The country chicken (Naatu Koli isukka ) BEFORE: was tasty and had enough quantity. NOW UPDATED : Had it twice after that. Both the times it wasn't fresh . The 4 varieties of Thokku they served for the non veg meals was not that satisfactory. Servers : Definitely needs training on hospitality. Not bad though .

Recently I visited this restaurant with my family for dinner . Ordered some chicken Dishes with Naan and Fried rice. Al Faham Chicken is so hard and struggle to bite and eat it. Seems they have given old chicken. Other dishes are good enough to have it . Good ambience and spacious seatings for family and friends gatherings. Parking 🅿️ Lott is good enough.

They have a pan needs outlet nearby. It's near the chennai madurai highway. Serves meals on a plantain leaf. They have washrooms for both men and women and is hygiene.

Cleaning maid and server were arguing in front of customers..To the owner..you should have started this place with huge expectations..If you don't step in it will be a huge loss for u.Take immediate action.had to give five star else wouldn't show in review 🤦

Clean| Good food It was our first time to this place and we were quite satisfied. This place has a good non veg Tamil cuisine- Average spread Taste wise food was quite good, flavourful Ambience- average family restaurant ( a little crowded today , so it was messy and noisy ) Service- staff were okk, not too pleasant , but not rude. Overall -Would recommend this place to people visiting Trichy having a liking towards Tamil cuisine.

We order mutton chopes, butter nan, chicken balls fry and veg clear soup. Chicken balls fry is best one..mutton chopes thick greavy with lots of spices blend...mutton need cook more to make it more soft... Overall good experience...overall cost around 650

Good food ,a nice place to have non vegetarian food and veg meals also, huge parking place, the restaurant is big, a nice place to take a break if you are in and around Trichy , not to forget the pan shop and the chocolate shop in the entrance, you have to taste the pan there, it is awesome 👍🏽

The food was really good. Non veg meals was yummy with all the thokkus they served us. The pallipaalayam mutton and the naatu kozhi chukka were very homely tasting. And top of it, the person who served us was very professional and sincere and pleasant. Don't know his name. But his every action and words were knowledgeable and perfect in every way. Sometimes more than the food itself, the service is very important.

Horrible service, below average food, cleanliness is also poor. The table was dirty and not cleaned (for 5+ minutes) until I had to ask the waiter to assign someone to clean it. The boy who came to clean it did not actively attempt to clean it and merely tried to make it appear as if he had made an effort. The chicken lollipop ordered was borderline burnt, lacking any flavor and was below average at best. The service was poor, below average again. The waiter had to be asked for the simplest of things - no water was served upon arrival, a single menu was provided for a group of 3, etc. The restaurant has numerous houseflies roaming about and interrupting the dining experience. You asked for a detailed review highlighting the issues that I faced - here you go. Hope my feedback was useful to you and anyone else who might want to visit your establishment.

Never go to this restaurant! We were starving and went to this pathetic place for dinner and had a disgusting experience. There were some imbecile staff who made the worst experience. We have been told that only few items available and that too expensive (looks like it is an artificial demand/shortage, so that people order expensive food without any choice). If in case the ordered item is less even within the given choice, they did comment behind you. Dreadful experience! I won't go to this ever again and won't recommend it to anyone. Better have food peacefully at good place. Food quality - Zero Taste - Zero Staff behavior - Zero to minus ten

Mutton Biryani was average, Fish was good, Prawn Masala was good, Chicken Tikka Masala was bad, Chicken 65 was average, Naatu Koli Rasam Soup was excellent. Overall average food, this resturant has a very high rating for what they offer. Service was very good though.

Food taste is above average. Service is excellent and I appreciate the staffs. Orders are taking decent amount of time for the preparation. Environment is maintained hygienically. Enough space for car parking. Single toilet is available, so we have to wait for others to come out and it is not maintained well. It's definitely a kids friendly hotel as they have multiple options like starters, ice creams, milk shake, falooda, fresh juices. For travelling on the bypass this is an ideal restaurant.

Had non veg meals for lunch..they provide min. three varieties of non veg thokku, very good in taste, along with the regular chicken/mutton/fish kolumbu options. Above all its unlimited, at an affordable price too. Chicken 65 we ordered was so good as well..overall enjoyed the food!

Guys there is nothing Tasty. It's just ordinary Non veg meals. Non veg meals 140 rs. Prawan, fish, dry fish thokku, mutton and chicken gravy provided. All very spicy .. mutton gravy waste don't try any gravy here for meals. Try fired items kola.. Cost is little higher. Okay if you are going for taste it won't be happier only costly. If u think want to eat somewhere one bypass it is located. Madurai to trichy to chennai bypass located. Just give a try once if u thinking cost wise don't go here. No omlet just prawn omlet there. All are spicy. Car parking tere try coffee tea any time.

Good ambience and good food. Different types of thokku was very tasty than normal kulambu. For non veg meals instead of veg side dishes (this got wasted as I didn't taste it) should provide non veg items like chicken, mutton or fish fry would be greater combo to have.

Visited this restaurant after seeing YouTube reviews. This restaurant doesn't disappoint us, food was good. They offer 3 to 4 thokkus - prawn thokku, chicken thokku, dry fish thokku - it's nice. Mutton Nalli side dish was good. If you are in trichy, this is one restaurant you can try. Parking facility available. Little wait time during peak lunch time

Ordered Mutton biryani for my son's birthday party. Exceeded our expectations. Flavourful and yet not very spicy. Unique and cannot be compared to any other biryani serving restaurants.
