Michael Kors handbags for almost 14 years now. However, my recent experience at their store has left me extremely disappointed and unwilling to visit any Michael Kors store in the future. The incident occurred when I encountered a cashier whose behavior was not only rude but also unprofessional. I was simply trying to explain what I had been told by another employee of the store, but the cashier showed no interest in understanding my concerns. Instead, she responded with an uncalled-for remark, implying that if I wanted to purchase a particular item, I would have to settle for the floor sample. To make matters worse, she exchanged smirks with her colleagues, exhibiting an overall lack of respect towards customers. I firmly believe that no customer should be treated in such an unethical manner. Regrettably, I left the store without making a purchase. Overall, based on my recent experience with the cashier at this particular Michael Kors store, I cannot recommend shopping at their establishments. It is deeply disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior from a brand that I had previously held in high regard.

Gia the store manager was extremely helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable when I came in to buy some merchandise today. I didn’t know what to buy and she was extremely patient and helpful with me as well as allowed for me to understand the products better that matched my budget. Super great customer service!!!!!! 10/10. Will definitely be returning as well as recommending this store to others

The blond chubby cashier is a pretty mean and rude with a stinky attitude. I asked for a double check on a price because it was different than what the other employee said it was. And this women snapped at me saying “It’s what it is. Are you buying it or what”. I repeated my concern kindly one more time. She repeated what she said louder! I didn’t want to talk to her anymore, so I requested someone else. She called another person and said “good luck dealing with her” to the other cashier. I’ve always shopped from MK and never seen anything like that before. I don’t need this negativity and unprofessional attitude for no reason in my life. Especially during Christmas time. I’ll be complaining to the corporate as well.

Every employee was working so hard on holiday returns and exchanges. The we're polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

Everytime I come to this outlet and visit this store I leave with a few items lol. They have great sales and the staff is always super helpful so I appreciate the positive energy they put out always.

I work at fossil where we sell Michael Kors watches but had a guest come from over there saying they would not return his watch bought that day because they sized it. That’s a totally ridiculous reason especially since the watch was unwearably small to begin with. It’s a strange policy since the watch was unworn and it’s not like it’s impossible to put the links back on. I wouldn’t buy watches from there since they have no idea how to work with them.
