Good corporate feeling hotel used by business people. Front desk was great, best WiFi in room I’ve had while traveling. Pool isn’t inviting because it’s surroundings aren’t that nice. It’s used by swimmers training doing lengths. The gym was in total darkness out of a sci-fi film. Restaurant staff were very nice, food was typical, buffet is reliably decent. Shower in my room didn’t work but I was too tired to have housekeeping come fixing things in my bathroom. Sink had lots of hot water. Coffee shop served the worst coffee, like hot water, but to their credit replaced it kindly when I complained.

Stay was good. Staffs were polite and friendly. There were internet connectivity issues, but we stayed for a day so we managed. Did not try the food. I tried to book airport cab via hotel which seemed to be a little costly. Not sure with outside. Upgraded to premium with marginal cost. Rooms were clean and spacious.

This review about the madras restaurant in the ground floor. I went recently for a getogether. Pros: 1) Less crowded 2) vegetarian curries are good Cons: 1) the ambience was very average in such premium hotel. 2) we tried buffet. The options was very less. Literally no options for the non vegetarians. There was only one chicken gravy it was very average and one namesake biriyani which was pathetic. Definitely not worth the cost. 3) we all felt cheated Cons

Called many times to room service for a regular water bottle but no response even after 5 attempts, next called Reception, and he told me that he would inform concerned person, but no one brought the water bottle even after that. The next someone from the Room service called me to contact Housekeeping.. still, the game is on with no water for the past 2 hours … Issue happened date : 21/02/2024

1. We found the entire staff very very hospitable and sociable . They expressed great care and concern for our satisfaction. 2 The food quality as well as variety of dishes is very good. 3. Looks like 5 star hotel. The room is so huge and spacious. All the staffs are very helpful including housekeeping staffs. Had a very great experience here

Attended a function here in August. The building is old, needs renovation. Rooms are just about okay, at least looking better than the rest of the hotel. Room service is hopeless, at least from our experience. And when we asked for a few extra glasses, they actually said they had none left!

Stayed at Breeze Residency while transiting to Trivandrum via Tirichy. The major advantage is the location - it is situated very close to Central Railway Station and Central Bus Station. Stayed in Standard AC Double room and it was spacious and well maintained. WIFI connection was good and room service was also prompt. Had vegetarian buffet lunch at the Ground Floor restaurant and it came to Rs.600/- per person. Hotel has a pool which was open. Staff was courteous, but they were not able to arrange for a cab for temple visit. Early morning checkout was smooth and they were able to get an auto rickshaw for us to travel to railway station.

I think one week back, i stayed the hotel.breakfast food is very very excellent. South indian food is, very well prepared. Good food services. And the reception persons are take more care to staying guests, i appreciate the reception staffs. And one of the good services.

Though its aold hotel..room were spacious & neat and morning breakfast was also nice..swimming pool was good though its a older one properly maintained with trainer guidance...Enjoyed the stay for 2 days a week back...

Spacious rooms. Good food. Moderate spread of buffet breakfast . Very polite staff. Parking should have some roofing as trichy is hot and dusty place. Good silent location. Approximately 10 km from the Trichy International Airport. The hotel needs renovation. Prices are a bit higher comparatively.

I had stayed here some 20 years back when it was called Jenny residency way back it was flourishing, cleans rooms and good food. Now dwindling business even the reception doesn't have new furniture.

I went there to attend my friend 's daughter's engagement. Hall decoration was awesome. But service by d staff was not satisfactory.

One of the worst places to stay in 2023. No hot water, oldest looking rooms, broken plug points in all the 5 rooms we took, average beds, no toothbrush or paste. Do not book a hall here to conduct a function or something you'll be devastated. Do not eat lunch here and just go outside somewhere. They start preparing only after you order and take 2 hours to prepare. The taste was way below average and meals here was a joke with a lot of missing items.

Simply old place without any amenities. But they charge you high for rooms. Even the room door lock is still old fashioned key's with heavy key chain...

Excellent hotel with best service and royal breakfast... We had a great time there of having gym and swimming pool services. The general manager was very supportive and helpful.

Been staying here during family visits to this hotel yearly since I was a kid. So over 20 years we have solid good memories of excellent service. Dad knew the old manager mr Ganesh , who sadly was another victim of covid. But all we needed to do was call the front desk and we had the rooms booked and ready for us. Rooms are comfortable and service is prompt. The proximity to the station means easy access. Will continue to stay here as long as I come to tiruchi

Worst among all 4 hotels I stayed in last 6 days. Shower water do not flow out at all the rooms. Door lock not functioning properly and worst wi-fi coverage. Breakfast moderate but glasses are dirty. Noises from outside can be heard in the rooms. Not worth for the price being charged. Many more better hotels lower price but better facilities

Stayed in the Breeze Hotel for 3 days with family and it was a very pleasant experience 1) We stayed in the 5th floor which is fully renovated and rooms were really spacious which is difficult to get now a days because new hotel rooms is small and sometimes like pigeon hole. Being a good old hotel which has been renovated in the 5th and 4th floor with good facilities , i suggest you can go for this Hotel especially if you prefer spacious rooms. 2) The staff were very polite and i feel the credit goes to Senior Manager Mr Benjamin who was always around overlooking all the services.He was also interacting with guests to check if any additional facilities are needed almost everyday. Excellent service by staff makes our stay pleasant more than the facilities offered. 3) Nice restaurants in ground floor 4)Though hardly 3 minutes walking distance from the noisy and dusty Central bus stand , the hotel is quiet and you can enjoy a decent sleep after a day running around 5) If you out on ur own and want to come back , no problem in getting any auto/taxi anytime as the hotel is very well known 6) Hardly 3 minutes walking distance to Central bus stand and lot of restaurants especially Sangeetha Hotel which is probably the best Veg Restaurant in Trichy..We enjoyed our lunch there. 7) Room prices are very competitive compared to the nearby Hotels which provide smaller rooms for more cost 8)I Suggest that you can call and do your reservations directly than any online portals to get best rates Overall being a frequent traveller who have been travelling extensively in India and abroad on biz , i was pleasantly surprised with my stay in this property..I will be staying in this hotel in my future trips due to the above factors listed

Decent hotel located in the vicinity of bus stand and railway station. Hotel is neat and clean with co operative staff. Food is south Indian style and northern people may not find it great.

Iam a hotelier and I booked here as i got a little connect with breeze as I did my training in chennai breeze 15 years back. Iam shocked to have a bad experience during by stay. Room was clean and nice . Breakfast was just ok. Reception : A lady at a desk ,she thinks she is a boss ? Too much of attitude towards customer and not sure that she knows what is hospitality means . (May be I weared dhoti as i was straight away from the temple ?) Bell boy :We stayed just a day for a Trichy visit so we got just one small bag and I carried myself .bell boy has come all the way until our car and waiting for a tip when we leave which makes feel uncomfortable. I don’t recommend this place . Better places available.

Overall an average place to stay in the heart of the city. The party halls are good.The food is average yet there is no compromise in cleanliness.

Breeze Residency is the oldest Hotel in Trichy town. It is more than 35 years old and has enough rooms to cater for a big Wedding Group. The hotel has a swimming pool and a gym. The gym will shortly be going under renovation. The pool is a 25 m pool with 5 swim lanes. A small pool for kids is also adjacent to the main pool. The rooms are good quality with all amenities. We get 24*7 hot water in the restroom. The restaurant is a Chinese themed one and offer buffet as well as Al a cart service. The hotel serves a plethora of cuisines which are good to eat. The hotel is just 2 mins away from Trichy Bus Stand and Railway station. Even the airport is hardly 20 mins away. Centrally located the hotel is 20 mins away from the famous Trichy temples as well. If you want to stay lavishly then this is the hotel you should aim for

It's near railway station and main bus stand. Rooms are very spacious. Good and faster service. Staffs are courteous and service oriented. Food taste needs to be improved. Though their room service is good. They call us and ask for orders...whixh no other hotel does it. Very caring indeed. Wifi is very good.

I my self and my wife were there at the hotel for 4 nights, we are truly hosted in a wonderful friendly manner, and the food was Amazing. Love the Biriyani. The front office, room services, resturant , security gurds rended their service very well . Since there was a problem in wifi connection they provided us a Dongal to our room. we had to catch our fligh from Chennai , but at the time chennai was floded. All the time they checked the road ways wether we can travel Thrichy to Chennai. since the weather condition was so bad we had to extended our stay and had to flew from Trichy Airport , Mr. Murugan was kind enough to print our Air Tickets without any Hesitation . One day we went on shopping and got late to return the hotel the guy who was at front office remember his name as Mr. Hameed was worried on our late come. He said that he was praying for us. We are really happy about the services and rooms . We are looking forward to come again and there were good shopping areas and beautiful historical Temples near the hotel. Old hotel yet very comfortable stay. Rooms were spacious and the best part is the service of this hotel which was very good. The veg food was tasty and well cooked. Thanks for including ragi porridge in the breakfast buffet. Good initiative to keep our fellow people in good health. We stayed there for 4 days and we enjoyed the stay. Additional pillows were given. Services like laundry was available too. The house keeping team, the women team did a great job in cleaning the room. Right from check in to check out everything was smooth. They are renovating this hotel section by section yet the demands are always met. Car parking is convenient although it's open parking. The location of this hotel is also good. Thank you team. I so wish I had asked for the names of the 2 notable people in the reception. I think her name is Veera, special thanks to them.

We had a Birthday event here at the Grandeur hall and the entire event was amazing. Hall was lit and food was yum! Sangeetha and her team did an exceptional job from beginning to end. Customer service was highly appreciated!

The positive: Good rooms. Little old but decent. Enough parking spaces available. Nearby trichy junction, so each access. Improvement Corner: 1. More cleaning of bed linen is required. 2. Their restaurant menu and the charges are not clear. Also they took 1 hour to complete your order( Dinner). So upon finishing evey item you have to wait with wet hands . Ex: briyani without side dishes. Taste wise also pretty normal.

It is near the city centre The amenities and rooms are nice The rooms are quite spacious Only issue was that there were too many mosquitoes so do carry Odomos The room service was a bit slow The food in the restaurant was on the spicier side. The South Indian dishes are usually spicy

A best place to choose when it comes to their hall and not to forget mentioning about lodging services as well. Was there for two days last week in room 328. At first the room seemed good. But only to find out the dust and dirt in the cupboard, broken hangers in the cupboard. Water leaking in the wash basin in the bathroom. It cannot be stopped even if you bend down and turn the water supply knob clockwise. Room service throws in an attitude on the phone when I enquired on the food order placed. I felt bad to hand my clothes in the cupboard, some fell down and got dirtier because the hangers were broken. The cupboard door required a mammoth effort to be slided open in the first place.

It was a nice stay, after almost 2 years. The hospitality has not changed a bit. Neatly maintained especially the room. No compromise on COVID protocol. Food was also good. Wonderful! Keep it up

Booked a birthday party there.. food they served was very good and tasty and the hall given was clean and everything was good..

The hotel is great and location is great but they are not couple friendly. They force to book separate rooms for men and women saying colleagues can’t stay together and only relatives can stay. Which era they are living??? Worst staff at the reception and they dono to turn the customer down politely if they think only fatter and daughter can stay there… together….unfriendly reception.

First of all I would like to Thank all the employees of this Hotel. Starting with Mr. Nathan, Mr. White and his Team, for function Arrangement us so well. They had the best training in Hospitality. Secondly Safety measures were properly taken care of, which is the main thing during this time. Buffet was Very Awesome. You have so many varieties to choose. Rooms were Clean, Spacious, Comfortable with a Foot massager. Overall Experience was Best. I am glad I have chosen this. The only thing which I couldn't enjoy was the Swimming pool, as it was non-operational due to covid. Looking forward to Visit again.

Wonderful, Calm place, Neat and tidy, Men at work are all polite and calm too, except the receptionist; He is hyper active as he should be. Rooms are being cleaned daily and everything is set to proper position. Food is wonderful in relates to Quality and Quantity, Tastes perfect, fresh And quality products are been used. Hats off to the chef and cooks. The wall clock in two rooms I visited were very noisy. Haven't been to the Bar or the swimming pool yet. Wish I knew swimming... Everything is been offered at the right time. Rooms service attendent speaks English, Hindi, Tamil maybe more... Its a good thing. Overall from the Entry to Exit, people are treating you with respect and it's Worth every penny Utilised.

From the day of booking we were guided excellently by the hotel banquet service team. On the day of function the arrangements were fine. No impediments we found regarding food and other facilities. I would rate this hotel a five star . Looking forward to having all our functions here

We visited in sept 2022. They picked us for free from the railway station. There was no delay in check-in and check-out. Room was very spacious, neat and tidy. Complimentary breakfast could have been better. The staffs were very kind and courteous. Overall, worth the money.

Me & my friends who were resident guests, went to the pool around 5 PM in the evening.  One of the staff came to us & told that we will not be allowed in the pool without a Pool Cap & Nylon swim shorts. We were surprised as there was no information on dress code at all & nothing on the instruction board also. we were all in regular swim shorts. We asked them about the option to buy the caps from the front desk but they said ..nothing is available. If you insist to follow a dress code, at leat you should have commercial  sense to have it on pay. One of the staff in a weired outfit lectured us to go to temples near  Trichy.  We were all broughtup around trichy for more than two decades & this poor guy tried to divert us from pool to temple. we were very angry on that guy. we could see many kids & adults started coming in from outside for training. We realized that they have the pool for star category but trying to make money from trainings. ..As a typical warrior team..we sourced caps & got into the pool next day. After few minutes later we realized ..that guy actually tried to save us. The pool was in a pathetic condition. Not cleaned & too much chlorin content...few got severe skin allergy...etc....Will never recommand.

Great place to stay...Mr Manikandan at the restaurant is outstanding.. I have carried the bag from the car to the reception..bell boys at the entrance were chit chatting and do not volunteer to help you get the luggage inside the lobby..can improve..

Went there to check the availability but unfortunately hotel was sold out but my colleague got the booking somehow. I went to his room, room was good but bit old. Location is good, it is near to central bus stand. Food quality was good and price was surprizingly very genuine. Breakfast option is very limited to idli, dosa and puri bhaji across almost all the hotels I stayed in Trichy, infact some of them don't offer that as well.

It's a star hotel looks after the accommodation need of different types of tourists. There are two halls for the arrangement of various cultural programmes. They can take little attention to provide a tasty food. Otherwise Breeze Residency is super.

Nice hotels with indoor swimming pool and gym. Food is expensive. Service was Super. F&B Staff is operative and helping. Breakfast option is decent. It has all multi cuisine restaurant. Laundry service is fast. It was good experience.

Hotel house keeping good at ground floor, but need to improve cleaning and house keeping in all floors. Rooms still using key, to be improved with access card system for easier access to rooms

Very decent and reputed place for business meetings, decent staffs. My inputs they could have a charging station for mobile phones. Gents toilet should need more attention in terms of sanitisation.

The hotel is pretty ok. There are some stuff that could have been better like the controls on the air conditioner or the tv. Bathroom is well cleaned and spacious. There is also a swimming pool which i couldn't experience because of covid but it has till nine feet depth

Good Budget Hotel. I stayed there in Luxury Suite. Service is good. As it is an old property so some maintenance is required in bathroom fittings. Service is good. Food Quality is good. You have to park your car in open space only.

From start to end, A - Z everything was perfectly planned and done. I had my Reception function in one of their halls and I couldn't think of one thing which went wrong.The room service was also excellent. The food was great. - Thanks to the chef who came out to us asking about the food. - Huge thanks to Mr. Nathan and Mr. Sekar for making it much easier for us. You both were of great help to us. Overall, great stay, great team of people.

Good decent stay and very good breakfast (complimentary, south indian, buffet). Centralized air conditions don't have option to adjust the temperature. Have to switch off the AC.

To be frank ,it's a wonderful ambience to be there ..... nice place to conduct family functions...and very good reception from banquet managers... timely arrangements... delicious briyani with spacious dining hall.... especially the non-vegetarian quantity is equally distributed in all rounds....will be the same taste ...attended a function after 5 years ...still the same taste ....keep it up... breeze residency and banquet team

Food and Beverage Manager Mr. Nathan was very obliging. The staff at Madras restaurant were extremely efficient and friendly. Food was good. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again.

Recently on Christmas Eve we were accommodated in this heart of city hotel as part of wedding guests. Clean place...sturdy furnitures... courteous employees even at five AM...tasty food... only issue is the road traffic noise which seeps through glass panel windows. If sound proofing could be done it would be excellent
