was
very
disappointed
with
my
experience
at
Vesa.
Having
read
very
good
reviews,
my
Masseuse
was
late.
On
their
insistence,
I
paid
in
advance
for
a
55
minute
sports
massage.
After
the
20
minute
delay,
my
masseuse
proceeded
to
essentially
'rub
oil
on
my
body'
very
lightly,
pause
to
regularly
answer
her
phone,
and
then
after
30
minutes,
insisted
that
the
massage
was
done.
I
then
informed
her
that
the
massage
was
55
minutes
long,
the
masseuse
insisted
that
it
was
'around
50
minutes.'
She
offered
to
do
5
more
minutes
of
treatment,
and
after
my
pushback,
compromised
to
do
a
more
thorough
back
massage
for
10
mins.
However,
as
soon
as
she
restarted,
she
answered
another
call,
responded
she
would
be
free
in
two
minutes
(unaware
that
I
understood
some
of
the
language)
and
then
left.
I
subsequently
learned
from
a
PT
at
the
gym
that
may
have
been
'her
last
week,'
which
may
explain
my
experience.
In
fairness
to
the
owner
she
was
very
sympathetic
to
my
situation,
however,
only
offered
to
refund
half
my
money
rather
than
full,
and
so
charged
me
for
a
30
minute
relaxing
massage,
despite
this
not
being
what
I
had
asked
for.
This
is
so
she
could
'cover
her
costs.'
I
was
offered
a
replacement
massage,
but
this
would've
been
with
the
same
masseuse
which
I
was
not
prepared
to
do.
Very
disappointing,
and
I
subsequently
had
a
fantastic
massage
PhysioFit
in
Tirana.
I
highly
recommend
them
instead.
