Had a great time after long.... Simple and subtle place for hangouts..... menus are as in Usual subway restaurants..... Not so busy both in weekdays and weekends... A quiet reachable location in thillai nagar 11th cross.. veggies and sauces were so fresh...

Worth trying Subs for a change when you get bored with Domino's & KFCs. It was my first time visiting Subway and the staff were good and clarified our doubts clearly, proactively asked our preparation choices. We tried the Veg (Aloo Patty Sub) & Non Veg combo (Chicken Slices Sub) (both 15 cms) that came with a cookie/chips & drinks per each combo. Only con was even after cooking/baking the sub, the fillings inside - the veggies such as jalapeño, tomato, etc., were cold. Though it didn't affect the taste of the sub, it felt funny to eat as the fillings were cold and the bread was mildly hot. The cookie was not crispy enough, dunno whether maybe because of the room temperature or that's how it was supposed to be served 🤷‍♂️ After finishing my sub, I was still hungry, so I tried what they called a 'Toastie'. Forgot to take a pic but it was good. It's just a single loaf of bread (~7.5 cm) with cheese, onion & capsicum toppings baked well and this time nothing was cold & everything was hot enough which enhanced the eating experience. The cheese was also good and didn't give me any nauseating or cloying sensation (which some people get when they eat too much sweet or any milk based products, simply put திகட்டல் in Tamil) Overall, the experience was good, will definitely visit again and try other varieties later.

Good variety of subs. Bit costly. Good ambience and tastes yummy. You can choose the items inside the sub. Don't add jalapenos it spoils the spicy taste. No parking area for cars. Try the combo and cookies.

Everything you order can be customised. Right from the bread to all the fillings and sauce. The place is good for hanging out with friends, spacious and nice ambience. Personally I expect more meat in the sub, u can get extra meat with additional charges. Taste of the food was good, no compliants there. It would be nice if they provided nachos with cheese dip instead of giving out packet nachos without dip. Customer service was real nice and polite. They asked us what we want added to the sub in every step of preparation. If you prefer a bite to have more .eat than veggies, you can choose less veggies, can avoid tomato and cucumber since they r big in size and you will have them in every bite.

Don't be confused by higher ratings . People who doesn't know about Sandwich only could give more stars . Try any McDonald's or Burger King at first, compare their products and price, then you could give stars . People who eat first time in their life could appreciate this kind of outlets. Complete confusions , tastes ok when you feel hungry more . Tables are clean and service is good , menu is rubbish, products are good for nothing. Better eat locally made bun with hot coffee is to save your hard earned money. People of Trichy needs to taste food of other cites .

We came to know ꪻhis place by social media platforms. Most of the people said that this is very healthy, very tasty, bhla bhla bhla... But it's the worst food we had eaten. The bread is very hard(we can't even bite it) nxt the cookies most of the people said their chocolate cookies is awesome that's why we order this but it's not even crunchy When we bit it we can't even feel we are eating a cookie🤢 Don't know about other subway stores, but this is very worst.

Once I was a big fan of this restaurant. When this restaurant came to trichy, I had visited multiple times. Post covid, I never got an opportunity to visit this place. Yesterday somehow I got chance. the restaurant was empty and only 2 staffs were there. When i wanted sub of the day, they said customization is not available. I said ok. Without even asking me which bread I would prefer, They started preparing the sub. When they served me, it tasted worst. I felt like they have started using pickle instead of sauce. Later I observed restaurant cleanliness. 1 star out of 5 for their cleanliness. Now I can understand why this restaurant has lost all charm and empty always. When i told this to my cousin, she also narrated similar experience in the same restaurant 2 weeks ago. As of now, I do not recommend anyone to visit this franchisee.

I ve been eating in subway in many places. The uniqueness of subway is from their sauce. Here it was too watery . Initially i was ok as i taught it was because i had double meat. But today as well it was so dilute for normal sub too. It would be appreciated if the management brings into notice.

The first thing is Sub of the day is not available here!! Which very suprised to see. The food service is good. Ambience is not very good, since when we went they where peeling onions, which made us uncomfortable. Other than that everything is good and while adding veggies you can ask them to add more if required. Bike parking available, Car you can park around. We had Tuna sub, Chicken Slice, Chicken Tandoori, Double chocolate cookies and nachos.

Good and nice typical subway ambience which is maintained all across the franchise. But I was surprised that they stopped the sub of the day in both veg and non veg here coz of price hike. Hope they bring it back soon!

Subwiches are my favorite. But it is really bad for me to say that the people working here seems to have little experience that the subwiches are not stuffed properly and evenly. They also fail to heat the bread before adding the fillings. Try to improve and save the name of Subway. This is the Subway on 11th Cross Thillai Nagar, Trichy.

The staffs are good and polite with people. The ambience is great. The location of the outlet is typically a good spot to hangout with friends for a sub. Ofcourse, the subs & cookies are great in taste.

My favourite!!!! They really strive to make your sandwich the way YOU like it. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great work guys!!!

Employees should be appreciated for having patients in educating people who are new to this patent of ordering and one the best subway i had gone through

First thing is the staff here does not know how to prepare the SUBwich, and does not know how much quantity of fillings to be put inside. The Chicken tikka sandwich i had too much of Achari sauce and the portion of chicken is less. I cannot feel the taste of Olives or Cucumber because of the sause. Same above goes for my wife's paneer tikka sandwich. When i asked for any drink, they said no drink is cold and they can give only raw mango juice. The shop will be mostly free, so its good to bring your kids here. The owner must take the staff to other Subway outlet and buy them something to eat. The good ratings provided are from people who must be new to Subway or first time reviewer, you can see their review count.

Very bad quality food they were huge rate and the food was poor quality I buy corn and panneer and pastro I will take out the food come home and eat the breads or poor quality price was 526 I will not eat the food so pls don't go this shop I would call the staff tell the mistake they will not take any action

I have been in subway for many decades in Chennai but first time , I tried in trichy.. it is very bad experience. They don’t have knowledge n making of subway .They need more experience… I feel they are spoiling the subway name. Please Try to improve.

Enjoyed the evening here. Good ambience and place was neat. Taste as usual it was great, I tried multi grains bread with chicken tandoori and sweet tasted ketchups.

Subs could be improved, the taste is not as expected as I have already tasted suba in Chennai.

The bread I ordered is garlic but I got multi grain. And the filings I specified weren't sufficient. Too little. A perfect sub should be sumptuous with a load of fillings. I am a regular here and the subs are awesome especially the signature club. Subway salads are a good choice for the very healthy consious. For newbies, staff explain the options to you in detail to get the best customized one for you. To add to the personal touch, owner is always at the store to enhance your expeience. Recently our whole family dined in for my son's birthday lunch and everyone loved the food irrespective of the age. The only dampener for my son was that he expected a cozy and quiet place. There was a tall person attending constant office meetings I guess in a show off loud voice, which my son was upset with and said could have gone to a place quiet. I am sure that person is not a customer since I see him regularly but only relaized this after my son said to me. My reduced star for this but for food, ambience, staff it is five star. If you are looking for a quiet place, look for another place. If you are only concerned about the food, this is a lovely healthy place.

food items are fresh but i suggest you to not waste the precious time visiting this worst place... nothing is here except tasteless burgers

As usual, this Subway also have all range of Subs, salads, cookies. All the types of breads were available at that time when i have been there. But there was no SUB OF THE DAY. This shop located at thillai nagar 11th cross road

Peaceful ambience and good sub after a long time. But disappointed with bread availability, they have only oat, wheat honey oat bread.

Well placed nice restaurant and lodging .reasonably priced. Ample parking Facility. Near bus stand railway station and 40 more years old. Nice ambiance.
