A
new
and
flash
looking
hotel
from
the
outside.
The
entrance
lobby
and
frontage
will
trick
you
into
thinking
it’s
a
really
good
hotel
but
the
description
is
completely
false
and
they
have
tons
of
fake
reviews
on
Booking.com.
There
are
plenty
of
better
hotels
for
the
same
or
cheaper
price
in
Tirana.
I’ll
never
stay
here
again
We
booked
a
room
that
was
meant
to
be
30m2
where
in
fact
we
had
space
for
one
double
bed,
a
table
stuck
to
the
wall
and
3ft
of
space
to
walk
around
the
bed,
plus
a
regular
2x2m
bathroom.
That
is
not
30m2,
the
rooms
are
very
cramped.
The
Air
con
is
either
on
full
blast
arctic
wind
mode,
or
completely
off.
That
too
you
can’t
switch
it
off
from
the
remote
and
it
needs
to
be
done
from
the
fuse
box
in
the
room.
They
advertised
a
pool,
spa,
lake
view,
children’s
play
area
and
room
service
features.
The
pool
and
spa
were
closed
for
our
entire
trip,
there
is
no
lake
view,
the
hotel
is
in
the
middle
of
the
city,
the
so
called
balcony
was
overlooking
a
scrappy
old
parking
lot.
There
is
no
children’s
play
area.
There’s
no
laundry
service
and
we
were
even
denied
extra
pillows.
The
worst
part
of
all,
every
request
for
room
service
carries
a
€5
charge.
That’s
from
asking
for
water,
food,
or
anything
else
sent
to
your
room,
you
have
to
pay
€5
every
time
they
send
someone.
I’ve
never
heard
of
this
out
of
any
hotel
I’ve
stayed
in.
They
wouldn’t
provide
an
iron
but
wanted
to
charge
us
€2.5
per
item
to
iron
and
expected
us
to
bring
the
clothes
down
to
reception
and
wait
there
or
have
them
sent
to
our
room
(for
another
€5)
