bought an RC car along other items on 2.12.23 as a christmas present for my kid. opened it yesterday on christmas day and the remote intermittently looses connection with the car which is not more than 5 feet away. needless to say, it’s frustrating for a kid. ok, i’ll go back to hamley’s and exchange it. nope!! firstly they tested the toy themselves and said no it works, can’t do anything. do you understand the word intermittent? then they say there’s double sided tape at the back of the car which means i broke it, which anyone with common sense would see that’s how they secured the car to the box. to add to it all, they then say i had one week to exchange and that’s gone. Hamey’s you’ve failed. I loved and visited your store in London every time i visit but i’ll never buy from you again. your policies and treatment of loyal customers in albania are disappointing to say the least.

I've shopped at Hamleys since it opened, you can see my original review below. I loved their prices and selection. However, I was very disappointed by their shady business practices during their Black Friday sale. I had been in the store the week prior and looked at some items I thought about getting. Realizing it was close to Black Friday I decided to wait to see if they would go on sale. And they did. However, the original prices were marked up 1000-1500 before being lowered by the sale price! If you looked through the stack of items, you could find some still marked with the original price or you could peel off the new price and find the original one. I loved hamley's prior to this. Now I'm not sure if I will ever shop there again because I cannot trust them or their prices. Original review: Great selection and prices compared to other toy stores in Tirana. Huge variety and great playgrounds as well. Staff is very well trained.

Worst decision ever can be visiting this place. It is in the worst center ever. This people will let you 3 hours in the parking just to get you 1€. Don't make the mistake we did and go in this place

Nice store with a good selection of games. I visited with my 4-year-old nephew and 1-year-old baby and would come back. However, the restrooms lack a changing station for babies. Additionally, I was confronted by a cleaning staff member when I disposed of a diaper in the trash bin. She mentioned that the restrooms are not intended for children/babies or their waste, and I must emphasize that the lady repeatedly shouted at me. This seems unreasonable and is something the store should address, both in terms of facilities and staff training. Giving 3 stars because of this incident!

The store is nice, but not the management. I bought a toy for my daughter and it was broken. I went to return it and thought I would get another toy that the girl liked. But the manager said that I should definitely get the same model, which is not normal since the same store in London will refund the payment or give you the opportunity to get what you want at the same price. As always, international brands come to Albania, but with Albanian standards
