A new and flash looking hotel from the outside. The entrance lobby and frontage will trick you into thinking it’s a really good hotel but the description is completely false and they have tons of fake reviews on Booking.com. There are plenty of better hotels for the same or cheaper price in Tirana. I’ll never stay here again We booked a room that was meant to be 30m2 where in fact we had space for one double bed, a table stuck to the wall and 3ft of space to walk around the bed, plus a regular 2x2m bathroom. That is not 30m2, the rooms are very cramped. The Air con is either on full blast arctic wind mode, or completely off. That too you can’t switch it off from the remote and it needs to be done from the fuse box in the room. They advertised a pool, spa, lake view, children’s play area and room service features. The pool and spa were closed for our entire trip, there is no lake view, the hotel is in the middle of the city, the so called balcony was overlooking a scrappy old parking lot. There is no children’s play area. There’s no laundry service and we were even denied extra pillows. The worst part of all, every request for room service carries a €5 charge. That’s from asking for water, food, or anything else sent to your room, you have to pay €5 every time they send someone. I’ve never heard of this out of any hotel I’ve stayed in. They wouldn’t provide an iron but wanted to charge us €2.5 per item to iron and expected us to bring the clothes down to reception and wait there or have them sent to our room (for another €5)

Worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the room was not fully made, less than half a toilet paper in the room, fridge was not too cold and we are in our room sweating because the AC is not working and someone came to look at it and said “this is albania cooling system, this is the coldest it gets” when their reception is much cooler and comfortable. Sadly the staff don’t care about satisfaction. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Don't be dazzled by this hotel's 4-star rating and apparent false luxury. This establishment is a scam. On arrival you find yourself paying an extra 25 euros, for a "local tax" that doesn't exist and exchange rates randomly chosen by the hotel without mentioning it on the website. The shower water was not hot, the double bed was simply two single beds stuck together. In the evening we were charged 350 leks for a beer and the next day we were charged 500 leks for the same beer. And of course the staff is unpleasant because they are tired of angry customers. Run away, there are much better places in Tirana.

Avoid at all costs. Should have paid attention to other negative reviews before staying here. The staff and management are nothing short of being crooks. When checking out they accused my fellow guest of opening the wrapper on a Snickers bar from the minibar and wanted €4.50 for it. Finally after a lot of arguing they relented and did not charge. I would suggest you stay in your room and ask them to verify the minibar contents before you leave your room and check contents when checking in. Also they do allow you to take in food or drinks from outside. The rooms are big but designed poorly. One desk and two bedside tables that neither have drawers. Room phone did not work. No mirrors in the room, only in the bathroom. Clothes cupboards have no doors. Safe doesn't work or maybe you have to pay for it. No hooks in the bathroom other than in the shower cubicle itself . Breakfast is continental buffet but with limited choice. Coffee from a pot but constantly empty. Swimming pool is rubbish and the steam room did not work. Also charge you €8 to use swimming/spa facilities. Exposed concrete walls in spa area and the floor tiles are dangerously slippery. Please, please, please stay somewhere else

Overrated hotel compared to the pricing. Terrible location hidden from the street and walking back there at night feels very sketchy. Horrible service, room is 50/50 when it comes to cleanliness, taxi service is very overpriced. They don’t put a shower robe, cap, slippers, or kettle in the rooms for you or even if you ask for them. There is no gym and the one they offer for you outside has horrible working hours. In general - don’t recommend at all. Many other hotels near the square or even outside the city that will probably be better for you.

This hotel is far from being organized! Breakfast is disgrace!!! Not enough plates not enough cutlery. Nobody re fill up the coffee or food. Nobody clean the tables for others to sit. For 3 days I asked the reception to open the Aircon in my room. 3 days Nobody open it.. This hotel is a joke!!! Stay away!

DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF AND STRUGGLE TO GET ANY DECENT SERVICE. I booked on Booking.com and looked at the average rating, BIG MISTAKE. 20 of the 36 reviews seem fake. The rooms are tiny, every last thing in the hotel comes with an extra charge. The minibar was empty, ordering water bottles to your room or anything for that matter carried a 5 euro surcharge. The pool and spa area always seem closed, the breakfast consists of hard bread, pancakes and pastries, and no matter what you ask for whether it’s extra pillows, ironing or even regulating the AC, the answer is always “I’m sorry we can’t do that” or “yes we can, but you have to pay extra” Considering we paid €72 per night, I expected a much better standard of room than what I got. Atleast big enough that you can walk around in instead of shimmying past the bed to get in and out.

very bad experience, cleanliness and service are very bad, the toilet buzz was throwing water outside the toilet, none came to fix it, none offered to change the room, the toilet paper were so fine so they literally dissolve when they become wet. The bad toilet papers ever i have seen they aren't durable at all, first day of our stay they didn't place new toilet paper rolls in the toilet but leaved the remaining used rolls from the previous guests. When we were checking out they asked us for 200 euro charge for 2 cushions that obviously we didn't order and they said there are 2 missing cushions in the room. The cushions are so thin as if they aren't present at all.... I HATE my stay at that HORRIBLE hotel i don't recommend at all. it doesn't deserve to be classified as a four-star hotel at all.

I originally booked and paid for a room at the Broadway hotel in Tirana. When I got there, I was told that there are no rooms available so I was brought to the Eurostar hotel. The first room we got here had thousands of ants in it. The second room also had a few ants, but it was manageable. On our second day the AC stopped working and it has not been fixed yet. The room was equipped with only one wine glass, even though there are two occupants in this room. The mini fridge does not really cool anything. I asked for a small bucket of ice so I could cool my drinks that way, but apparently this "4 star hotel" does not have ice buckets and ice. I could not call the reception from my room, as the telephone did not work. I had to go back down on foot every single time to ask when the AC is going to finally get fixed. This whole building just needs to get torn down; nothing good about it.

Avoid this hotel! They try and tell you they can’t accept cards so they make you take out cash. The tourist tax for two days was 50 Euros even though my booking said 2 USD. If you say no you can’t check in and can’t cancel to get your money back so you have to let them shake you down! So they are scamming you 25 euros per day even though you have paid for the hotel and you need to accept it. They get snippy with you when you ask questions about it! They don’t have a gym and they charge you 8 euros when you use the pool! The doors were falling apart in the room and all night hooligans were running around the hotel banging on doors. At least for two hours no joke!

these are the notes we made while staying here. enjoy. • 1 bedside table - they come in pairs? • wet toilet paper. why? • needs a paint job (desperately) + a throughout clean. • window is unclean and doesn't close • the door is coming off????? • rude and condescending staff • room wasn't ready at check in at 2pm • we stayed at the wrong hotel cause the right one was fully booked (by us? we booked it?) • parking was advertised as free - it was 10 euros • no handrail or lights in the staircases????? • spa and pool are not free? they're 8 euros on top of reservation + located in a dark basement. • bathroom light turns on at leasure • 1 (one) hair on top of shower... flip-flops were a must. book at your own risk.

Just skip it. Looks can be deceiving. The surface looks fine but service is horrible. We came as a group and they claimed the bank transfer had not gone though, even though we could see it was. In general when talking to the staff you just feel that you are troubling them. Upon leaving the receptionist tried charging 50 EUR to pre-order a taxi for a ride which should be 15 EUR.

Very bad experience. One of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed in around the world. - no AC - you have to pay for the pool - bad smell from the bathroom - not friendly staff. The only good thing about the hotel is their breakfast quality and variety. I don’t recommend it to any one!

We got relocated to different hotels three times because of over-booking. We had to pay extra. Two of the beds in our impro four person-bedroom were horrible. The staff accused us of stealing. The service was bad and slow. It smelled like cigarette-smoke in our hallway and room. On the plus side: There was a jacuzzi in the middle of the room, right on the wooden floor, which is a crazy concept but much fun! But please - just book an Airbnb

Hotel is kind of renovated. Rooms are big enough but from two bed room they made king bed so room set up is mess. You cannot reach bed lamp to turn of the light, head rest is not aligned and so on... Breakfast was cold, from food to coffee. Everything was cold. And constant traffic jams are disaster. It's not hotel problem but still bad experience. Beside that street Infront of hotel is packed with illegally parked cars.

We wanted to visit the hotel's spa. As we had not booked a room in the hotel, the spa cost 25€ per person. The changing rooms were tiny with two showers that were super rusty and one of them did not function properly. The spa in the end was just one small pool and one tiny sauna. Furthermore, there was no service staff that enforced basic rules. Also the mosaic stones on the pool's ground were loose so that the ground was bumpy and rough.People smoke in the spa. It felt like a scam, was super overpriced and not cozy and relaxing at all! Definitely do not visit this spa!

We stayed here for 2 nights towards the end of May 2023. While the hotel is ok I'd not say its 4 star or anywhere near. On arrival, we had troubles with the room and the finish (plugs and fixtures almost falling off the walls and air con not working) within it originally. While we were moved, we then had even more issues with the next room that were fixed in the end. All in all with all the issues and the excessive wait it probably took us about 4 hours to check in. The room we settled on was basic but ok to sleep. An additional word of warning, these guys will find anyway they can to get more money out of you. There is, as others noted, an extra "service charge" but not only that they'll try and get you to pay everything in Euros and with a terrible exchange rate even when compared to other places (rule of thumb was 100 LEK to 1 Euro elsewhere but they were closer to 120 LEK to 1 Euro). Drinks at the hotel bar were almost double what we paid in the city centre and we also made the mistake of booking a taxi and that was over double what we paid to return from flagging down a taxi in the centre. Of course all of this we were pushed to pay for in Euros with the poor exchange rate. Its ok as a place to sleep but I'd not return with all of the above

advertised as a 10 euro deal, so we phoned and asked yo double check that was true and they said it was. when we got there they said it was 25 euros. then we went down to use the spa, and the steam room didnt work, the pool was freezing, and the bottom of the pool was sharp and there was ciggarettes everywhere. we asked a staff member to look at the steam room and they ignored us. we then asked for a partial refund since we had paid to go for sauna and steam room and pool, but the staff were disrespectful and rude. all the other bad reviews are true, they are money grabbers. avoid

Very good cuisine inside of the hotel. highly recommend trying the pizza. All very friendly and accommodating. Please note that you have to pay extra for almost everything in this hotel, even if it is not stated on the booking platforms. For example a deposit of 100 euros and the tourist tax. Also the spa cannot be used included. But you get good value for money. Very central, supermarket directly on the other side of the street and easy to reach and also in the city center, the sights can be reached quickly on foot.

HOTEL FRAUD we had a reservation through booking for 2 nights and the price was 50 euros with a discount from the genius profile. When we got there they asked us to pay + 25 euros per person for tax, + 20 euros for parking and 8 euros per person for using the spa center. all these extras that we have paid for are included in the price as free. this is a disaster. when we were leaving the parking lot, the man working at the parking counter told us that this is a hotel scam and they do this to all guests! and that is 4 euros for 24 hours, and 8 euros for 48 hours (2 days)! but we paid 20 euros at the hotel. avoid this hotel!!

The sheets from the duvet didn't look clean. I had to ask for it to be changed. Food (breakfast) was quite good. Air conditioning was deliberately turned off at intervals leaving me in discomfort. The spa and indoor pool was supposed to be free with hotel reservations but there is additional cost of €8 for a kit (bath robe, towels and slippers) all of which will be returned for another person to use. Advertising free access to spa and pool for guests is deceptive since there is additional charges. The aim is extra charge and not hygiene because the kit is to be reused. No entertainment from TV as this will require additional €6 per day The Receptionist is very rude and aggressive. Delights in talking down on guests. We arrived and they attempted to seize our passports as caution. Taxes are not one off. It is calculated per day per guest. This was not made clear from the start In all, it was a bad experience as they focus on making money while trying to give very little. The comfort of guests is not important to them

We were with a group of retirees from Poland. Room was ok, however the service below par. I have asked the front desk 3 times to fix our TV so we could watch world news. With wars in Israel and Ukraine and the election in Poland we just wanted to be informed. Unfortunately the TV was never fixed. In addition the A/C didn’t work. Mind you, it was very hot outside. The location of hotel was just ok. I would never recommend this facility to any of my friends.

Even if I can give a "0" I would love more to do that ! Whats going on in this terrible place , guys ? Very unfriendly and not a polite at all , except the General Manager as I guess who spoke with me on the phone . First , if you planing to spend your time and enjoy here , just run from here , cause the staff gonna make your staying like terrifying. Staff is not cultural at all , and as they said we don't scare anybody and we don't care how you understand us ! If you guys gonna bring your wine by yourself and trying to ask them for corkscrew , they will do anything to be not open the wine for you ! When you ask the reception about the key from your room , which you're forgot in the room , they answer very irritably !!! But the hero of this night is the MANAGER of the restaraunt in this horrible hotel . He is not a cultural person at all , not a polite , and talks to people like the whole World is owes him. He also tried to touch me and trying to get out me from the restaraunt . Jesus !!!! How ever that could be happen ? That's a kind a ridiculous think ! That kind a response to whom ? To the quest who stay in there hotels guys ? I think the staff should be fire immediately !!! Will never stay again in this horrible place ! Im just shock !!!

Avoid this hotel like the plague. It will put a massive downer on your trip to Albania. It was a truly horrible experience. They want euros in cash telling you the card machine is broken and Lec will cost you more. They will charge you 10 euros a day to use the car park. When you go to use the pool they will tell you that it costs an extra 8 euros per person for a ‘swimming pack’ the pill and spa area is tiny and crammed. They are money grabbing scammers, that will make you feel like prey! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

this hotel was really a disappointment after booking one suite when we arrived they told us they didn’t have a suite but two small rooms where we even didn’t had place to walk let alone sleep after we complained about this he told us take it or leave it ofcourse we left, on top of that the guy of the parking told us in the beginning it’s 10 euros and after he knew we where clients of the hotel he told us please don’t tell the hotel about the price i gave to you so this was absolutely a scam. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

First of all, I was a little worried when I read the negative comments about the hotel. However, I did not encounter any negative situations. The price was the same as the agency and no extra tax was requested. I stayed in a very comfortable hotel for the price of a hostel. The room was very clean and everything was working properly. The staff at the reception were very helpful, especially Alex. A deposit of 100 euros was requested during registration, they gave me a document proving that I had given the deposit, and when I left, I received it again without any deduction.

New hotel. There is an issue with banks adding a charge to the final price you pay. On a 27.5 Euro charge, the deduction from the card ended up at 31 Euros. This was a MasterCard debit card. It's the first time I have encountered this. The hotel does not declare this unless asked. Excessive. Breakfast was ok. Shower floods bathroom floor.Design issues. Otherwise modern and very clean

Do not recommend! My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing. The lack of basic furnishings and amenities left the space unwelcoming and impractical. The spa experience was marred by a disappointingly cold pool and non-functional showers in the changing rooms. Not to mention the terrible pool lights that gave me a dizziness all day long and the stagnant water leading the unpleasant odors and hygiene concerns.

Very bad treatment from management and staff. The rooms are empty, only a bed. I made a reservation in advance and upon arrival I was very tired. They told me that there are no empty rooms, knowing that prepayment is before arriving in Albania. However, there are no rooms. After several discussions and contact with the travel agency, they booked a room in another hotel so that a hotel room is secured and you have to pay a deposit. I don't know why and he has a tax called city tax knowing . I paid the fees in full before coming to them. I don't recommend it at all.

ive been to this hotel before ,so i booked with booking and it was around 39euro, when i go there they told me it was a mistake and there is not a free room and its fully booked. So my reservation was at the other hotel wich was always the same brand. So i try to check in to the other one and they told me the price is 55euro and not 39. Anyway i just wanted to check in so i tried to pay by card, they tried 3 times the payment and said it wasnt done. So i paid by cash, the next morning i woke up and by my account were 165euro less,so i had to call my bank and stay almost 1 week explaining the situation. Its just bad organization and managment cuz the hotel is located in a good area and its clean, but they have to be more careful to this details

The hotel's location makes this a wonderful choice when visiting Tirana, whether it is for business or leisure. It is only a 5 minute walk to Skanderbeg square and all of the attractions of downtown Tirana. The hotel with its great view, is very well decorated and with considerable attention to detail. The food was gourmet grade and also the breakfast was not only plentiful but also very tasty. The rooms were perfectly adequate with all the amenities that you can find in any big name hotel chain. The best part of the hotel's experience however is its staff. They speak several languages and are always very courteous and helpful. They accommodated us by showing us several different room configurations until we made the best choice for our situation, travelling with children. The assistant manager, Skeldi, was not only knowledgeable, but also extremely helpful, giving us tips, information and even personally showing us what and where the best attractions were. It was a pleasure staying at this hotel and not only will we stay every time we go to Tirana but will also recommend it to all of our friends to use during their stays.

We have booked our hotel through one of the websites, when arrived we found that there is no 3 bed rooms and that the booking whent to another hotel but the price is staying the same as it's same company or owner. After arriving in to Eurostar hotel we were asked to pay more then we should, after arguing we were told that the price difference is due to breakfast added which at the end we agree to. There is no 3bed rooms in hotel, we arrived to 2bed room and received a camping bed as addition which i consider a joke for 4star hotel. Breakfast was very bad as well.. i have stayed there only for 1 night hence i don't really care but i couldn't imagine spending there more than few hours.. In addition room overlooks jail. Do not go there.. Avoid at all cost!!!

Everything was great. The open buffet breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful. There are two supermarkets near the hotel . A big mall called “Ring mall” 10 minutes from the hotel . The room was clean , but you have to tell the reception that you want to clean it. In general, a very nice hotel. The air condition was not cold enough,& you don’t have the remote coz it’s with the staff .

Friendly big man on reception, realy cool man and helpfull, and most of stuf is o.k.The manager Erik K. was always angry and unfriendly beacouse inconvenience caused by our travel agency, so we stay in this hotel inTirana without tv for 6 days. Food is nothing special, and to be honest, I stay in better hotels with 3*. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and all the sights are very close, so that's positive side.

Nice hotel, the first hotel I saw in Europe that has shatafa in its toilets but the breakfast options weren’t so good.

Everything was clean and the rooms were a good size. Market and restaurants are literally across the street. Cons of the place is that they had really cheap pillows and there was quite a bit of noise like dogs and chickens at night. Parking was $4,50E per day and breakfast was $5E.

All the dishes, were perfectly cooked from their chief. All services were good. For sure that this is the only place I will trust my stay.
