It's a very nice place to stay in Tirupati at a very affordable price no doubt about that. The rooms are very well maintained as well as the corridors. There are lots at every corner of the corridor and they function very well so it's not at all a problem for old people at this place. You even have a choice of either an AC or a non AC room and there's even a two bedroom option which is the one I took and it was very worth it. You get two bathrooms as well in the two bedroom room so getting ready is very easy for a large family.

OMG I don't have any words to explain about this place, rooms are very nice. Regarding prasadam you will get it there itself, no questions asked. Breakfast lunch and dinner will get. I feel very special when I visit Sri Vaari sannidhi guest house. Papavinashanam and iskon is very near to place.

Very good. Hotel can be booked by anyone through donor pass. Rooms and cleaning is good. They will provide free lunch and dinner on specific timings. There's vasavi temple inside the hotel.

Very nice place to stay in tirupati. clean & tidy rooms and tirumala hills view is visible from balcony. Very kind and generous staff. Tasty lunch and dinner are served. Within 3-4 kms from bus stand and railway station and walkable distance to kapila teertham. It houses temple of Sri Vasavi kanyaka parameswari Devi and a Shiva lingam.

I can say, it's One of the best vyshya satram in tirupati. It is nearly maintained, quite and calm. Everything was fine and I was in a rush. So, i couldn't follow up the lunch and rate. If the staff were little bit kind, that would have surely added to the 5 rating.

This is very clean place! Love all the set up! The authentic restaurant serves mind blowing delicious food! Kanyaka devi mandir at the center is very pleasant!

Pathetic service, especially the lady in the reception is very arrogant.. Also had a bad experience in the dining hall, the staff here won't serve with devotion instead they treat you as if you are there just for free food & you would be embarrassed for a moment... They literally charge 51k for the donor card but provide the undergrade service.. Room is full of cockroaches & staff is least bothered to address your issue...

It used to be a place of pride for Arya Vysya community. This facility is here due to generous donations of many Arya Vysya families and is for the benifit of thousands of pilgrims of this community who visit Tirupati & Tirumala. Lunch & dinner is served at free of cost for guests and is highly appreciated. But, off late, say for the last 4-5 years, the maintenance of this satram is going from bad to Worse for obvious reasons. Floor incharges and cleaning staff are very reckless and are just behind tips that they forcibly collect from the guests without doing any better job. Security staff are another bunch of Ill mannered staff & good for nothing except to collect tips always from the guests without offering any service. Unless the managing committee opens up their eyes leaving their egos & favouritism behind, this facility will be gone soon.

The place is too worst This is not vyshya if you give money they will book you room irrespective of caste But they get bulk from vyshya Rooms are smelling Rude staff mainly the one who allot us room and register our details. Food hostel food Stay 4/10 But Temple and surroundings are good

Pre booked rooms arre alloted fast. They offer free lunch and dinner with high tea and coffe every morning and evening. Rooms are maintained well. Lifts are always working. The temple in the middle ads a pleasant ambience.

Very affordable, has both AC and non AC rooms, if you have donar card can get additional discount, you can get free lunch and dinner here, apart from this you can give good vegetarian restaurants near by like Udupi, Orion, A2B and one of the nearest tourist destination is kapilatheertham

A very convenient guest house for those visiting Tirupati. Situated near Kapila Theertham, the guest House has a temple with a presiding deity of Kanyaka Parameswari and lord Shiva. Hospitable staff and a very decent accommodation. The Tea offered by the guest House is very good

The quality of the room needs to be improved like bathroom fittings, pest control. Needs complete inspection. Looks like they only maintain AC rooms from other reviews. Hope management will look into it.

Food quality was fabulous and mind blowing - pickle, payasam, pappu, chutney, sambhar,rasam, pulihora, annam, fryums, good hospitality, good ambience, homely food served with affection.
Tirupati is a big place where many hotels specially places which serves home food but Sri Kasi Annapurna Vasavi Arya Vysya Vrudhashramam & Nityanna satram really a boon to visitors.

Good living, you have arrange everything for yourself, Overall good to stay for a day or two.

Even after 10 years the place is spick and span, the rooms are well lit , there are 3 lifts, a large waiting room with rest rooms, the washrooms are neat and clean . They also provide free food for all residents. Kudos to the people managing sreevaru sannidhi. As it is on the main road ,transportation is readily available. There are also many eateries around. It is our preferred place to stay in tirupati.

Its a super room in tirupati i stayes 3 times in this satram for the name its a satram but its like five star hotel
