Being first time in Tirchy, It was difficult for me to accept and match with Tamil Nadu taste, But this is the place where you can find a common and experienced taste throughout the world, KFC!!!. Even in the pandemic situation, they have dealt the customers with most accurate and precise manner so that the outlet wouldn't become a centre of spreading the disease. Each time you enter inside, the staff will check the temperature as well get to sanitized. In addition to that, they also ensure social distancing among the customers. They provide seperate counter for ordering items and taking away the food. It was on a Wednesday we got here for trying Trichy KFC and is amazing. The special offer during Wednesdays worth trying once and is enough for two people. Around ₹550 is the cost for the combo offer in Wednesday. And the service is also good. Once you get here in Trichy and it's better to have a dish from here if you are not much interested in Tami Nadu spicy foods.

It's nice place for chill with friends, very good look ambience,Very good food , I ordered veg zincket burger, chicken zincket burger, fried chicken , french fries, chicken popcorns... All the foods are delicious but slightly some minor issues but not serious... It's ok. Fried chicken was so nice I ordered 5 dishes,but out of two chicken dishes was so delicious

Great burgers and sides. They could do something about the weird smell that had us move from the corner seating next to the service counter to and seating near the entrance. Also flies are an issue and service is super slow.

The food was perfect. The best thing that i ate is smoky legs, if you are looking for something to eat then you should order. The soft drinks can be expensive but the orders are quick.

They are not properly responding to this advertisement. I ordered under this order but they delayed my order and they did not provide me with these advertisement policy terms. This giant brand has now started to cheat their customers.. (i explained this to the branch manager but he is simply not properly responding to the issue.

Worst customer service and order management. Most people do not know to use self ordering system, I had to literally help people out then asked the restaurant staff to assist people . Order management screen does not show the current order . It’s the worst management KFC I had ever seen.

Same old taste of zinger burger However very disappointed when they used sprite/7up in Mojito instead of soda. It was nothing but couple of lemon pieces floating in the sprite/7up. Ambience was ok.

KFC had renewed it's ambience. It's quite good. Food is as usual, fine. Staffs are very humble and respectful. Washroom outer door need to fixed then it's perfect.

The chicken was properly cooked and tasted really good. After a long time I felt the zinger burger also tasted good. The staff are very good and polite. The store also looks like it is newly renovated. Overall good experience 👍

I enjoyed every last minute in kfc.I can see that there have been a lot of changes since I visited lastly.There is also a new menu which pulls me to buy more to taste them all. There is an online machine for purchasing meals online and dining offline and also a counter for offline purchasing. I would prefer this place an extraordinary spot to bring children and friends. I ordered for rs 3000 for 4 members and I enjoyed every last bite.If you visit this place make sure to try the new burger called burger zinger pro....

I’ve had food in so many places like kfc, Dominos and mcd. Once I've spilled coke in mcd by mistake they immediately gave me a new one it was really nice of them. But here they made a scene coke doesn’t count for any number in bill it’s just a mix of soda with powder if they want they could’ve given us but they didn’t that too they said you have to pay again and it was spilled by my sisters kid only

The quality of the food was poor. We ordered fried chicken pieces and burgers. Those dishes weren't cooked properly. The feedback receiver tried to convince us but not to solve that issue. They didn't give any promises that these kinds of issues will not be repeated.

I’m not a person who post reviews here. I’m a big fan of KFC fried chicken but the experience me and my family had was the worst of all KFC’s I’ve been. The staff are not enforcing the rules to the customers. The worst is customers crowding near the counter and standing shoulder to shoulder when another person is ordering. A gentlemen was standing next to me rubbing my shoulders and when I asked the counter person to ask him to move back in line and wait for his turn he did nothing I had to leave in the middle of my order to get away from him and the counter person started taking his order without even bothering. when I complained to the floor in-charge person he did nothing too. And there was no apology from the staff. People leaving their trays behind and nobody is clearing those trays this is a fast food self serve outlet the staff don’t have to clear the trays if the management enforces the rules. The food was dry and mediocre despite being there during lunch time. I’ve always had small issues every time I visited this location but this will be the last. I don’t think the owner will have the guts to say something meaningful about this other than saying sorry and to post the same on their website. Good customers won’t create a scene but they won’t bother coming back. Customers always have options.

Sorry to saying this, I had very bad experience with trichy containment branch..last month January 2023... I went they said cold drink mechine not working so no cold drink...I wondered is this KFC..? Again I went today 4.2.23... No 1 first very long queue for ordering....it took 20 mits for ordering food itself...then I tried to get the seat all almost empty but not cleaned...the try which last customer used still was there...after we sit some one came to clean... No 2. While ordering food on Saturday day at 7pm they said no burger 🍔 Only mini burger. How come ? Its KFC ....Hope the owner will solve this..... I thought to post photo. Then hesitate.... my intention is not to blame KFC .. imagine I took 30 mites to write this that much I was frustrated.. Thanks ..

Food is like every other KFC restaurant.....finger licking good 👍😂. Rest two things I did not like here. First, the sitting arrangement is not that spacious and not that comfortable. Secondly, the washrooms are small.

Food as usual was delicious. Staff were polite and helping. The washroom requires some maintenance as some taps are not working. Else had a very good experience

Good service and atmosphere but there was no veg food. Even no fries. I am from Maharashtra so the taste was different l don't know why. There was multiple black spots on the chicken inside which I found a bit strange. This is far from being authentic KFC taste. Never going again. Also car parking is horrible.

The atmosphere was perfect and pleasant. Service is totally unimaginable,they treat every service as their families. They kept clean and neat. The combos were as good as we thought. I personally prefer combos because in others they simply said combo but they give something but here we trust combos. We totally enjoyed all the orders.

Ambiance was good with pleasant music in background, Taste of food over here are good and Zinger is one of the best and also try large chicken pop corns. Taste of the briyani is not soo good . Good parking facilities. The place was well clean . Food will be ready and we may get by average of three to five minutes itself . This is one of the best and absolutely no longer waiting time on all branches of KFC.

Very careless packaging and doesn't care about the customer. Bought food for Rs.1800 and Rs.800 food item were missing. They are not giving the bill also and its very hard for tracking. Toll free Customer care support is very worst and not responding properly. So please check the takeout items before leave the shop. KFC taste is as usual nice. That's why I am giving rate 2, otherwise I don't want to give any rating.

Quick service provided, and also polite response were given by employee's to customer's who were shouting while we visited. Can depute one person at entrance to arrange parking for bike and cars.

KFC never disappoints me with the hot wings and mojito crusher. But still they needs someone improvement in the burger.

Everytime when I visit KFC they surprise me. But on OCT 3rd when I visited, I got totally disappointed by the Handwash. Since the water didn't come, they kept a vessel and paper cup for hand wash. I think that I could be done better

Nice place to hangout with friends and have snacks. Asusual the menu n quality of KFC is good. The way in people ask the order or waiting patiently for you to decide is a nice gesture. Ample space for parking and seating too.

One of the best KFC's I happened to visit recently the staffs are welcoming and swift in taking our orders. The fried chicken and popcorn were crispy ,delicious and having a Pepsi along with that makes the meal completely satisfying. The floors and tables are sanitized at regular intervals and the staffs strictly adhere to safety protocols.

Ambiance is good, food is regular just like another KFC. But KFC should consider giving water to customer. That's the only reason why I wanted to give only three star. They should understand that serving water is a part of Indian culture. A business is for a customer. A business must bend for a customer.

People who come over there No one is wearing mask.. Kfc staff s also not advising them to wear mask 😷.

Finger lickin chicken as the tagline says: located near trichy railway station with a walkable distance. You can enjoy a good chicken party with a very fast order delivery. Overall ambience is average . Seating capacity is a bit low as the outlet can be occupied by 8-9 families with a size of 4 members max. Cleanliness should be improved

Spacious unlike most outlets in the city. And has almost all items on the menu available all the time. We had a wonderful time there.! The restroom could have been a little bit bigger considering the number of customers they can hold.

Classic Zinger burger was hot and tasty. Fries one order was cold and no salt and order later was hot and lot salty. Drinks (7up) was worst, completed waste of money. Cost/person increased to Rs.600+ for satisfactory meal.

Excellent service. Swift even during peak hours. Taste feels better than some outlets in Chennai. Ambience is spacious and neat. Car parking may not be possible just outside the shop. But can park in the next adjacent road.

Service is not that great compared to other outlets. Cold beverages are neither cold nor carbonated.. The best part is manager Naveen not ready to accept the fact that the cold drink is not good...

KFC Restaurants are dirty, tables full of plates, flies and humid temperature. Experience across three cities can't be wrong. Really sad. How do McDonald's and Burger King do a better job? Even Domino's in some cases? Team Devyani International, it's time to take note and shape up.
