For two nights in Tirana, it was a good place to stay. The photos in the advertisement did not quite match the appartement that we got but it was okay. The only negative was the bathroom, the rain shower did not work properly and the paint work was falling off the walls. The location was quite close to the center and next to a main street.

We had the appartment with nice balcony on de 4th floor with excellent view over the nearby city centre and mount Djati. Beds were reasonbly good. . Good price-quality score but the electric installation and shower could use some maintaince work.

This place is very strategic. The location is excellent. The acoustics of the place are a little bad, you hear everything, neighbors, streets, etc....but ok. There is a kitchen, but it does not have the necessary equipment such as pans, plates, cutlery and glasses for you to use. In my opinion, this place is a good place to spend a night to explore the city during the day.

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from the center of Tirana. The apartment was really small, but okay for a one night sleep. It was apartament no.4.There was this awful smell…don’t know what it was. No privacy at all. You could hear anything your neighbors were doing. (Anything you can imagine). For the location and the price, 2 stars are well deserved.

The building is great, it has all the amenities that I was looking for. It has a great location with many shops and restaurants within a walking distance. Make sure if you’re looking to lease a unit in the building to ask for Shannon, she’s the leasing manager and I have to say she’s was beyond friendly and helpful. She went out of her way and helped me setup my internet and utilities since it’s my first time in the US and I was clueless with everything, she definitely is a big part of my great experience at the Andi.

I really enjoy living here. The apartments and the amenities are great. The location is very convenient to the close by stores, groceries, beach and entertainment. The staff is also very friendly is always there to help you out. Bonus points to Manny and Shannon ☺️

This place is amazing! We love living here from the pool to the gym. Shannon and Manny are so amazing every time I walk by they always say hi to us both and know us by name. They are always so helpful whenever we need help with the building and can answer all our questions.

Before booking, check the apartment you have chosen carefully, some do not have a kitchen. for the rest nothing is missing, you are very helpful. definitely clean but not in perfect condition.

The beds were comfortable and from a Swedish way of high standards of living the hygiene was 10 points from 0-10. The staff was very friendly and answered every question we had as well as recommendations when it comes to tourist attractions. Fresh and modern apartments. We are very happy and sadisfied with our staying at Andis appatments and recommend this place for both families, couples ands single travelers.

The best place you could stay in Tirana. 3 min walk from the city centre, amazingly friendly and responsable owner and soo clean. I’s been 3 years I stay here and Andi makes sure the room is being cleaned every day and gives us everything we might need. 10/10

I love my place and have been here 3 years don’t plan on moving … my leasing officer Chad is the best he has been helpful with my lease and renewal of my unit . Very personable !! Shannon is so a pleasure to work with any thing that comes up and accommodated me even she had tour she came back to assist me even though it was almost the end of her shift that’s commendable. Manny is very bubbly and my kids always wave as we leave and come he leaves and impression on the tenants . Even our new lessening agent is so warm and welcoming and that’s what I look for when I wanted to live in a community positive energy -
