Few months back We started our kids online yoga training with Ms. Tabassum. We see a whole lot of improvement in their energy and focus. True fact is that it also got reflected in their scores. And I started attending online class last month and sure I see some range of motion improvement. It is one of the better choices I have made for me and my kids.
