Just recently stayed in this hotel. The rooms were clean and well equipped, the rooftop bar and breakfast were excellent. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is located 3 minutes away from Ring center and 20 minutes from the main square. Perfect for a Tirana citytrip.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks and I'm most impressed by the staff! Very positive and helpful people. They helped me with everything and made me feel like I'm at home!

The overall experience surpassed my expectations. The room was great, service even better and the food was supreme. Everything was perfect!

I booked a room for a night. The hotel was very very clean and the AC works really well! The towels and linens were super clean and looked new. The check in process is super quick. Highly recommend

The hotel was brilliant and the staff were excellent throughout my stay. I had my hair transplant and stayed at this hotel which was a 3-5 minute walk away from the clinic. Will recommend 100%!

The room seemed cozy but was not clean. Breakfast was low varied. The hotel team was friendly in general, but somehow arrogant and not helpful at all. For the price you pay, the facilities do not meet standard. That impressed me the most. Not to mention the construction site right next to the windows, with the noise that is impossible to rest and relax. Not worthy

Verry happy with this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough!! Very clean hotel, good size rooms, and the staff is so helpful at all times and very friendly, making you feel so comfortable. It is also 3 mins walking distance from Keit Clinic and the Ring shopping centre. Btw, they have the best chips in Tirana 😍🥰

Rooms large and comfortable, in a location very easy to reach from the airport and near (few minutes walking) to the center of Tirana. All workers are multilingual so it’s easy to understand and to be inderstood. I absolutely advise 👍👍👍

I would like to thank Eni, the manager of Keti Hotel, for providing excellent service and help for my husband and I during our stay. The staff were all very supportive, the site was extremely clean and kept at a five-star level, making our experience very comfortable and something to remember. Even better were the Centaurus Apartments that we were recommended and where we stayed during the most of our time in the Albanian capital. I highly recommend Keti Hotel for those visiting Tirana who wish to stay at a quiet, five-star hotel and plan to visit the city during the day. The shuttle service to and from Tirana Int'l Airport was also excellent!

I stayed in hotel KEIT for 1 Day. The Rooms are very clean and comfortable,the Breakfast was delicious and the Staff is very friendly and makes you feel like home, i recommend this hotel for all.

Hotel staff were very accommodating. We arrived at 11pm after a tiring day of delays and travel mishaps. The lady at the front desk had us set up and ready with a room in no time. Comfy experience and breakfast included.

First of all i have to say the rooms are so clean. But otherwise, serving is not good. We came at 9 pm and we said we'll leave at 5 am. We can't eat breakfast. we asked, can you make sandwiches for us? They said not possible. Because the lady who is preparing breakfast comes at 6 am. We said okay but at least can you make a discount for us because we can't eat breakfast, they said it's not possible. We accepted because we had bus tomorrow. We want tou give change to restaurant. We ordered 3 pasta. Before the order we ask, what kind of meat are you using?. They said meat. We said we came from Turkey. We ordered 3 pasta, we can't eat 2 of them. Because ıts have bacon inside of that. They didnt take money for that. I want to thank for that specially. It ws so kind. To be honest, they have yo improve serve. Our decide reason to hotel, Its near to bus station for the go abroad. If you want to go some different country from Tiran you have to get from that station. Its behind to sport center. Anyway, thank you for your attention, please be more helpful the other guests.

Staff of the hotel were very kind and friendly. They helede and guided us in every problem that we confront in Tiran (special thanks to Anna!). Room was small but very clean. Restaurant was also good and has fair prices. We strongly recommend to whom seeks price/performance and kind hotel staff

Spent the night here as we needed to be close to the bus station for an early departure. Clean, affordable, excellent breakfast and the people are amazing. Special thanks to our breakfast crew who got us on our way quickly. The property is close to everything you would like to see in Tirana. We would love to come back for a longer stay!

Never book this place. I booked a room with them and when I arrived late at night after my travel the hotel was closed and the guy in the reception said they didn’t have any rooms available. They didn’t respect my booking and they must have resold it to another customer without respecting my booking. Never book with them unless you want to run the risk of being left out in the streets of Tirana at 4am.

Stayed at this hotel during my visit to KEIT Clinic. It was superb!!! The whole staff was so helpful, caring, efficient and friendly. Especial thanks to Ennie, the manager and the guys at the reception who supported me throughout my stay. The facilities are great, location is perfect and overall good value for money. WiFi works at any parts of the hotel. They made my stay feel like a nice holiday.

Lovely hotel. Clean. Nice breakfast. Good amenities in the bathroom. Can't eat in the room due to risk of ants. Fridge in room with water. Lovely view, no chairs on balcony though. Good Aircon. Longish walk to bus station and to town, so not ideal in location, although a very good canteen with patisserie nearby.

The hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly and I had a good time in this hotel. I recommend everybody to come in this hotel it will make you feel like home.

It was a great stay, very good stuff and location wqs near to the center of the city and not far from the airport so its very flexible. Also delicious food, ireally enjoed my stay.
