I
have
been
a
loyal
customer
of
Michael
Kors
handbags
for
almost
14
years
now.
However,
my
recent
experience
at
their
store
has
left
me
extremely
disappointed
and
unwilling
to
visit
any
Michael
Kors
store
in
the
future.
The
incident
occurred
when
I
encountered
a
cashier
whose
behavior
was
not
only
rude
but
also
unprofessional.
I
was
simply
trying
to
explain
what
I
had
been
told
by
another
employee
of
the
store,
but
the
cashier
showed
no
interest
in
understanding
my
concerns.
Instead,
she
responded
with
an
uncalled-for
remark,
implying
that
if
I
wanted
to
purchase
a
particular
item,
I
would
have
to
settle
for
the
floor
sample.
To
make
matters
worse,
she
exchanged
smirks
with
her
colleagues,
exhibiting
an
overall
lack
of
respect
towards
customers.
I
firmly
believe
that
no
customer
should
be
treated
in
such
an
unethical
manner.
Regrettably,
I
left
the
store
without
making
a
purchase.
Overall,
based
on
my
recent
experience
with
the
cashier
at
this
particular
Michael
Kors
store,
I
cannot
recommend
shopping
at
their
establishments.
It
is
deeply
disheartening
to
witness
such
unprofessional
behavior
from
a
brand
that
I
had
previously
held
in
high
regard.
