The priest (from Belgium) was a very friendly and kind soul. We met with another member of the clergy (Henry from Holland) who I found a bit judgemental and cold in my inquiry of obtaining a conditional baptism. He did not make us feel the warmth and welcome that we are used to receiving in Catholic Churches around the world. The church is beautiful however, it was a bit of a letdown seeing firsthand the red tape of the Catholic Church when it comes to baptism records and lack of forthcoming help in conditional baptism. I felt the priest had no say in such matters instead, we were told an approval and meeting with the bishop was required in order for one to obtain a conditional baptism. We traveled over 3000 miles and ran into a brick wall of church bureaucracy. In closing, as much as we loved the priest, it’s disappointing that a church in Albania cannot find a local Albanian priest but is run by foreign members of the clergy.

For my personal view, it's a nice and new Catholic Church but too modern.
