The first thing you’ll notice that it’s very clean. The staffs and nurses are polite. I met Dr. Aravind for my shoulder injury. He was very positive and it was easy to communicate with him. The staffs at their pharmacy are kinda slow but overall experience was good. Compared to other hospitals, they’re not very expensive.A nice and warm experience. Must compliment the entire team who are working with utmost care and courtesy to ensure that the patient is comfortable and cared for.. Not recommended hospital for serious patients as they do not respond the health complaints properly to patient attenders. Also, not evaluating the actual conditions clearly. I felt bad experience. So if your lovable is very serious, just think, do certain R&D and then admin here else you will see negative results only.

Great hospital! My dad had an emergency situation at 3 am and the admission and immediate care were good. Straightforward process. Dr. Srihari sat me down and explained well about the issue and the recommendation. Dad had to go through a surgery and stay in the hospital for a week. The whole process was transparent. Doctor and the hospital staff were amicable, always answering any queries without hesitation. Clean amenities, housekeeping was great! I would recommend this hospital to anyone who is looking for a reliable medical care.

Dr G Venkataraman sir is a patient friendly doctor humble and down to earth person. He listens and responds to our questions and clear all our doubts. He has a strong expertise in diagnosing and treating accordingly. Kalai sister is also very kind and manages the patients to consult doctor efficiently.

I had back pain after treatment betternow. All staffs give more care and good care from aii female general ward staffs especially Princy sister give good psychology support for me . I feel mother care from this hospital.

I went as an Out Patient last week. Nice courtesy from the gate keeper till doctor. They are following the government COVID norms In a very good manner. Really astonished with the behavior of the hospital staff. Hats off. They manage 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking for the customers even in the crowded area. They have plenty of staff members to serve the need of the visitors. They accept government insurances as well as many private insurances are also accepted here.

It feel like staying at home not an hospital. Only disadvantage is less number of wardboys. Service and facilities are good but there is no transparency in billing if we go through insurance (BHEL). They are not giving statements regarding total bill value. Just asking some amount to pay and get discharged. If we ask for a statement they say as they won't give and won't reveal the value. It looks fishy Very bad in this aspect.

Need waiting hall for inpatient attender. It is very difficult to stay in the urology general ward. The hospital authorities should consider the request and take necessary action at the earliest.

Hi, Doctor recommended for blood tests which was given on lab on same day (21 Jun 2023). Still, the reports are not shared with the recommended doctor. When enquired, they asked to share this blood test reports with doctor in next appointment which is fixed on 2nd week of Jul 2023. This is really pathetic. Kindly do the needful to share the blood test results with Patient & Doctor on time through online. As well, kindly train staffs & nurses to work with patients and caretakers nicely. Been in treatment with Doctor Rm Subbiah sir since July 4th, 2022. He has been exceptional and well at handling patients. Always cool. Nurses supported well. Bhuvaneswari nurse and All staff nurses supported well. Take care was excellent.

My husband Mr.Roy Alexius met with an accident on 14/10/2021 and was admitted in 3rd floor icu for 8 days and in MICU in 6th floor for 6days and got discharged on 28/10/2021. Starting with casualty care ,everything was highly professional. Dr.Srihari,Dr Ramasubramanian pulmonologist,Dr Ivan Jones,Dr. Geetha ,All intensivists did justice to their profession. Clear explanation and consent was obtained at all times . All staff nurses especially Sangeetha and Belciya need to be appreciated. NS Mahalakshmi guided them. All security personnel and ward boy Mr. Karthik did good job. Lift operator Geetha was very approachable.All students and faculty of kmc college of nursing did their duties well. My husband with severe head injury with GCS 5 underwent intensive treatment and was discharged in a good condition with regular follow up.Thanks and hats off to the kmc team of tennur,trichy

Hi, We had a terrible experience yesterday 1-Nov-21 at Tennur. We went for a master check-up for both of my parents. - Master check-up for diabetic patient doesn't have HBA1c included and we had to pay extra for the same. - Scan was done for both parents by nurse or the staff assistant there. It was not done by Doctor shockingly. My mother had recently underwent Abdomen scan 2 months ago and there was no Uterine fibroid in report but it was reported as she had fibroid in yesterday's scan. To me, i can't rely on this as it was done by staff assistant and not by Doctor. - ECG was completed in very short time and same was the case for ECHO test as well. - PAP SEMAR was just for name sake as it was done within few seconds for my mom. Also, the crowd was more for the master check-up and there was no proper cut off on no.of people as they kept on adding more people which delays tests everywhere. Due to this, general consultation offered had to wait along with report for long time. Overall experience is pathetic in this hospital. My recommendation is not to visit this branch for any master check-up.

Treatment and doctors are good. Stuff nurses are caring patients very well. Food is worst can't able to have. Rice are very hard to have. Mainly wheat dosa is very bad it's dry and thick can't able to eat patients. As young person can't eat na think about the old peoples they never chew the food. I used to eat my home food.

I visited Dr.Dominic for vertigo problem for almost 3 months. He assessed me well and identify it's due to Stress not any other neurological problem.. Before I met him I visited 9 Doctors, but there is no cure. He guided me to visit physicarist Dr.A.Geetha. I visited Dr.A.Geetha and she identified my post-natal stress due to low serotonin. Doctor approached very kindly and counseled through proper listening on me thoroughly. I got the treatment and feeling very good now. I really thanks Dr.Dominic and Dr.A.Geetha for their magical treatment to get rid my vertigo.

Every time I book an appointment and get confirmation but then I reach hospital in bad condition because I was the patient the doctor come after 2 - 3 hr. Such a professional professional hospital when you ask about the problem staff will make zillion excuses.EVEN IF PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA GIVES APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE HE WILL MEET ON TIME BUT NOT THESE FRAUD PEOPLE. Dr Ramyaprasad and Dr yogalakshmi are two doctors for whom I had appointment they did not come till 2 hr and after I reach home without taking treatment in FRUSTRATIONS. after that hospital staff called me to meet a doctor as if patient health risk is some joke. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY FEEDBACK OPTIONS WERE PEOPLE CAN WRITE PROBLEMS. THEY JUST WANT TO FOOL PEOPLE AND LOOT THIER MONEY.

Doctors were amazing at diagnosing the health problems we go with and in providing relevant treatments. Since its a multi specialty hospital, each doctor referred to other relevant doctor/doctors for deep dive diagnosis and treatment, only if required. Each doctor asked to take only relevant tests instead of making us feel “why are we taking irrelevant tests”. Nursing care was amazing, timely and very disciplined, which lead to my quick recovery from my sickness. Their dedication to providing care to me was phenomenal. Discharge procedures were easy, understandable and quick. Housekeeping was done at regular intervals and did a great job at keeping the ambiance very clean. In summary, I had a very satisfying & way above and beyond experience during my health recovery at Kauvery.
