Not at all enjoyable experience. Not good energy. Because of the work they were doing, the workplace was chaotic. It is understandable, but it is not understood the fact that the tools they have to use for you have not been organized before. Using drugstore products is intolerable when you are becoming a bride and with the price you have paid. Totally not worth the price you pay for the service you receive. To mention the fact that you do not receive the tax coupon after completing the service. Maximum indifference at the moment when the client presents dissatisfaction, just leaves and can hardly say goodbye.

Beyond disappointed with the attitude, lack of professionalism and cleanliness in this “salon”. I had paid to get makeup and hair by Suela. Needless to say, upon arriving at her salon at my scheduled appointment time, Suela was on her coffee break and not there. Her ill mannered staff put my hair in a bun that was more than a disappointment and far from what I asked for. Who knew a messy low bun was such a sophisticated request. After her staff called her a few times, Suela finally arrived to get my makeup done. I went for a simple bronzed look. I was disgusted when she started to smoke cigarettes while doing my makeup and touching my face with unclean hands. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere BUT here. You can get better service in Tirana for a fraction of the cost. And- you’ll get some well deserved respect too!

Make up by Suela Cangu is one of my favorite of all time. The make up and hairstyle is amazing. Also her location is in the heart of Tirana. Furthermore the staff is so professional and friendly. Just love being there

My hair is very frizzy and Makeup by Suela was able handle my hair beautifully. My make up was also done in no time. Great place to get ready for any event.

My hair came out nice as I did a simple root coloring and blow out so not much can go wrong with that. However customer service is absolutely horrific. The place is cold, unorganized and messy. Do not bother setting an appointment because they have no regard for punctuality. You will be shuffled from one stylist to the other without being asked. The atmosphere in the salon is chaotic. I felt unsafe because they had no procedures in place to safe guard against COVID-19. People from outside came in and out as they pleased with no masks on. Two customers barged in and approached my stylist, hovering over my chair with no regard for social distancing . I could not wait to leave. My stylist meant well but she had no manners, unfortunately. I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to do so because the service industry in Albania needs to prioritize customers and appreciate their business.

I had higher expectations for the service at Suela Cangu Studio. The eye makeup was not well applied and blended.Everywhere on the face there were black dots from the eye pencil. The final touches were not done. after 2 hours the makeup started to break, probably because no primer was used. The hair was more than a disappointment. The hair tie that they use to acctract the eye was visible even though I asked the hairdresser 3 times to be careful.

Very happy with how my look came out. Definitely will go again for any events. My hair and make-up for a wedding were done very carefully with a great amount of professionalism. Great service.

The worst experience I have had in a beauty center. It was absolutely not worth fixing the hair or make up. A lot of scandal, I was left terribly disappointed, I paid 7000L. 0 recommendation

Based on the photos I saw on Instagram, I thought I had found the salon I wanted, but I was very disappointed. The make up was scandalous, the hairstyle left a lot to be desired. The service did not justify the payment (WHICH WAS 7 THOUSAND LEKA NEW). I would not recommend it and don't be fooled by the Instagram photos.
