I am writing to thank all staff and personnel for hosting such an amazing reception: Safi, Ornela, Sajimir and Alde, staff at breakfast, and management team at the MonarC hotel for your super hospitality and service during my recent stay in Albania. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided to me by MonarC. I was fortunate enough to stay at your hotel. Hotel was very clean; staff was amazing and very attentive, checked on me multiple times to ensure I was having an enjoyable stay. Thanks again to the team that made may stay a good time, comforting and secure one. I wish success in your future endeavors. One of the best hotels in Albania. Professional service and very helpful staff. It is located almost in the center of Tirana

Nice place

Hotel is located next to busy streets so it's loud and there is no parking which is big disadvantage. Room we got was clean and nice. Breakfast was small but ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. For short stay is very good option for longer stays I think not best one

Sehr schönes Hotel, waren schon das 2 mal dort und hatten nichts zu bemängeln. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das Personal und die Dach Terasse. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Kleinkind 3J. für 2 Tage.

I was a permanent customers at the bar for many years and today i learned couples are not allowed there!!!!!! I had a totally normal behavior with my fiancé like i do in every other bar and restaurant and no one has ever told me something is wrong with our behavior, today A OLD BLONDE WOMEN just told us to stop hugging because this type of behavior was not allowed there!!! If your bar have rules about couples and consumers just write them before we go there!!!!!!!! Your staff needs to learn rules how to be RESPECTFUL with clients and before starting work there and needs to learn what a CLIENT MEANS for them.

The 5 star is for the amazing staff of the hotel. I am not very sure if it’s really a 4 star hotel as there are no facilities available. If you stay in a single room, beware the bed is so small that you might fall off. The wifi mostly doesn’t work. Bcoz of the location, the rooms are noisy as the glass is not soundproof. However, everything can be ignored by the amazing team who are always ready to help. Special thanks to reception team esp. Serena for being so helpful, kind, the breakfast lady & HK team. I would say I liked my stay only for the staff.

Sehr zentrale Lage, jedoch dadurch ab und zu etwas Lärm im Zimmer von draußen. Die Zimmer sind sehr elegant und die Whirlpool Badewanne ist sehr gut fürs Entspannen nach einem heißen Tag. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut angerichtet und die Bedienungen sehr freundlich und geben immer ihr bestes um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Der Zimmerservice ist auch sehr verlässlich und es werden täglich neue Hygieneprodukte bereit gestellt. Die 24 Stunden Rezeption ermöglicht ein flexibles Ein- und Auschecken. Alles in Allem ein gutes und zentral gelegenes Hotel

The view is amazing.

The staff was super friendly the room was clean. There is no room service all day just for breakfast till 10:30 and it comes cold or little warm with tiny portions.

Verry friendly staff. Helpful and verry knowledgeable about Tirana, more and better information than the tourist information. I will recommend this hotel, good place to stay in Tirana, perfect location.

I had a really amazing experience here. The room was large and extremely clean. The staff are super helpful and friendly. The hotel was also close to all major sights. Highly recommended!
