I am thrilled to share my enthusiastic review of the coffee shop that, in my opinion, stands out as the best in Tirana. This remarkable establishment has perfected the art of both classic and filter coffee, creating a haven for coffee enthusiasts like myself. The menu boasts excellent coffee options, from traditional classics to a wide selection of filter coffee, tea, matcha and author drinks. Whether you're in the mood for a rich espresso or a meticulously brewed pour-over, this coffee shop has it all. Not only do they serve exceptional brews, but they also sell their own carefully sourced and roasted beans or filter-coffee devices, including Chemex, Aeropress, and V60, which will be liked to coffee enthusiasts who enjoy exploring different brewing methods. The cozy and stylish ambiance creates a comfortable space to relax, work, or engage in conversations with friends. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to share their expertise or recommend options to try. I recommend it to anyone searching for an extraordinary coffee experience.

Great coffee and matcha latte! They also have homemade pecan pie and croissants! Good atmosphere to study or meet friends, but music is a bit too loud.

An actual specialty coffee shop in Tirana! I couldn't believe it. So, as one does, I stared reading the negative reviews first, and unconvinced, decided to go give it a try myself. I'm not sorry to say that I completely disagree with the negative reviews and that this place is amazing. Truly the best coffee I've had in the city, and to top it off it came with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and super friendly staff! Sure, there's a very limited number of plugs to plug in your laptop and work, but this is a coffee shop not a library or co-working space... so honestly I don't understand the problem. Antigua, great job you guys! Keep up the good work!

I am so happy that we finally got a Specialty Coffee in Tirana. Now I can enjoy my V60 and Chemex while being part of a community of coffee connoisseurs and active coffee lovers. Must try the cakes, breads, cookies and Matcha too. ❣️

Atmosphere was nice. I think this is the only 3rd wave coffee cafe in the whole of Tirana. Kismet has it that the morning I visited there was a power outage so I couldn’t try their espresso :( The matcha san sebastian cheesecake was really good but at a very high price 600 Leke for a small slice. I was quite taken aback by the price. Croissant was 150, vanilla san sebastian cheesecake 550. Not complaining about the price as they have the right to price their products whatever they like. Customers can choose to buy or not to buy. Toka fermentary kombuchas can also be bought here.

To my knowledge the only place in Tirana where you can pick what coffee do you want. The service is always absolutely amazing and when I am fed up with all my doppios all around I always stop by. One star down for being a bit pricy and having only one functioning plug. We had a great time with my friend and our new doggo. Absolutely lovely creature. However, in case you miss a bit more north-european coffee approach, this is the place! 🌞🌞🌞

The only one specialty coffee place in Tirana that we are aware of. After a week traveling around the country it was great to get a Chemex. We have been in Tirana for three days and we were back every day for good coffee, pastry and good service ✌🏻

Antigua is the only 3rd wave coffee shop in Tirana. We visited them as a family and we really enjoyed our time. They have lovely staff who are super friendly and kind. They're very easy to talk with and serve delicious coffee. They might possibly have the best cappuccino I've ever tasted in my entire life. We also tried their salted caramel cake and with lotus cheesecake along with our drinks! it was amazing!! We were visiting Tirana for only 4 days and so grateful to find a great coffee shop like Antigua. Wish we could go back but we're already back to our home country. I would highly recommend visiting this unique and exciting coffee shop.

Very good coffee, one of the best in Tirana. Superb matcha cheesecake (slightly overpriced for Tirana). The service is however a bit random and staff seem to come and go quite frequently.

Tirana is full of nice coffee shops but Antigua is the nicest one, as a speciality coffee lover based in Munich I had chance to try it today and absolutely loved it. Coffee shop is very cozy and not so crowded which makes it perfect place to sit and spend time. Apart from drinking coffee you can also buy equipments and coffee beans from famous roasteries like SEY from NY. My V60 was nice and smooth today, but probably from the coffee beans that were used I wasn't able to get the taste notes, no I don't have Corona :) I also loved the journey of coffee that was drawn on the wall

I saw this place recommended on a travel blog. The girl recommended it and said she returned to Antigua several times during her trip. I totally understand why. It’s a very cute and modern cafe. The coffee is nice and obviously high quality, but the really special thing is the baked goods. They had several options from cheesecake, chocolate cake, carrot cake, cookies, and even pumpkin pie. I wanted to try all of them, but I stuck with the pumpkin pie because as an American traveling all throughout the fall season, this is special. It was soooo nice. It wasn’t as sweet as one I might have in the US at thanksgiving but it was still very nice. I’m only in Tirana for a few days, but I could see myself going out of my way to return here to try some more goodies.

My favourite coffee ☕ in Tirana and Albania, obviously coffee is great. Tried the V60, chemex and pure expresso. Result might vary first chemex was awesome, second was "only" good Cosy place to sit, read, write, work Music might be a tiny bit too loud and feel overwhelming at times Staff is friendly and kind Faleminderit shumë

It was a good place to go until they decided that you couldn't make calls anymore. First time I hear something like this ): Advice: You can take away the charger if you don't want people to stay too long but cannot ask to paying customers to not take calls.

MOLDED LEMON 🚩Do not work from here Long story short needed a quiet coffee to work on and maybe discuss with colleagues on calls. They didn’t allow calls like, why? I'm just talking with someone over the earphones which in fact is reducing the noise of another person, however I didn’t take any call, not in the mood to fight today. But guess what, there were no plugs so I could charge my laptop. There are only 2 in the whole coffee shop. Definitely NOT recommend if you wanna work here. Giving 2 stars just for the fast service and nice place. Although with the molded lemons in the water it deserved a 0….

Easily the best coffee I had in Albania and among the best I've had on the continent of Europe. Brili, the barista, is kind and welcoming and consistently pulled delicious shots of espresso mixed with perfectly textured milk complimented by beautifully executed latte art. I must have had at least 6 coffees during my stay in Tirana and the quality remained reliably excellent with every cup. The cafe is clean, modern and comfortable and they also offer a variety of pastries, which I did not try but looked delicious. Highly recommended.

I like it that the cakes and pastries are as good as the coffee. Very often it's either one or the other but this place has nailed both. The staff was very and knowledgeable about coffee. They said they're doing breakfast and brunch in October so eager to see what's coming!

Probably the best place for coffee in whole Tirana. If you are into specialty coffee, dont look for any other places, you will be happy here. We’ve had 2 cappucinos and 2 kombuchas for 1100lek, which is probably above average for Tirana, but normal price for most of european specialty coffee shops.

Best coffee place in Tirana and they even have plant based milk! It's a pity that the kitchen was closed, while we were there. Hopefully they can serve some good food again soon. Instead we got a croissant, which was ok.

With covid restricting flying options, one has to search closer to home to get away. Sure, you could go to Italy for good coffee or Greece for hospitality - but you can't get both, right? Wrong! The second you enter Antigua Cafe, you are immediately carried off to a calm and far-away land of exotic odors and overwhelming tastes. Maybe what you will remember will be the friendly and patient servers. Maybe the well-thought-out combination of specialty coffee and cake assortments. Or maybe the splendid yet humble interior? None of us know exactly what it is that drives us back to Antigua Cafe, but we always come back, eventually. Each customer will leave with a story to tell, I certainly did. What will be your story?

The best coffee I've had in Tirana so far, if you are a fan of speciality coffee and want something more than an espresso or macchiato come here. They have a range of filter coffees, from airopress to chemex. If you are a fan of milk based drinks they do a great flat white. The interior is sleek and modern and offers something different to the typical cafe here in Tirana.

Friendly and warm specialty coffee shop in Tirana, Albania. The baristas are very kind and even funny. The ambience is relaxed. Very large latte for 220 ALL. The milk wasn't very hot, but still quite good. Seems like a light roast. The barista brought it over and was very nice. It looks like a working cafe, so I would say it lacks a bit of specific character to make it memorable.

Good please to work with your laptop. Modern cafe and the place is beautiful. They only serve coffee and sweet cakes. The main downside of the place are prices, which are a bit too high for what you get (550 lek for a slice of cheesecake).

Been there almost a year and a half ago and the service was really slow and mess. They apologized because they were short in staf. Returned today. This is one of the best coffee shops in Tirana, great espresso drinks, tea selection, and dessets. I love hanging out here to read, relax, meet friends, and chill. One of the few "coffee culture" shops in town. V60, pour-overs, etc. are available. Love it!

This may be the only third wave coffee in Tirana and perhaps all of Albania. It’s a bright, lovely little shop with great cappuccinos and a calm but trendy atmosphere. After two weeks visiting the coast it was like a breath of fresh air to drink some good coffee. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

Tasty food regarding other similar shops in Tirana but a bit expensive. Blame it on the pandemic crisis or the inflation but 2.5 € for a cupcake is pricey to me. I hope you increase the amount of food or decrease the price because I'd like to come more often.✌

I've spent a couple of afternoons working on my laptop here. The WiFi is fine for working remotely, although they don't encourage taking calls and video calls from here. They have one blend of coffee beans, which I wasn't super fond of, but they seem to be changing it every now and again. Would recommend the banana bread.

Stellar coffee shop in Tirana. The selection is plentiful, including more complex forms if you like Chemex, aeropress, etc. I had a flat white and matcha white chocolate and raspberry cake - was amazing. The design of the cafe is already great if you want to get a bit of work done on chill on the Wi-Fi. Lastly the barista was so friendly and clearly passionate about coffee.
