Google should offer minus stars for reviews. Even one star is too much for this place. The only reason I keep going is the doctor, who of course is not Albanian. The rest is a disgrace for the money that you have to pay but also for the common courtesy of interacting with other civilised human beings. The girls that work there seems as they are paying you. Rude, never smile and makes it really unpleasant. The first thing they ask is to pay the money and feels like that is the only reason that place exist. I dont understand how can someone who works with people and in particular with people who are in a vulnerable state. What is more important, the lenses we needed there cost around 80 euro, in another optic shop it was only 25 euro. I had my prescription on my phone and it was impossible for them to replicate it or to just go to the doctor and get another one. It meant to get it without paying. This is how I read it. However, due to this I had to go somewhere else and found out the surprise of the prices. Young girls and they dont know how to smile!

Very bad service, I suggest you choose another clinic that at least respects it’s clients. Waiting in line for 3 hours before an operation is scandalous when you pay thousands of euros. I regret choosing this clinic.
