Now it's been a month now and the pain and discomfort has not returned so the healing was deep and not superficial. Tila has the heart and hands of a great healer. She really knows the body. Such a great massage at a great price! I was able to get in that very day and finally I had a masseuse that did what I needed. I have a lot of tension in my back, neck and shoulders and she made sure to do a deep tissue massage on those places as that is what I asked for. Excellent place to go, nice ambiance inside as well. Just Whatsapp her for an appointment! You won't regret it ☺️

I've been a massage therapist for almost 50 years and an energy therapist and healer for 30 years. There are multiple surgical issues with my spine and a chronic neurological disease of the spinal cord. Thus, I am fairly picky about who I allow to work on my body. I had almost given up hope on finding a skilled and sensitive therapist here in Tirana, after 3 years of searching. Today, my prayers were answered and my hope restored! Tila is a Physiotherapist with deep understanding of anatomy, strong and skilled hands, and has an empathic ability to follow the energetic pathways of the body. I knew within seconds of placing her hands on me that I had found the right person. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I contacted this phisiotherapist during my stay in Tirana. She managed to give me a last minute appointment and she was very professional from the very beginning. She is absolutely recomendable and can talk good English.

I was a tourist in Tirana and was almost completely incapacitated by a severely pinched sciatic nerve. Tila (masseuse) went to work with a super deep massage and after just 2 visits I was 75 percent recovered; the third visit completed the recovery. The spa is clean and neat; prices are very reasonable; and Tila is very thorough, professional, and extremely capable. I very highly recommend the Bliss Spa!

Das hat auch meine gute Hälfte (meine Partnerin) sehr beeindruckt. Es ist sehr schwer jemanden zu finden, der die Physiologie nach den Bedürfnissen von gegenüber spürt und damit arbeiten kann. Die positiven Bewertungen von Tila kann ich bestätigen und am liebsten würde ich sie mit in die Schweiz als persönliche Physio mitnehmen. Ich kann allen die eine nützliche Massage wollen Tila empfehlen. Ich wäre auch ein Tag später wieder gegangen aber sie waren ausgebucht und unsere Tage in Tirana waren dann vorbei. I have chronic back issues and was in TIrana for a few weeks. I made an appointment with Tila for a therapeutic massage and ended up seeing her twice because she did such a great job! She helped my condition immensely and I could immediately see and feel the difference after my visits. She's sweet, very knowledgeable, and the ultimate professional. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Amazing place! It was very easy to book through whatsapp, communication was clear and very helpful. The salon is clean, the vibe is very chill and comfortable. The masseuse speaks English very well and goes out of her way to make the massage as pleasant as it can be. She fixed my posture in an hour and gave me a few tips on how to maintain it. Would definitely go back!

First we’ll start with this young women has magical hands!!! I had the deep tissue massage followed by reflexology and it was amazing. All my tense knots released, I left feeling lighter with better posture and extremely relaxed . Her communication was outstanding and very professional, capable of going as hard or as gentle as necessary. Not only was her verbal communication great, her intuitive feel was on another level! Seemed like her hands just gravitated to where your body needed attention. The entire experience was very professional and I always felt comfortable. The room felt very zen like with soothing music, delightful aromas and perfectly climate controlled (as well as her being able to cool or warm as needed). Very affordable (have paid more for nowhere near the experience)!! And based off the quality of work Tila definitely deserves more! Best massage I have had in Albania hands down and it is not even close. If you are looking for a massage therapist in Tirana Tila is worth the try. Thank you Tila!!! Ich war für ein paar Tage in Tirana und hatte durch die lange Busanfahrt von Kotor nach Tirana geschwollene Beine bekommen. Auf der online Suche nach einer Massage bin ich letztendlich auf Tila aufmerksam geworden, die sehr guten Bewertungen kann ich nur teilen. Tila ist sehr professionell, freundlich und kommunikativ. Neben der sehr guten physiotherapeutischen Massage habe ich auch nützliche Tipps von ihr bekommen, wie ich mir selbst helfen kann. Ich empfehle Tila wärmstens weiter und beim nächsten Tirana Besuch bin ich auf jeden Fall noch mal bei dir Tila :) Faleminderit shumë!
