Doctors are excellent here, But the staff and the way they treat their customer is truly unprofessional and rude. They treat the patients as if they are at the mercy of the staff. Most of the patients are here not because of the staff but because of the Doctor, but it is these staff who make us think when could we get out of that place.

Good eye hospital, my visit went off smoothly without any problem or delay , they organised the eye check up procedure which has been done in three different stages.

Very professional setup. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. I took my mother for her cataract surgery. It was done for both eyes. They guide you very well. Highly recommended for any eye related issues.

5⭐ Few days before I visited the hospital for my eye checkup (reading trouble)....Hospital is very clean and ambiance is good. Covid 19 guidelines are followed strictly. They give their own mask and seal with tape as precaution plus all other the service and care (registration/clinical test) are on par with high end hospital with fully digitalized (no need of carrying reports/file as all are linked with doctors system) Once all preliminary test done then met Dr. Supraja and she suggested the course of action with her vast expertise and I was satisfied and agreed for the yearly follow-up. Great Kudos to Dr. SUPRAJA and Jeyapaul who assisted my visit and the entire reception/clinical team for their efficiency.

Visited this hospital for my father's retinal surgery. It is indeed wonderful that such technically high end services high end are available at such a nominal charges in a city like Trichy. We were very much pleased with their rank approach and transparent nature. Would strongly recommend this hospital to everyone

Not much pleased with their service. When asked about the feedback form or the drs email they did not respond properly. If someone contacts from the hospital side I am ready to express my grievances personally with them.

Very worst. They don't pick up calls for appointment. No proper answer. Worst behavior of staff.. There are plenty of good Drs and eye hospitals in Trichy and this is certainly NOT one of it.

Doctor are well trained and good care taken. But those nurses who work there are not behaved like they are trained personnel’s especially those nurses sitting in the optical.

Very good care for your eyes. Clean and tidy environs. However, one observation which the Management may have missed. All patients/visitors leave their footwear outside. Hence, it contributes to the cleanliness & hygiene. But, I noticed that all employees come from outside and continue with their footwear inside the premises.

While undergoing treatment at Athreya Retinal Centre Trichy, I was impressed with the professional excellence of the doctors ;guiding of patients by the staff with meticulous and clear instructions to the patients on par with practices available in advanced countries like USA. In short a very very pleasant experience

My mom was admitted for a procedure in Athreya Retinal centre. We had a very amazing experience . Seamless process at all touch points. Fabulous performance of all the staff at each & every process. To mention a few Ms.Revathy, Ms.Sathya, Ms.Geethapriya , theatre staff & the staff who assisted my mom while shifting, hatsoff to them. Before anyone could ask for any doubt or clarifications, the answer is well explained by the staff of Athreya. We believe that it's all the effort & dedication by Dr.Sriram . Worst experience for my sister. They make u wait for 6hrs, also there is no on-time appointments. Staffs are unpolite and rude. Doctors are good but hospital management system is poor.
