She
is
a
Great
teacher,
keeps
her
calmness
and
maintains
her
patience
with
every
student.
As
a
student,
I
thoroughly
enjoy
my
yoga
classes.
Also,
she
makes
an
effort
to
directly
guide
everyone
individually
daily
in
the
class.
After
a
tired
workout,
mostly
she
tries
to
provide
some
healthy
snacks
to
us,
which
is
very
refreshing
and
adds
comfort
and
energy
to
attend
classes
regularly.
On
every
Friday,
Alternate
Exercises
(like
Zumba
Dance,
different
stretching
exercise)
is
also
taught
which
keeps
our
mind
in
calm
and
peace.
Thanks
a
lot
madam.
Personally
I
feel
lot
happier
and
healthier
than
ever
before.
