The best dermatology team in Albania! Doctor Bruna and doctor Nora are brilliant at their jobs, , extremely knowledgeable, and very friendly. In addition as well the nursing staff was fantastic at making you feel at ease never rushed you and providing all sorts of flexibility in terms of scheduling appointments. I would highly recommend anyone going to this dermatology office as it is hands down without a doubt the best in Tirana for results and stellar service.

I was one of the first clients who tried CO2 laser and it has been more than a decade and I must say that and I am very satisfied with the results . Dr. Brunilda Bardhi is very professional and has a wide experience in dermatology . You can trust her in skin problems. Initial appointment had a 20 minute wait in the waiting room - fine. She ordered blood work and made an appointment with a specialist - confirmed appt time but no location. Two attempts via email with no response to get location. Decided to go to her office for assistance - arrived in a rain storm - all doctors gone and appt canceled at 1:05p via email (appt time was 1p). No apologies from Dr, just a "miscommunication" because I should have assumed the appt was in her office - although 2 messages went unanswered. Extremely unprofessional communication.

Terrible experience. I booked an appointment and called upon arrival to see what level the dermatologist was on. Someone answered and proceeded to hang up on me. I followed up with 5 calls, no answer. Then I finally found the clinic 10 minutes before my appointment and nobody answered the door. I have a very bad skin condition which needed to be looked at promptly. If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful service *reply from Dermatologist mentions I was provided with a home number to call directly - this is completely untrue. I also was able to get into the building and rang the doorbell to the clinic multiple times. There is no excuse for this the lack of simple courtesy provided to any customer.

A very dissapointing experience! I just did a general consultation and a birthmark examination(which consisted of only a simple dermascopy check) They didn’t examine my skin, they only gave me some tips on what products to use. Also I decided to do a microdermabrasion which they told me it doesn’t cost more than 50€ but in the end the reception girl said it costs 80€ with a discount!! The total was 130€ together with the so called birthmark examination. The reception didn’t even print out a receipt with the excuse that the system was not working. It just felt like a rip off!

I have loved in the sun for many many years. As a result I have skin issues ..when I sailed for 15 years I had to go to a dermatologist every 6 months. I have seen them in US, Trinidad, Grenada, Tunisia, Turkey, Israel among others and Doc. Bardhi is by far the best yet. When others brushed stuff off she didn't. My skin is the best it has looked in years. She is simply great in taking care of something that is nothing but could be something that will become bad.

Service and professionalism are lacking, especially for the prices they charge. Won’t be back. In response to the owners comment: We waited 30 minutes past our appointment time to be seen. I was left for 40 minutes to let a cream take effect, was told to wash my face in a bathroom with cold water (for $150 and at all other clinics I’ve been to -over 50 procedures- this is done by the clinician) and at the end as an afterthought, I was handed a dirty bottle of sunscreen to put on myself. Meanwhile my male partner was given extra attention and follow up requests. The clinician was asking inappropriate personal questions in respect to our relationship, I can only assume for personal interest. Again, for the price I paid, the service was subpar.

A few years ago I was treated for acne at this clinic. I had to appear every 2 weeks at the clinic for a check-up. For each re-check I paid 2000 All. After being treated for 2 months, on one of the days I had the re-check I didn't show up and I called the doctor on the phone to make an appointment other. This doctor, Brunilda Bardhi, didn't answer my phone or the message I sent her, and she stopped treating me halfway. The doctor was very arrogant and had no empathy with the patient.
