We went to the store to ask for a refund, since it was in such a short time and obviously their products had the lowest quality. Not only they were rude, they refused to give a refund, but also refused to exchange it with a different ring, and asked for us to sell them the ring in order to melt it and make another one with less than half the price we had bought it only a month ago.
