I went to Bitter twice in one week after we found out about Taco Tuesday! 🌮 The atmosphere and the staff, Joana specifically☺️, was beyond helpful and kind, AND speaks English fluently. We even met Kelly, one off the owners, who's from Texas in the US. 👏🏼 You will see some unique dishes for Tirana, my son was super excited to see the grilled cheese with tomato bisque soup! The wait is worth it, they make everything to order. They even make the tortillas! 💖 (Tell them Jennifer sent you! 😆) Oh yeah, my friends had the margaritas and said they were off the hook!

Great atmosphere, they have a lot of events and concerts. Food and service are ok. But do NOT order cocktails. They are really bad, stingy cheap alcohol, undrinkable some of them like the classic margarita. And the cocktails are also really expensive especially for what you get. The draught beer looked good and again nice atmosphere and live music on some days.

It is a nice modern looking cafe in a good location, a bit further from the road. They have a good selection of breakfasts, but I would not say the taste or quantity fully justifies the price. Portions were too small and food somehow too dry. Overcooked bacon and a bit tasteless eggs, but the coffee was very good. My friend had a flatbread and it was very dry. On weekends they have some extra options of pancakes and shakshuka, but they are not available on other days. Coffee can be recommended without a doubt, super tasty cappuccino. They accept cards and waiter spoke very good English.

The best brunch I’ve had in the country if not the Balkans. Truly a treat as an American that comes from a family who owns breakfast restaurants in the US. Can’t wait to go back. Could see myself coming here again for lunch and drinks.

It was our pleasure to find this new hidden pearl in Tirana. The staff is amazing, intelligent, hospitality on top! The breakfast selection is huuge and we had hard time deciding what to order. Food was amazing and freshly made. Also, one of the best cofees we had in whole Albania

Went there for brunch and they have good food and great prices! Friendly staff too, the chef came out himself to greet us and ask if the food was up to our standards! Coffee was also very nice.

I loved the place and the waitress was super nice, friendly and helpful. She also helped us get to our bus station, as we were unsure how to reach. We went for breakfast and I have food allergies and intolerances. She was very kind to help and accomadate my needs. Towards the end the owner also came and asked us how the food was etc. And food was delicious too!

Great food, friendly service. One of the few places in Tirana that serves a real breakfast. My avocado toast was loaded - avocado (of course), eggs, bacon, greens, balsamic vinegar, cheese - nearly enough for two!

Great food! Had the breakfast charcuterie and it was perfect for 2. The maple syrup and French toast were so satisfying. Very crisp toast, well seasoned eggs. Great strawberry juice and prosecco. I would highly recommend to anyone (:

I was alone and just passing through Tirana and was looking for a restaurant for dinner. The good reviews and the pictures made me curious, so I stopped by the Bitter Bistro. I really liked the atmosphere, stylishly simple with a bit of elegance and great pictures on the walls. The service and the manager were very hospitable and on point. The food was good and especially the sauces were very tasty. I can definitely recommend Bitter Bistro and will come back.

We very much enjoyed our dinner here. Sitting slightly offset from the busy road, Bitter Bistro Bar & Restaurant sits in a quite alleyway along Bulevardi Zogu I. In a relaxed atmosphere we sampled some yummy dishes and were delighted by the fact that the kitchen will do its best to accommodate food allergies or special nutritional requests, like vegan options. Everything was delicious, and with a little more time in our itinerary we would have liked to stay longer. We definitely left Better. Thank you! 😊

Best pancakes in Tirana! Tried most of top rated places who offer pancakes but not even close compared to Bitter 's🥞 suggest you to try the maple ones! I have been a lot of times in this place, I wish more people knew about it. I have been here with my partner,my friends, groups of people for multiple events and lately for brunch and used it also as a working space (you have a lot of calming background music and free high-speed Internet by the way). 10 out of 10 for each time I have spent time here💯 Food is the best, everyone takes care of it to the max from the kitchen to the serving. The waiter and staff is super funny and welcoming. If you're lucky you will be greet from Kelly, the most positive business owner I know.Open for anything new and innovative, patient, smiling all the time and a hella hard-working man. Strongly suggest you to pay a visit any day of the week, they have a events table for each day of the week, sometimes multiple events a day so you will for sure have something to do rather than just drinking let it be painting 🎨, karaoke 🎤, meetups will local and expats, remote work 💻, listen to Albanian🇦🇱 or other live music, and plenty other stuff.🍻
