Great place to stay at if you like connecting with people especially with the owner and staff. Owner is a traveler himself and a great person to talk to about anything. And did I mention awesome breakfast? You might need to make reservations!

We end up not staying in this hostel due to problems with other hotels during our trip, but I was amazed with the kindness of the owner of this hostel. The English Hostel was an amazing place to stay in Tirana. The people working there were very nice and helpful with whatever I needed, and the service was better than any other hostel I have visited during my travels. Breakfast was freshly cooked when I woke up, and tasted delicious! Everything was nice and clean, I can, and will, really recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana :-)

Incredible hostel for a more relaxed stay. Not a party hostel but they do have beer for a fair price. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the private room with a balcony and AC is really nice. Calvin is a really kind man and was Incredibly helpful in getting me situated in Tirana. Location is good and the breakfast is hearty. Also the hostel is incredibly clean and secure.

Calvin is a really nice owner and will do anything (with in reason) to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Keep in mind they stop checking in guests when they close for the night. If you’re arriving late at night I would recommend giving them a call and explaining your situation, you can most definitely work something out.
