Good development for Trichy.The place was super cool and railway station was very cleanly maintained. We have a super cool AC waiting room with just 20rs per 2 hours. Many trains pass through the station in a day. The station is very well maintained. It is very much inside the city nearby Trichy bus stand.Well-mannered railway staff.

Trichy Railway Junction is well maintained with all the facilities provided for the passengers. This station is clean and neat.

Very very nice and fascinating Railway station. Corridor's are clean but railway tracks should be focused because there are many plastic and waste on the tracks. I can say that waiting area is also maintained very good and also condition of toilets are extremely satisfying.

It has been made people friendly and very convenient, but it should be made disabled friendly too. If that done it would be a trend setter. One more suggestion is that more passenger trains must be introduced.

As one of our friend commented it is. Geographically located. In the centre of Tamil nadu, so it has got connectivity to all major cities, via Train, Bus & Airplanes... Amenities are good but what made me dumb struck is the display table of trains alongside platform and arrivals/departure timings which is is missing .. scope to improve . Bet hotels and eateries available, AC waiting halls both govt and private are available .cloak rooms and good toilets available which are cleaned frequently. Overall a better connected well equipped, railway station

Well spaced and clean. The foot over bridge and the escalator are not much easily accessible. No escalator/elevator facilities available. No proper lights in the platform and the PA system is not that much audible. Limited shops inside the station. The entrance is not much spacious. No proper checking system in the station.

This railway station is situated right at the centre of city and have spacious car parking.This is also near to the central bus station.They have multiple platforms and have trains to across major stops in India.The main drawback is the lack of working escalator

The large no of trains passing through this station daily for other states and there lot of improvement for passanger facilities ,clean and neat platform, Additional entry for the passanger to reach the station quick and easy ,the escalators and lifts also installed for all platforms and we can reach the station by any transport vehicles,now the second entry is constructed new and large

Station wise its neat and clean.We actually went to board the tejas express at 5.00 pm in platform 3 but we didn't have any information regarding the coach position in the platform or at the entrance and my suggestion would be put up coach position board especially for tejas express as there are more people boarding the train at trichy junction

Been here a lot of times. The best commute you will ever find. The authorities are well trained and passenger oriented. The helplines and all other grievances are addressed on call. Cheap and best choice of transportation.

Neat and clean, help desk is available in multiple places of railway station. Cloak room available immediate outside of railway station. Earlier ticket counter functioned inside railway station and now moved outside to reduce the crowd.

Maintenance is good at Tiruchirapalli railway station. They have escalator, lift and steps for almost all the stations. One more good thing is A2B restaurant at the entrance hygienic good you will get it here.

Very clean station.Staffs are very helpful. Waiting rooms are neat and clean. Feeding room is also available. Retiring rooms are very comfortable and supply basic kits like toothpaste,brush, bathing soap,comb,oil pouch, shampoo free. Lift, accelerators are also available. Two reservation counter.

The security guards are so good in behavior and helpful. Also station security system was too good. Under the railway station maintain all covid protection. Platform was clean and waiting rooms are also nice.

The AC waiting room was perfectly maintained the bathrooms were super clean. We also have clear signboards through out the station.

It's the most cleanest railway station I have ever seen in all over Tamil Nadu. The subways are also neatly maintained with proper sanitation. You can easily get into auto, cabs as well as bus once you come out of the junction itself.

Please give importance to maintain cleanliness on the platform floor and also try to avoid allowing dogs roaming on the platform. We suggest the railway department to make necessary arrangements to sell small size ss tumblers in the shops provided on the platforms for the use of passengers to avoid accumulation of used tea cups debris.

Best facilities, a good vegitarian restaurant is there and a hygienic rest room with refresh facilities.

When it rains it gets stinky, awesome Connectivity to all routes.

Well maintained station in Southern Region. But they didn't open Avain Milkbooth Counter which get closed during Covid Lockdown. This Milkbooth lifeline for mother's passenger carring infant to depend on this counter for milk. Quality of Milk is very good to taste it. Let relevant authorities has to take steps to bring back counter alive.

After Salem I like this station. Need to focus on cleanliness in first class waiting halls. Porters and beggars were using the dormitory facilities. Senseless.

Good development seen in the infrastructure of the railway station. The rest rooms here are well maintained and clean. There's are beautiful rooms available from IRCTC , a must try for people who layover. And most importantly good food is available here 24/7. But one acknowledgement, there are no amenities except an escalator to other platforms.

This station was beautiful now, compared to last visit a year ago renovation works completed, and user food paths, parking and dedicated ticket and reservation counters established and food and food coat is great, I am sure any one can buy quality food in entrance of this station.

Very well maintained. Ample parking space at the front of the railway station. The flag post at the entrance creates a sense of patriotism in every individual. The good thing is, there is a separate pathway for the pedestrians. There is no water logging when it rains as it happens in the other places of the city.

One of the cleanest railway stations I have ever seen. They have nice AC retiring rooms on the first floor. The charges are pretty affordable and its pretty convenient, given that one can avail good food from IRCTC canteen (downstairs) and other shops near Bus stand. Poorviga Mayil Mark sweet shop and Vincent Pastry shop are a MUST TRY. One may plan visit to nearby temples as well.
