Worst experience. No one to take order, they are all busy chatting within themselves. After we order they bring what they have and say this is what you ordered. They call business class, but the quality of the food is under mark. Even the road side hotels provide better food. They charge higher cost for unfit food. We order something, they bring something else, in the bill they have something. When asked, they apologize and ask us to pay some cost what comes to their mind. This is second time I am facing this.

Worst Service. They served what ever we did not order. The funny part is we were six people only in the AC hall. God only knows what will happen if there is too much crowd. Rooms were good. What is the use with out a good service

We went for a breakfast. First of all we are not able to find the serving person or staffs. And i ask 1 person to talk order he suddenly told I need to check in the kitchen for available item (not in normal voice). I don't know what is manger and owners doing. The ambience was good but the service is very bad.

I took non-veg meal on today, very very poor menu, no good pieces in non veg items. And toooooo much poooor services. I never seen this type of poor service in my experience, I am also hotelier. I think all are new staff no experience to handle crowed and single customer. This location is very much prime location. But management take a (eat a food) survey all non veg and veg restaurent. I think accommodations also same may be..... Kindly improve restaurant quality. Thanks to your worst food.

Such worst hotel experience I ever had, staffs are behaving like very local. This hotel is not comfortable for family. I won't recommend this to my friends and family.

Had an opportunity to stay in this hotel for three days.First i was reluctant to stay after seeing many negative reviews. But my whole thought changed after staying for three days. Room was very clean , spacious and neat.. Complimentary breakfast was sumptuous and tasty Staffs were very courteous Planning to stay here whenever I happen to be in trichy hereafter...

Very worst hotel in town. No one is taking care of costumers. Pillows are not washed very unhealthy to stay. Hotel staff members are very rude and uneducated. Toilet were used by their hotel staffs and not washed before we checked in.

Run by a group of people with no experience in hotel industry. Slow service and they said complimentary breakfast which had only dosa and watery chutneys. Rooms were neat and location is good. Have to improve a lot in room service.

Water pressure is the best. Had one of the most amazing showers of my life. Be cautious about two things - the door auto-locks (had to call them to bring the backup key a few times) and the French windows don't have grills, found that a bit unsafe.

Rooms are good and well maintained. Centralised AC Water, Hot water kettle, tea powder and sugar provided. Staffs are polite and behaviour well Room service is good Food is good.(reasonable price) Located near the Ayyappan temple(well maintained temple) Local foods available near to the hotel Many hospitals near the hotel. Wifi is there, so please ask front office to get the details, there are many other free wifi options available please don't use it. suggestions. Please change the breakfast items , I have stayed here for two days but I got the same breakfast items. The common balcony is completely destroyed with cigarettes and pan masala packets(not cleaned well) Not able to stand on the common balcony due to smoking.(please put some name board or something)

There is no feeeing room for lactating mother ! They asked me to feed my baby in camera control room ! There are lot of mosquitos and full of chairs ! I felt so uncomfortable!

It's location is one of their best attributes. They are at the center of the city, reducing a lot of travel time also have an ample parking space. Their ambience and service is very good. The food was excellent.

Rooms where extraordinary, however the had complimentary breakfast and we had to face a very rude waiter. He was very reluctant and did not want to serve anything else except the mini tiffen. Because of him, the whole stay was not 🚫. Overall a nice and beautiful hotel room.

Food was great ambiance was superb .....but this both didnt mattered as we had to wait for an hour to recive our opening soup....and all dishes followed it at snail pace ....even for billing we. Waited for some 15 minutes

Rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was good. They went over and beyond to help make our stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tiruchirappalli.
