Expensive... way high from similiar shops abroad.

I bought this bracelet for my daughter’s graduation 2 months ago and did send to TURKEY. She has been wear only once and found out that it is so small. I received it back from TURKEY and bring back to PANDORA store in Toptani yesterday. There was a sales girl who has sold the bracelet to me before. After explained her, she said that bring and we will check what we can do. When I went there today, there was another lady that I explained and with a route dialog with me, she said that if I have the receipt only they can change it in 7 days. I said that I do not want refund. I can pay extra but I just want to change wit 1 or 2 size bigger one. And she said that she can not do it. I said that this is not the way to earn a customer and left the shop. I have been in a lot of countries before and I did not see this type of customer care. I am going to write every PANDORA management and tell what I experienced. Thank you PANDORA. You lost a customer and his friends. I will tell everyone that I know, not to buy anything from PANDORA.

Very bad experience with one lady that worked in the shop(not sure if she was the owner of the shop or not but in my personal opinion she didnt seem like it). I had a pandora bracelet and also some gems which were given to me as present and apperantly were not pandora original. Immediately she took my hand and said to me: How do you dare come to the shop with fake gems even though my intentions were only to buy a gem for a friend of mine. In the begining when I was looking for a gem she said: “try to find something suitable and we can do some reduction “. The price of the gem was too high , higher than in Seiersberg shopping center Pandora shop in Graz,Austria where I live. I found something I wanted and asked wether or not I could have some reduction like she said in the begining but in front of other clients she made a big dramatic scene and said out loud: “ You should go buy some original gems instead of these fake ones you have in your hand and then you should dare to ask for a reduction”. I ended up buying the gem quickly out of embarrassment and will never in my life go back to the store. I went to the shop around 14:30 today. Shame on this one worker!

Uneducated with customers. We have the product, come get it, but then we don't have it for nothing that comes. Seriousness 0
