Location of the hotel is great , 20-30 minutes walking to skandberg square , Youth park and 3 minutes walking to Tirana ring Centre and many other shopping malls and restaurants. The staff are helpful specially Andy in the reception who used to help us , answer all our questions and call a taxi for us whenever we need , he is very helpful and cooperative person. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is simple but acceptable. My only comment that the hotel is not providing complementary tea and coffee in the room same like the other hotels , however , this is not a big deal in compare to the other advantages

I think that one star is for the good coffee and nice staff! All the rest was awful! Rooms was stinky and dirty. Furniture was so old... Avoid this place!

The rooms are very small and from the 1960's. Breakfast is so so. The help from the front desk person when I was leaving was awful. He was sitting in the dark in the lobby. He didn't have time to stop playing on his phone long enough to assist me. Never stood up until I pressed the taxi issue and insisted he call. He argued with me that I was early for my taxi, when I told him I needed one. I struggled out the door with my bags, and he never got up to help.

Nice, clean & cozy. The breakfast was limited a little bit but the croissant was fantastic& so fresh. The coffee was really not nice please change it.

The position of the hotel is near of the town, around 15 min walking. The hotel was clean but old furniture and old bedsheets. Breakfast was simple, for 5 days that I was there was the same every day. Most of the staff were friendly.

Very well located hotel, close to the city center of Tirana and everything you need, like cafes or European University in Tirana. Staff is very polite and helpful, also it is obvious hotel is newly build or renovated. Will be back.

Nice place, I liked the location. There is a nice outside sitting area for guests. Food is not the best, but still enough not to starve. Things that I didn't like: -Ancient air conditioning that barely worked, also it seemed like it hasn't been cleaned for a while -Neon lamps that were in front of my room. They were flashing and making it impossible to sleep without the curtains on. Overall, nice place, but with some negligible problems that can be fixed.

the staff at the reception looks like you dragged them from home and made them work, no one makes an attempt to say hello or acknowledge your presence at reception, don't know why they do that, simple smile and greeting would make a difference , old hotel and furniture, ok bar and breakfast.

Came here with a tour group. Great accommodation with a few flaws but overall, for what it is, 5 star. Buffet breakfast is very good. Rooms & bathrooms are clean. Beds are quite hard. Staff are amazing, and give a handwritten card on checkout.

My room wasn't upgraded and it didn't look at all like the pictures. The walls were thin too, so I could hear the couple next to me doing what sounded like all 64 positions of kama sutra. Good breakfast though.

The location is relatively good. There is a mall and lots of restaurants and cafes at walking distance from the hotel. The staff are very polite and helpful. I was sick and they helped with communicating with the ambulance and the doctors.

Hotel was average overall, room smelt like smoke the whole work trip. Reason I rated this one star is because they charged my friend 10 euros for some beers, and they typed currency worth 1000 euros. Now they refuse to help him or send him the money back. Awful how you can mix up 10 and 1000.
