I bought an elliptical WC6803EC recently over here. The sales person Mr. Dhandayudhapani is very knowledgeable and shares info about various equipment and its purpose. He understood our needs and suggested this elliptical to us. I am using this for about a month and feeling the difference. The delivery and installation were very smooth. For clarifying any doubts about the machine after sale is easy as they are still in contact to know the difficulties we are facing if any.

Bought 4 No. anti vibration studs from Welcare Trichy which are already shown by whatsapp figures from me. They got arranged some where place in 2days. I purchased Eliptical Machine, Product deliveried with in 2days and assembling alos done on the same day of product deliver and technician are well trainined assemble the machine very quick. I requsted service for after a week due to Noise from the Eliptical next day the person came just look and tighted the screw in pedal and noise stopped. Since is the new product i haven't tried any own machanisum because they providing 1 year free service also we can they to support once in 3 or 6 month for standared service after a year. Thanks to the sale person and technician.

I bought the WC 5959 treadmill model from Welcare, Trichy for Rupees 95K. The Salesperson is very friendly and the customer service is also very cooperate. Free delivery and installation is available. The treadmill works really well. They have given their own stabilizer and it's works well when home power supply is 190+ volts. If it goes below that, then it is switches off automatically. So make sure to have a proper electric supply. Apart from that, the cushion effect is very nice on the treadmill and it also has auto incline facility.
