    I had a meeting with Dr. Arjana Rrelli, a psychologist, and it was a very negative experience. Not only did the lady doctor not help, but her behavior was arrogant and she lacked the tact that a psychologist needs. My problem was minor, but I can't help but wonder how someone with bigger problems can feel, and I decide to go to the lady who just uses cafe vocabulary. Doctors who simply occupy chairs in state institutions and are paid by our taxes
